I wish I didn’t have to give a star at all because they don’t deserve that even. I would not recommend this place to anyone, they change management Like underwear. I have various types of green mold, electrical issues a leaking ceiling and a huge roach infestation since I’ve been living here and despite complaints to management and the city nothing is being done. Management claims that it’s my responsibility to cover the issues with my unit so it makes me wonder why I’m even paying rent. Anyone out there please take heed to my warnings and DONT MOVE OUT HERE! Run as fast as you can to another property!

They are shady people that work there. And they have thieves in the park as well. None of the belongings is safe and they are awful to live there.

This is the worst place to slay I get rob three times and they dont care and the ac broke they dont give us a penny so I just moved out

Stay away they will lie and cheat you out of your money. All the good reviews are from fake accounts created by the owners. Stay away trust me there are far better places in the area with more trustworthy management.

Seen nice, they didnt have any available for my daughter to see or rent at the time.. Will some available the end of this month they said..

This is the best trailer park in hinesville !! The tenants are friendly, we are always helping one another, and the property manager is an amazing person and is always willing to help if your open and upfront with her. Shady Oaks is an amazing community to be apart of !!!
