Such a fantastic metro park. Very beautiful setting. Many different activities to do here. Trails to walk, run or bike. A pond for viewing or fishing. Playground for the kids. A visitor or nature center, closed for Covid. Does have flush toilets and sinks as well. A definite must visit at least once.

The park property is beautiful. Good paved .75 mile loop for walks around the parks but the playgrounds are awful with little kids. So many tunnels and trees and bushes and levels to lose track of your kids visually. Do not take toddlers here. Even the toddler park has a tunnel to another spot and no climbing things. Do not go if you want to sit on a bench and supervise and your kids are little. Its fine if you want to run around with them. They did not consult a mom before building this park.

So much fun for kids of all ages. The park is GIANT with lots of play areas, including two sand pits, volley ball nets, and I believe a splash pad/water play area. Plenty of shade for hot days. We have been here twice, and I dont think we have explored the whole thing. The pond is beautiful. Apparently there are bluegill, bass, and cat fish. No geese!!

Took my grandson there nice and clean. He played with the other kids. They came by and sanitized the play ground we had to leave for a few minutes then we came back and he played some more it was nice very nice

This is one of favorite parks in Central Ohio! There is something for everyone here, including paved bike paths, gravel trails, nature walks through wild flowers, a beautiful pond and several great play areas that offer some unique play structures. The blue caboose is always a favorite with my kids. There are also areas to play sports and picnic.

Could use more parking, other than that the park is nice and clean and has something for everyone!

Well kept park, right along a big bike/walking path. Bathrooms and water fountains are closed due to covid. Bring your own drinks.

This place used to be wonderful. It had a water feature and it was way more fun. Now its just a regular park with fishing. Thats it.

Homestead is a nice little park. Good play areas, nice aa.king path, and right off of a rait-to-trail

Great park that has volleyball courts, basketball courts, and a huge play area for kids. Nice scenic ponds you can fish in and a party area you can have birthdays or whatever in. Got our senior pics here back in the day. Very beautiful area. Trail leads to old Hilliard or the other direction our to plain city and Ive even heard as far as Michigan lol but dont know how true that is.

The park has many amenities. And it has very good biking trail.

A nice, simple park. Not a whole lot to do as an adult, but great place for family picnics and children.

It’s always crowded and packed with people.. don’t know why.. better find another one.. Prairie oaks metro park is nearer to this.. and it’s awesome.. check it out

A great park. Good walking paths, exercise equipment, playgrounds, pavilions, small lakes, and a beautiful covered bridge. The park is huge and you can definitely spend a lot of time there. It also has a ton of Poke-stops and gyms for people who play Pokemon Go

Beautiful!!! So much room to mosey around, let the dogs sniff, and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. We love coming here to just walk. So well taken care of.

Its a nice park. Its changed since the metro park system took over. Some of the fun things that kids liked have been removed like the squirt gun fort and the toddler water play area. Those were great in the summer. The main play ground is fun and the walking path is nice.

Very beautiful family friendly park with lots to do they have an epic playground basketball court. Sand volley ball court and paths for walking tgey always have a nature center which was cosed various spots to cook out and plenty of shelter areas for get togethers the only reason i give 4 stars instead of 5 is they dont have hiking trails which is my main reason for going to parks.

First visit. Fall 2019 (basically early winter, right Ohio?)Pretty large park. Has plenty to see and do for everyone.They have two playground areas, pne large in the center.. And a smaller train station themed one next to a replica train depot.A covered wooden bridge crosses a large pond, a nature center with covered shelter, a large enclosed rental shelter and so much more...

Super-nice park. I had never been to this one before. I didnt explore much, but everything seems more compact than other metro parks, which is kinda nice when you have small children.

Absolutely love this place. My kids love the huge playground that they have, the basketball courts they even love chasing the duckies around the pond. My sons TT just took his pictures here and boy did they turn out cute with the wonderful backgrounds around this place.

Love this park since my childhood great place to bring kids of all ages. And mutiple pavilions for partys or gatherings.

Smaller than many of the metroparks and the nature center was closed mid-day on a weekend with no hours posted. Since the website doesnt list hours either, Im not sure when to go back and visit. Otherwise, its a nice park with a playground, multiple picnic shelters, and 2 ponds.

Love it here! A beautiful place for our Saturday morning runs. Also awesome play areas for the kiddos.... Both little kid and big kid areas.

Every time we go there we have such a great time its beautiful lots of people taking pictures all the time the only thing I would complain about is the park closes too soon you should stay open at least till 8 I feel like every time we go there were always being rush to get out.

One of my favorite parks. Ive been going for years. I love to take walks and sit by the ponds watching the ducks or read a book. My favorite area was always the wild flower path in the back.

Ive been going here since I was a child and its still a great place to run, walk, relax. Whichever youd like to do.Although, I do recall a water-park fortress being at the park. Maybe they tore it down. Either way, the park is well maintained and a great place to walk your dogs and spend time with family.

Very nice park. My wife and I were guests at a wedding there..it was a beautiful day and the atmosphere was great. The kids can have a good time at the water park which we have enjoyed in the past.

Park was kept clean as always and easy to get to. That day was a little full as a wedding was going on but the park service ensured that parking went smoothly and everything was fine and clean. Depsite the wedding it was relaxing and a fun time with many great views to take pictures in.

The main kids play area is pretty huge. I dont like that I cant sit and keep an eye on my kid. The other play area has much to be desired. Looks deserted.One time we were there, a worker was tending to the train car they have and he let my kids inside and talked to them about trains for a few minutes. I thought that was really nice. Pretty unexpected... my kids enjoyed it.The pond is pretty. There are usually private parties held in the building next to it.Trails are nice.They have actual bathrooms! Big plus for me!
