Love love this hotel! Kids always have a blast here... from the water slides to wave pool to the lazy river. Always a great way to tire the kids out. Love the wrist band for entrance to pool, parking to charging your meals to the rooms. Nice and convenient! Prices are fair to moderate. They have kids activities through out the day and also an arcade downstairs. There are restaurants and fast food eatery. Pizza is actually pretty good here and made to order. The breakfast buffet with the character is ok, omelet station is a great touch! Easy to get too and closed to Disneyland.

Really nice waterpark, perfect for children 2yrs to 10yrs, plenty of chairs and big umbrellas, also you can bring your own food ( no pizza)

This is not our first trip here! We love this place so much we decided to come here the third time, less then a year!Great for families, birthdays, and vacations.To be continued....

We visited for the first time today and we enjoyed our day there. Let me start off by saying, I find that it is very affordable. Just $9 per person for the entire day; 10 am through 5 pm. It is not very big, but it is fairly local, so I think its worth it. There is an area of slides good for adults and children 5 and up. There is a smaller area for babies and toddlers and it is fenced which I think its safer for little ones not to wonder off. However, what we enjoyed most was the no entry pool. Its very big and spacious and has a fun waterfall at the end. We arrived at around 11am and stayed till about 3pm and it wasnt very crowded which helped us enjoy the place more. They have a very small menu, just hot dogs, pizza and hot pretzels, but still very covenient. You are allowed to bring coolers, so if you prefer, you can bring a little something to eat. There is not a lot of shade but if you arrive early you might get a spot along the pool area and you also have the option to rent their funbrellas. We definately plan to visit again!

I love the way they changed this water park we used to come here when we were kids but it doesn’t compare. My kids absolutely love this place. It’s very affordable to get it and they can have fun the whole day! The food and the atmosphere is just absolutely perfect! We look forward to making many more memories here. A+

Great Park to Walk take kids to play ground and other activities

Just nice. Its nicer and seems larger than grapeland water park but it doesnt have a lazy river which I enjoyed most. My son however had greatest time

So I absolutely love this water park! I have come here for parties and I have had my sons party here on two different occasions.Reservations are a breeze. Everything is done online. Depending on when your childs party or event is slated to be you may have to wait until the system opens back up because the park is closed during the winter months. So you just have to stay on top of it to ensure that you get the day that you want.You are allowed to bring food in but it cant be anything that they sale. So for example, because they sale pizza you wouldnt be able to have pizza hut deliver pizza. The last time I had my sons party here, I got the pizza and I am pretty sure that that will be the last time. It was not good at all. It was like easy bake oven pizza or lunchable pizza even.Parking can get crazy as the day goes on so you have to be a little creative with that as people are not trying to park too far from the water park. So you mainly want to make sure that youre parking somewhere that you dont run the risk of being blocked in.Overall it is a great water park. It is slower than CB Smiths water park which I enjoy as my son is small. Each time I have gone, it isnt super packed.

I visited for a benefit for the Humane Society where they closed this area down to humans and allowed dogs to play in the pools. They had toys,an area for small dogs only,and even lifeguards for the pups!! My dog who I had recently adopted from the Humane Society had the time of his life!! I wish that they would do this more often!! It is also a great place to take the kids to enjoy a day of fun in the park and enjoying the pools!!

HANDS DOWN the best parks in town, TY Park has something for everyone, from camping and Kayaking to going to the water park to the playground. The park is fenced in and is very safe, once in a while we burn there when the kids arent with us which is rare, but if youre looking for a smoke spot this is a safe place to burn on a weekday. Weekend gets VERY packed VERY quickly.

Great place, large pool with a water fall, a kiddie pool, and section with slides that adults and children can go on. Plenty of life guards that are constantly blowing their whistles if people are getting too rowdy in the waters or attempting to bring drinks etc in the pool. Spent the entire 4th of July here. Was great

Ive been here plenty of times in my childhood, and coming back with family was quite a treat! The pool was a nice place to spend time with family and the kid slides were a joy to mess with friends on. The menu was also cheap and affordable.

*UPDATE: THE CITY AND HEALTH DEPARTMENT HAVE BEEN NOTIFIED ABOUT THE DUCKS ALLOWED IN THE WATER WHILE NO ONE TRIED TO REMOVE THEM AND PATRONS SWIMMING WITH BIRD FECES. WAS TOLD AN INVESTIGATION WILL BE UNDERWAY. I HOPE PLACES LIKE THIS THAT WORK TO STEAL YOUR MONEY WITH THEIR FINE PRINT AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE GET SHUT DOWN.What an awful experience. Their customer service is awful. So long story short, the weather alarm goes off, they tell us we can get refunds in the front, they gave every excuse under the sun and refused our refund or rain check. We didnt even get to go into the water. I prepaid 45 peoples entries and now that money is gone. As well as the money spent on the pavilions I rents. This park is a waste for a party do not try it. Also, they dint know how to speak to their customers. I will never return to the state park or water park. The worse part is they told me I could resume my party if I paid all over again. I had just paid those entries a hour prior. What a joke of a water park. My sons first birthday was ruined by this disgusting family water park. Save your money and go to CB Smith so much better and better customer service!!

