By far one of the cutest trailer parks i have seen ever, the staff sure are friendly, the owner John is compassionate and very welcoming... id suggest happy acres yo anyone and everyone

John, Kimberly, Cassie, Mike, Tony and everyone else whos helped us has been great. We have been here in our rv for a few months and have been very happy.There are a lot of cats roaming and they like to poop in our yard but personally I’d rather they be here and fed and warm than not, so we deal with it.The dog park, laundry, and gym are awesome. Best of anyplace we’ve been honestly.We didn’t know how much of our winter we’d spend here and we’ve stayed longer because we like it so well. The neighbors have been kind of quiet and not super friendly but it’s better than too involved! Haha.Also as one half of a gay couple, I’d like to say management has been so great and accepting which can be hard to find in the south. And even though some neighbors are weird, we’ve found Hinesville to be very kind in general. SO MUCH military but everyone has been nice!Thanks you guys for rocking so hard. This place is a great place to stay.

Please read my entire review!!!My family recently moved into one of the mobile homes here. I have nothing but great things to say about them. This is the quietest and most friendly place I have ever lived and all the different colored homes just make you feel so happy.The application process was super fast only took about 20 minutes for them to tell us we were approved and the amount needed to move in which was a relief as my family was looking to move asap but didnt have the best credit making the application process and find a home much more difficult anywhere else.The day we came to sign our lease Tony walked us through the entire lease making sure we understood what we were signing which was wonderful because places we rented from in the past just sent us the lease to read and sign. He answered all of my questions that I had. He then gave us our keys and came to our home to do a walk through inspection and documented many things that my husband and I didnt see or might have otherwise overlooked.We werent in our home for more than a week when we sprung some kind of leak in the wall that seemed minor to us, so at 11:30pm on a Saturday I sent an email advising of our situation and stating we would call first thing in the morning for maintenance. Within 10 minutes I had a reply with a phone number to call for after hours maintenance and to contact them as soon as possible. At first I left a voicemail and called again about an hour later and spoke with Mike and he said he would be out as soon as possible. Maintenance was here looking into our problem at 1am and was as quiet as can be which was wonderful as my kids were sleeping just below where he was working. It took about 45 minutes for him to resolve the issue so that leak was stopped but he will need to come again to fully fix the issue so we can use our washer again. He offered me laundry tokens for any loads I may need to do between now and then which was a shock to me because again at previous places Ive rented I would need to ask for these things or fight to get them.One of the best things is they allow any pets without restrictions, which is perfect as our family is looking to adopt a pet in the near future. We have seen big friendly pitbulls and small little dogs. There seems to be no catch as to getting your pet deposit back at the end of your lease either, meaning if you let your pet destroy the place your not going to get it back but if you keep up with the home youll get it back.This place is just all around great. They work for you not against you. They arent like a lot of mobile homes or rental agencies who are just in it for your money. They truly want you to get as much money back from your deposits as possible.I am looking forward to my family visiting as they have spots for RVs and campers and they even rent out fully furnished homes.

A rotten apple with a shinny surface. Looks are deceiving Johns reputation around town is not good. We became home owners and involved more with the real community of Hinesville. Not a good reputation. John, go ahead and give a nasty reply. Your ability to accept criticism is poor. There is a clinical diagnosis I will reframe from announcing. You do have all the symptoms. There have been complaints at Fort Stewart housing. If military and have an issue, take it to housing immediately

Fort Stewart full timers, this is the place to stay. Friendly and safe. Ammenties are great too, dog park, full gym and laundry facility.

Great place stayed at the campsite for 20 days and it is one of the cleanest parks I have been to and the staff is great!

Great place to live. I moved my camper into the RV Part of the park and love it here. They have a dog park, gym and even a laundry mat for the residents. People here are really friendly and helpful and the lot rent is way cheaper than other places I have looked. I really enjoy living here and will definitely be staying for a long time.

Ive lived here for a year and love the cheap rent and the places arent half bad. We just upgraded are unit and are loving it. John is friendly as long as you give no fuss. Hes constantly trying to improve the place. The gym is great and the dog park was a great addition.

