The property was definitely neglected for several years, but the new Management team has been hard at work and Eagle Creek has undergone some serious changes over the last 12 months!There is a full-time on-site management and maintenance team, the roads have been repaved, new signage has been installed, security cameras are up, new homes have been brought in, and older homes have been completely gut-renovated.Today, this is a safe and well-maintained community that many families and hard-working Americans are proud to call home!

I posted once before under another profile. We have been here since June in Eagle Creek Trailer Park and it took for me to call Hinesville Code Enforcement in order for our problems to see any attention. Our bedroom floor was rotting and there was mold growing under our kitchen sink. My children also get stuck in their toom when they have their door closed. They dont respond to emails and their upgrades are simply patch overs. Below are pictures of the mold we were told to just clean, that maintenance man had to replace the drawers in the end and we struggle to open and close them now, the bottom drawer is broken and he had to re-do the patchwork he did.

I have been at Eagle Creek for a little above 7 months I have no problem with it they seem to come right away to fix things and my trailer is very nice and the neighborhood I have no problem. They keep it clean. Thanks Eagle creek for are forever home.

I gave them a 2* rating because at least the property isnt hood. From what I heard previously this used to be a dangerous area to live. I have been here two weeks and my only complaint is the trailer they put my family in. With the issues I found the Head Maintenance guy Jeff told me that its a used trailer and insinuated that I shouldnt expect great quality. There are problems from staples stabbing me and my family in the foot because they werent removed to shower curtains not staying up because they arent properly secured to the toilet not flushing and more. Section 8 would take their voucher program away from this property if they knew about the foolishness and lack of safety in this home alone.My partner and i applied for the newer trailer that was moved onto the property but because they didnt feel we could afford it monthly they put us in this patchwork job trailer where we are constantly fixing the issues we find because the property managers dont respond to calls, texts nor emails more than 80% of the time and for all of this I have proof. If you decide to move out here and you move into a used trailer please please walk the corners, and pay attention to EVERYTHING because the upgrades are just bandages. And if you find problems dont let it go. Take pictures and send emails. Even if they dont respond you will have a paper trail upon move out.EDIT** IN RESPONSE TO THE OWNER. THAT IS ALL LIES. I UNDERSTAND YOU WANT TO LOOK GOOD BUT I HAVE SCREENSHOTS. PLEASE TREAT YOUR TENANTS BETTER, AS WE MOVED IN JUNE 12 AND HAVE VACATED THE PROPERTY NOW NOV 7 BECAUSE OUR TRAILER IS UNSAFE FOR OUR CHILDREN.

Good landlords,good property manger,good maintenace,and whenever I have a problem its addressed the same day. I love where I live.

They dont fix anything, the place is infested with bugs, They have humongous potholes. And beside the mailbox they have a speed bump that scrapes on the bottom of my Corolla. The trailers are falling apart. This place is awful. You call the so-called maintenance people they dont answer the phone or return your phone calls.

Under new ownership. Management has been working hard to clean up the community. Potholes have been repaired, security cameras installed, and vacant homes demolished.

New owners are putting a lot of time and money into the park. Excited to see how it turns out!

I have no complaint about the area or the neighbors. Ive lived there for some months and no problems so far. They come and correct any issues I may have with the mobile home in a timely fashion. The only problem I had in the beginning was getting use to the closeness of the homes and being able to hear the neighbors at times.

The trailers are junk you don’t want to live in those if you have any self-respect. The new owners are doing cosmetic repairs but can’t do much as everything is soo old. Stagnant sewer water everywhere, bad odor, huge aggressive mosquitoes, multiple potholes throughout the park. Bad neighbors, good people won’t live in such junk homes. Just drive around and find another place.

They do not want to fix anything if your heaters out you are on your own they will not fix it if somebody comes at you and wants to fight you you tell them they dont want to hear it they are a bunch of crooks and I dont like them thats why Im calling code enforcement Monday morning

The trailer park is way too dark at night to be deemed safe for anyone. If you plan on moving there I suggest getting renters insurance and looking into xfinity home security system. You would be surprised at how cheap both are and how valuable the peace of mind is they give you.

Multiple potholes that are almost a foot deep so you have to drive zigzagging just to miss them.

Needs updating. Streets have potholes and asphalt cracks. Very old empty m.h. are dilapidated, broken windows.

Has been a quiet environment each time I have visited family here. My biggest complaint is the road. Speed bumps are fine and understandable, but the dips in the road before the speed bumps makes driving a low car difficult. Even coming to a complete stop before crossing the bumps, I scrape the underside of my car. So, either redo the speed bumps, or fix the road!

Just drive through this place to get to another location but this place is a dump. Would give 0 Stars if I could - its that bad

Low rent great location 10 minute walk to Walmart not the greatest neighborhood but definitely not the worst

Low income mobile home

Some major and minor problems. Eg: hundreds of stray cats, trash, crime. Rent is cheap for the area, though. Quiet for the most part.

I live in the place its a crap hole theres black mold the roof leaks, broken back door weve call and ask them to came fix it but no one ever came that was 5 months ago and if you love drug dealers, thugs,sex offenders 300 BRANTLEY DRIVE #404, and loud music 24/7 then this is the place to live
