Very interesting and keeps you entertained much less thinking constantly. Youve got to be thinking constantly and it keeps you on your toes. Just when you think youve got it figured out you dont!! It is definitely a fun time!!! You definitely want to try to candy room for first timers if youve never been to an escape room because although it may seem easy its not as easy as it seems. Looks are indeed deceiving

Took my work group here. We raced in two groups between two rooms. Everyone had a great time. My first experience doing an escape room and I really enjoyed it. Would recommend for families as well. Problem solving for all ages. Encourages thinking outside the box and working together. The Mill is close by if your looking for a nice dinner after!

I took my nephew to this escape room. We had so much fun even though we didnt win. It was challenging. My nephew said we could have won if we had more people helping us. Because of COVID-19 we were the only ones in the room. We still had so much fun. I would definitely recommend.

Second time we have done an escape room and it was just as much fun. They change the rooms - we did a magician / harry potter themed one previously and this time roaring 20s. The person running it / giving tips was lovely and helpful. We made it out with seconds to spare!

Not exactly an escape room because you dont have to escape. Id call it a mystery room because you need to solve a mystery to win. Or a puzzle room or a lock room, but not an escape room. Overall it was a fun time with my work team and we all agree wed go again!

What an annoying experience. First time there with our work group and got stuck with a couple who brought a young kid. First you need to have a age bracket and second the parents should have known better. The woman took over. Definitely not the way I wanted to spend an hour of my time!

We had a blast working our way through the Wizards Laboratory! We got lucky and made it out with 40 seconds to spare. We were a group of four paired with a family of four. The ages of our team ranged from about 13-60 and everyone contributed to our success. We definitely will be back to do another!!

Very polite staff and well designed rooms. Candyland style room was doable. Hints came at a reasonable pace when they were needed. I would have liked to be able to ask for the hints rather than just be given them though.

Had such a great experience, we were a little bit late but were accommodated to the best of their ability we were so pleased with the service! Also loved that when we made a reservation at the Biergarten next door they knew our room reservation and planned the timing accordingly. It was my birthday and they were so accommodating with keeping my birthday cake in the fridge, made my day very special, thank you again!

We did the missing recipe room and the staff was friendly. My group was made up of a bunch of first-timers so I really dont have a benchmark for comparison. Our guide was Matt and he was friendly enough, except that he didnt really explain what we had to do too well. The process was a bit more intricate than just looking for and finding an object, in this case a secret recipe. There were many layers to this mystery. Overall, a good experience and my group had a fun time.

Played the gangster era themed room here with my 9 and 11 year old. We were put in with a group of 4. Great props, employees were very communicative (we were late-an escape room no-no. lol), and clue delivery was good. Game play was a bit linear so while the room may fit 8, it should only be about 4-5 decent players or 2-3 highly experienced players. The game play went smoothly and will fill an hour for most groups. A smattering of easy and hard challenges (logic/patterns) made for an enjoyable experience. Facilities are clean and have an open barred window to the bar next door. I was with children or I wouldve gone for a drink! Photos are done on your own phone (i think) and they were nice enough to take it with just me and the 2 kids and not burden the other players. There were one or two challenges that didnt make a lot of sense, or couldve been misinterpreted wrong, but we eventually figured it out by asking for help. The facility is street front but parking is behind (hard to fathom until you drive behind the back), google maps wasnt much of a help to the parking lot so leave some time to figure this out. We initially missed the turn into the parking lot coming from Hershey Lodge and flipping a U is almost impossible on that street, until you turn left WAY down the street and flip it there.I will be back again next year to try more rooms.Disclosure: I own, design and operate escape rooms

We did 2 rooms. The speak easy and the chocolate factory one. We got out if both. The staff was awesome! We have done several rooms and this one ranked right up there with some of the best. The only criticism i really have is give the poor game masters a different pen or keyboard to talk to us... or a microphone or something! Haha but all in all a good time

This was first time in an escape room and I have to tell you I really enjoyed it. Was certainly challenging but not unreachable, due to a great team! Made it with less than 2 minutes left, wowsers. Staff was great, helped with a couple clues but nothing too obvious. Highly recommend as a team building, family fun or just adventurous time. If youve ever considered and then thought, no I wont... DO IT!

We had a great time! Visiting from VA and needed something to do on a rainy night. Just happened upon this place. We did the Candy Factory room. That was awkward at first but we played an excellent game together but some people might not be as comfortable as we were being combined with people you don’t know.

Ton of fun... maybe even more fun than the roller coasters at nearby Hershey Park! Our family of 5 did the Wizard lab, which was a huge hit with our kids, age 8 and 12, due to some Harry Potter references thrown in. The staff was excellent... greeted us in a friendly manner and provided just the right amount of hints when we were stuck. The Wizard Lab was definitely challenging... apparently only 20% of groups escape. We did it with 1 minute and 30 seconds left to spare out of the hour... right down to the wire. The clues were fun and innovative. The props were excellent. We were talking about it for days afterwards!

I celebrated my 40th birthday here. It was a blast. They have a few themes to choose from. You can bring a whole party and max out a room or go in with other people you dont know if they have available spaces for you to purchase. You can go next door to eat and drink before or after your escape room experience. Some themes are better suited for a younger audience and others are for teens and up. Cant wait to go back and try the other themes.

This was a different experience I liked. The game room was understandably explained and help was given when needed. Although I was locked in a room with strangers, the diversity from all 7 people helped us figure out the clues and get out before the one hour time limit was up. I would definitely go back and try the other rooms.

I have only done one room here - The Wizard School. It was my fifth room and it remains one of the best out of the eight that Ive done. Its essentially a Harry Potter/ Hogwarts clone but it is themed very well, both in the scenery and the puzzles themselves. While somewhat linear, there was enough to do that our seven person group always had something going on in the 40 minutes it took us to escape. Five of our group were first timers and they all enjoyed it. We only needed a hint once, but it was specifically crafted to help in the situation we were in. I really enjoyed this one and it seemed great for groups of 3-6. Seven may have been a little crowded, but it didnt really retract much from the experience. 8.5/10.

Did two rooms here...Theatre Mystery Room & Wizards Laboratory. Not only was each room a different theme, but each also presented a different process. The Theatre was more of a Clue-like Whodunnit? while the Wizards Laboratory was a more traditional escape room, mystery scavenger hunt. Both were challenging, but the Laboratory was a favorite. The local amenities...Biergarten, Duck Donuts were also a big plus.

What a fun place! We visited Hershey for the weekend and figured this would be perfect before coming home. Originally I had scheduled us for the Theater game, which I learned was the hardest available. This was our 20th room, however it was only the two of us (nice!) but knew we probably wouldnt make it. We spoke to the kind lady (as we were in the Biergarten next door, which has a shared open wall between the businesses) and she was king enough to (1) let us switch to the Candy Factory and (2) get started a little early. Excellent! Our guide was so fun, but I cant remember her name. :( (She was wearing a jersey and has pretty red-ish hair!) She set up the game for us, helped us when we needed it, and we managed to make it out! The decorations were okay, but what I appreciate is that the game and puzzles made logical sense! It was a delight and if we were in the area again we would certainly try another room! Thank you!