Staff is nice, park is clean and centrally located to town. Has a nice laundry, dog park and a small gym. Very affordable.

I have been living in my personal travel trailer here at Happy Acres RV park for two months now. The military discount as well as how close it is to Fort Stewart makes it possible to save so much money. The staff are always friendly and very professional. Neighbors are friendly as well. I highly recommend this as a great place to live as well save money. Just one more important piece of information is how hard it is to find any RV park that allows more then 60 days of stay before they require you to move and return. Once you set up and put your camper in place, the staff welcomes you to stay as long as you like. The free gym is very impressive as well never packed and has everything to get the job done.

We had a hard time finding a hotel with a kitchen, so after taking a tour of the facilities we stayed for over a week. The staff was friendly and helpful. The suite was clean and well kept. All of our concerns were addressed promptly. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a more economic solution to renting a suite.

Nice, quiet place to live. The few, small issues weve had with the place were fixed the very same day we let the office know about them, and it wasnt anything earth shattering (like air conditioning in July), but we were still made a priority by or landlord and maintenance man. Youre greeted with a smile every time you walk into the office. You get a discount just by paying rent on time. Its a good place.

My husband and I stayed here a whole week and absolutely loved it! The park is very clean, quiet and the people here are the nicest ever! We even got a free tee shirt for staying here! We would definitely and are planning on staying here again in the future! The rates were fabulous and they honored our Passport America membership immediately... Happy Acres RV Park is awesome with great service!

A year ago I gave 5 stars to happy acres and the staff, and I wouldn’t change it! They are extremely friendly and helpful. very convenient location and office hours.

The hotel is actually a renovated trailer park, our room was a whole trailer. The appearance of the park/hotel was a contrast to what we got... a pleasant surprise. The outside of each is brightly painted while the inside was very well remodeled.There was an updated TV, a flat-top stove and all traditional kitchen supplies.. except baking dishes for the oven and tin foil. The bathroom had a water softener it seemed, the shower head was new. There was good water pressure and the drain worked well. No soapy water pooling around your feet due to clogged drains. Regarding the bedroom, the bed was a lovely thick cushion that you melted into; for clothes storage, there was a 3-drawer dresser with extra linen and a pole in the corner to hang clothes on. The living area and the bedroom had their own window AC unit.

Clean and quiet park with funky colored mobile homes. The gym and laundry were an unexpected bonus. The staff are very nice and helpful.

Look yall, if you need an affordable, fair, and clean place to live.......well, this is it!! John and his staff are on top of their game as long as you bring any concern to their attention!!!! Been living here for just over a year now, working on buying a house from them. Great people, very understanding, and great service when you need it. If you have a complaint, bring it man to man with the iwner, he will not bite!!

Fantastic experience overall. The units were really clean, especially the bathrooms. Very friendly staff who were professional and got me set up quickly. Had a really nice community feel......well be coming back here if we are in the area!

I have lived here for more then five yrs, and let me tell you what, I love it here.Its quite, clean very keep up on the grounds and if any thing go wrong they are right here to take care of it! The staff is so friendly they are like my family......So if you need a place to live long term or short term HAPPY ACRES is it.

Worse place to live. I stayed for over a year because I deployed. Upon move in there was a pipe in my shower literally duck taped and leaking water. Obviously their fault for their wonderful maintenance. When moving out u got charged for water damage from their great duck tape work. Stray cats everywhere. John states no more than 2 animals and must be on leash yet his dogs run when he drives his golf cart through to the gym. Neighbors are horrible. I had the worse possible time living here. While John live across the street in this great looking place he hires and fixes places like crap. Never would I send anyone there to rent from him. I would literally have rather stayed in a motel but since I was on contract had no choice. There was a time I had a light bulb stolen from my porch. John being the great owner charged me 50 dollars for a new one. They do random house checks claiming they are checking for safety issues. Really they are being nosey and seeing how your living. I have lived in over 15 apartment areas and never been treated like I was when I lived here. Please make sure you stay away from this place. Especially if your military. I am in the process of trying to make this place black listed for all my fellow soldiers.