The water park at TY is closing down for the season so they opened it up to let peple with pets come and enjoy the day. It was great watching the show what a great place kids will have a blast at the park lots of places to go and grill and enjoy the day.

It was a great experience for the whole family and we had a blast splashing around. Overall, I feel like the prices are fair enough and the park overall is really fun for everyone. I think its a great place to go with anyone, and the kids will enjoy it.

I liked that there’s a separately gated infant pool area away from the kids pool & slides. My 9 month old enjoyed herself very much . Their slide was closed which was the only bummer .

Needs some renovation to the slides, but it was a wonderful experience. Kids had a blast. I will definitely go again.

We really enjoy this place. Snuggled in the back of TY Parkl this pool has it all. There are. Big slides and small, splash pad, walk in pool and jump in pool. There is a waterfall as well. Very fun place.

Castaways Island Water Park is located inside of T Y Park in Hollywood it has a separate play area for smaller children and then another play area for larger children there is a large swim Lagoon with a waterfall for lounging around they have Refreshments available including pizza and ice cream you may bring a picnic lunch but no outside Pizza is allowed those are funbrella rentals available its a great place to spend the day they are closed part of the year when school is in so check ahead of time for their hours of operation

Inexpensive and full of lots of shade trees and space to play. Shaded playground thats huge, a water park and a great lake to fish in.

I love taking the kids here. They have so much fun its a nice day to spend time with the family. You can also spend time at the park too! Bring Sunscreen! They also let you bring in snacks.

Im quite disappointed. I was in West Park visiting my brother from jersey. Wanted to take my daughter to a water park to keep cool. My nephew told me not to come here . I didnt listen. Came on 4th of July, 2019, just for a few hours . The morning for the first couple of hours was very nice , quiet . Couple of hours later , got super packed . People so loud , with Bluetooth speakers about 3 or 4 ft tall , blasting , with all their food etc like the pool belonged to them. Here in Jersey thats not allowed. Food yes , but music no unless its little speakers and volume for yourself . Rap music that had curse words and people twerking . Really ?! So classless. I cant believe thats allowed and no security whats so ever . Thats just terrible. A place that could be so nice and enjoyable and family oriented and they allow this . I would say raise the price to $15 per person and have regulated strict rules and security . Some pools check the bags especially if not the best neighborhood . I felt bad for the other families that were there and just wanted to enjoy their time. We should all feel comfortable and safe where we go . Didnt look safe . No stars . I just had to click on one in order to write a review.

Great little water park. Watched the life guards rescue 3 kids from the same summer camp from drowning. These life guards are AWESOME! They would get 5 stars if they cleaned the place more frequently.

We love this water park. Never really that crowded and the price is great and you can bring your own food except pizza.

I love it theres a lot of shade under the trees and umbrellas special space for the babies, big pool , You can bring your own very healthy food or you can buy junk food in there with decent prices. Bathrooms are not clean

We rented a funbrella, because it was my granddaughters 5th birthday. It was nice to have a place to put you food and belongings and be in the water park. The down side is we got rained out.

Kudos to the administration of the park. We went there the last day it was open for the summer and it was perfect! Plenty of lifeguards and activities for the kids. We had a blast.

Great pool for the kids. Concessions stand with basic items. Not a full blown water park, but definitely better than the community pool.

Im giving this location 3 stars because although I love the entire set up, its ran somewhat poorly. I dont know if its teenagers or young adults, but I think they need to enforce keeping the gate closed in the small children area. I understand adults should have common sense to close the gate after leaving the small kids side, but I think they should enforce it more. Reason being is that if something should happen to one the the smaller children they would be held somewhat responsible. Face it we live it south Florida b.k.a the sue me state. The other reason I gave 3 stars is due to overcharging for children under 5 yrs. $9 for a 2 yr old is a bit much. In my opinion, but other then that its a nice clean water park.

This is one of my favorite places in Miami specially with kids is not like an enormous huge water park but its enough for small kids and they have a great time for a couple of hours the staff is really friendly there are a lot of lifeguards so you feel safe they pull seem pretty clean so are the restrooms and the food options are good also they let you taking your own food which is awesome overall a great experience.

Womens restrooms are disgusting and no toilet paper in any of the 8 rooms. Awful smell.

Pat, one of the park managers, has some of the worst communication skills Ive ever witnessed. Due to her miscommunications (multiple conversations happened), short temper, and inability to try and solve a basic problem; she ruined the mood of my nephew and nieces birthday party by calling the police over a minor qualm that could have been handled had she done her job correctly in the first place.The water park itself is very nice though it can be crowded. However, that pizza barely fits the criteria.
