I recommend calling before going. I went on a Monday at 11:30 and it was not open. I called the number. A lady answered and apologized. She explained that they were in process of changing the store hours. No problem, I understand. She then proceeded to tell me that it would be open on Tuesday and recommended I make a request on the website stating what I was looking for so that she could have the supplies ready...which I did! When on Tuesday, waited 20 minutes and still no-one showed up. So now I have wasted time, gas and I still have no birthday gift for my husband.Rhonda...that is part of the problem...I did not get a confirmation. I used the contact link and hit the deliver button. I didnt think much of it because I had just spoken to you (or whoever answered the phone) and was told someone would be their on Tuesday.

I received a gift card and went today to make a project for my kitchen. I absolutely love how it turned out! Morgan was an absolute delight to work with...very helpful and patient as we were asking lots of questions. Great place to spend some time with your friends! I will be going back next week since there are so many things I want to make!

A group of friends/coworkers went together to paint at A.R. Workshop several weeks ago. We had so much fun, and everyone was so pleased with the projects they completed. The staff are so easy to work with and were able to customize the designs some of us wanted. They provided great instruction and tips so that we all came away with things we loved. We will definitely be planning another trip soon!

I went to the AR Workshop Hickory today with friends and had the best time! Morgan was so helpful and knowledgeable! My Lazy Susan turned out great and had so fun much making it. This is a wonderful place with so many options of beautiful pieces to make! I’m going back next week to make something else!!

My mom and I went to AR Workshop in Hickory for our Mothers Day gift, and we had an outstanding time. Everyone we worked with was incredibly knowledgeable and accommodating, and our finished products are perfect. If you are worried that you wont be happy with your handiwork, dont be! No one will let you leave disappointed--you will love what you make and have a great time in the process!

Ive been twice to the AR Workshop in Hickory and will be going my third time this Wednesday. The staff are out of this world and are very helpful and knowledgeable about how to make your project work for you. If you have not gone or are thinking about going...its a must do! You will have fun and go home with something original and made by you!

Had a great time today making a sign for our 10 year anniversary! Tim and Rhonda were awesome! Very patient and helpful through the process, we had a lot of fun! Thank you guys for helping make this a memory to last a lifetime! We will be coming back.