My husband and I currently live here and we both LOVE it! It is a clean and quiet neighborhood. I love the cheerfully colored homes! I have read some of the negative reviews and I am really surprised..The homes are kept up...from the exterminator that comes (I have NEVER seen a bug here) the lawn care people, to the office staff always being so helpful and friendly. If you are looking for a place to live in Hinesville I honestly recommend Happy Acres as a safe, clean, and affordable place to call home!

Amazing customer service one on one has a gym storage unit laundry mat

The stay was perfect but after we left they kept almost half of the 200 dollar deposit. They said I left a mess, stole sheets , a towel and a toliet brush. When I called they said the cleaning lady does inventory and them items were missing. But you know I guess I really wanted that toliet brush (sarcasm).

I lived here two the owner John is deceitful, he will do your walk through tell you the trailer is in great shape. Just to later surprise you and keep all your deposit.There is also mold and termites in his unit, when you complain about it he says its just from stuff the previous tenants.He also has a flea infected cat colony roaming the TRAILER PARK that will not leave you alone and will attack small children.He cannot keep a maintenance man for more than two months and his staff Cassie an Inga are a pain.I wish Google would let me give this establishment negative stars...The army should blacklist this place

My wife and I are renting a 1 bed 1 bath at happy acres in Hinesville. The customer service is outstanding and their places are wonderful. Very relaxed safe neighborhood. Definitely suggest this place to anyone in search of a nice place to live where the staff is always willing to help out.

Tony was helpful, the owner and the one maintenance worker came the one Sunday that our toilet was broke. However they do not have the MILITARY CLAUSE, and I came upon rapid deployment and had to pay for a month I wouldnt even be in country. Very upsetting. Main thing was the unprofessional and rude condescending manner the red haired front desk receptionist Treated several tenants including my self, my battle and my wife. Especially when i inquierd about... well anything. But I did get moved in swiftly. Not the worst but definitely wouldent do it again.

I havent even moved in yet and I want to get out of this place. Dont get me wrong the trailer that we (my spouse and me) are moving into looks really nice and seems to be well taking care of. The big issue is that we were told one thing and when we planned everything dealing with this move around it, they did the complete opposite. Lucky, I have a great extended family here in the area. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone. If you do decide to do business to, make sure you get EVERYTHING in writing that way you are covered.

Every thing was great up until they charged me $25.00 for a simple lock out. Be careful of hidden cost.

This place is a dump and its way over priced for what it is. They falsely advertise cottages and its way over priced for a what it is. The bed where I stayed was disgusting and Im pretty sure the thread bare sheets were not clean. The tiny shoebox bedroom smelled like mildew because the AC window unit had mass amounts of mold growing inside of it. The other AC unit in the main room was well on its way to being the same. They did come in to replace the unit and the maintenance boy left some sort of white glue on the carpet when he left so I ended getting charged for it. Didnt appreciate that. Water pools up all over the park because of poor leveling and poor pavement which was breeding mosquitos and lots of loud frogs to keep you awake at night. Plus the owner gives me the creeps and doesnt seem like an honest person in his dealings with people. Dont stay there! Dont even waist your time. When my husband and I were pcsing this seamed to be the best option at the time. I talked to some of the ladies in the office and asked to have some pictures emailed to me. Now the pictures that were emailed to me were of a very nice clean everything matching new appliances in general nice for a trailer and price. I had decided okay lets do that was until I was told that wouldnt be the place I would actually rent (keep in mind this is after I paid the app fee and put the deposit to hold the place). Wanting to see pictures of the place I would actually be renting I asked for new pictures to be emailed to me. I cryed when I seen them it was trahy and tiny and dirty just not what I was expecting at all! Went I brought this to the attenion to the management I was pretty much told Im SOL and I dont have to live there they dont need me to I can back out at anytime(without a refund) and I did just that!! Once I got here I ended up finding a three bedroom HOUSE with a garage yard two bathrooms for cheeper!! Best advice I can give anyone is LOOK AROUND

Scam! Trap! Trailer park that looks like it was puked out of a crayon box from the 90s. Employees come into your rental when you leave, invasion! I had to file a police report. John, the owner, has rage issues that I can only speculate is chemically induced.
