The kids loved it. Wore them out! They have a lot of activities to choose from. Trampolines, slides, a giant play structure, even a separate area for the littler kids.

Prices are pretty nice & the staff is very friendly. Kids will have a blast & get worn out

It was Sunday afternoon... lot of fun for kids 1-12yrs. Entrance 2kids $28.... not so clean.... stayed 2hrs. nobody cleaning at all...cant imagine when is busy!

Great place for kids! Lots of activities, party rooms and parent lounge if you just need a little time to yourself. Kids loved playing here, the staff was nice and friendly. Bathroom could be checked/cleaned s little more often - but Id bring the kids here again. See photos for different activities.

Never a disappointment! I did bonk my head trying to keep up with the kids some of the areas are not made for 5 10 adults still, so much fun! I love the blue slide! The kids love it all!!

Fill out a waiver ahead of time for faster check in. Tessa helped me get all my kids set up wristbands and SOCKS while I handled a crying baby. She was super helpful and saw a dad struggling. Tot town was amazing and I went home with a car full of sleeping kids.

This is a great place for families. The staff was nice and military friendly. Also the staff did enforce mask wearing. Our family has gone multiple times now and it has been a great experience.

We had a birthday party here. The staff was so helpful! The kids had so much fun! The food was hot and delicious!! The only downside is adults helping their kids has to pay also.

I do not recommend this place and visited only because it has good positive feedbacks. We came in, waited for good 10 min to find out that there was the other door to come in and that entrance was for birthdays parties. We went to the 2nd door, there we were waiting good 15-20 min, as we had to fill in a waiver!!!! attentio without filled in waiver you cannot come in. It would be fine if the waiver had reasonable questions like yr kids names, allergies, age. This waiver has questions about you, yr date of birth, yr address, yr email as if to see yr signiture which they will send you at yr email. It look like sb i scollecting my information and I am not comfortable providing them with it. My children were screaming so I couldnt just leave making them wait for so long. I spent $33 for 1hour and 2 pairs of socks, which is expensive...while other places provide better price, you spent $18 for 2 kids and stay as long as you want. The staff is rude and disorganized.

My kids had so much fun here and so did I! Only complaint I have is that on one side the a/c was not workimg so it was really hot. We Spent most of our time in the toddler area, the a/c worked there great. They just opened so Im sure they will have it fixed and running properly soon. The staff was really nice and helpful. The parents lounge is nice. I was surprised no one was using it. Big comphy couches, two big screen tvs, I attached pics so you can see it. Overall a great place to take the kids.

This place was nice to take the kids. They had different area for different age group for kids, the parent lounge is way in the cut I wouldn’t stay there unless kids is 12 and up. The place was crowded on the weekend. The staff was nice and helpful, no supervision only on the dodgeball and climbing activity. The tots center was really nice and out of the way from the older kids. The party rooms was basic from what I seen. The restrooms was not very clean unfortunately. On a hot day nice cool place to chill for whatever time package you purchase from there or Groupon.

This place Never return calls, impossible to contact them. Options on the answering service not working. ( i called around 5 - 8 times las wk and this wk).Im trying to find out if everything is open and if schedule change and how they are doing for a bday celebrations but NEVER GOT A CALLED BACK from option 2 or 3 AND option 1 not working . ... Option 0 Always voice record Never return calls either.

I love this place! My kids had a lot of fun here, it was super clean as well. The only complain I have is with one of the staff members names “Tessa”. She was super rude when we were checking in, all because I couldn’t find the page to sign a waiver.

My kids cannot get enough of this place. So much to do and never enough time. It seems clean enough and safe enough. The separate toddler section is nice, too. My kids aged 12, 5 and 3 all love going here. They have massage chairs and parents lounges available, also. Overall, pretty great indoor play place.

Lots of activities for toddlers and up. The five and younger area kept our 2 year old occupied while the 6 year old enjoyed the mountain climb/slide and all the different apparatuses in the sponge ball area. Every child I saw was having fun. Only downside was that the screens made it difficult to keep an eye on the older boy.

If I can give 0 stars I would!! This place was very horrible for a birthday party! First of all the customer service was very horrible! Our “host” was very rude to the adults and specially the kids. As well as the lady up front checking us in. Then nobody told us we had too wait an hour for us to have a room for the party. Nobody let us know what was going on the whole time. Then when we get the room they rushed us to eat and sing happy birthday. Just to kick us out!! This place was very unprofessional and a waist of money! Not satisfied with this place and will never come back again!!!

Really fun indoor playground! Kids had a blast, so glad we got the 90 minute passes. I had 10 year olds and down and they all had fun. There’s a toddler area for 5 and under.You have to have grippy socks here so bring your own or pay $2.50 a pair. We found a discount on Groupon too

I went inside for a short time, with my sister, as she brought her grandson into play there.It wasnt too busy, it strongly smelled of cleaning products and it appears special socks are required, for an extra cost.

Ive been looking for a place to take my granddaughter to have fun for a couple times a week since moving to the valley and Uptown Jungle hands down is that place. Everything from the atmosphere, cleanliness and helpful staffing. Special thanks to Sam, Rachel, Jazzel and Ruby. Would highly recommend checking this wonderful place out.

I cant begin to explain how explain how extremely happy I am with this place. We took 5 kids plus a friend ages varied from 7 to 15. All stayed pretty busy. All was great until my daughter had a small asthma attack. Within seconds multiple staff members were asking if she was ok. It was nice to have a place that really cared for their customers. She is fine and we will ne returning when we can. Thanks Again!!!

My 12-year-old had a great time! This place is relatively small for a family fun place, but there is a lot to do. As far as food goes, they pretty much only had candy and soda, but we werent there for the food. We liked that adults could play, too, for half price!

An employee named Kirsten told us we could leave our 6yo and go next door to the gym. We got a phone from them saying were supposed to stay with her, so we left the gym and went back over. When we walked in they had our daughter and another girl standing at the front waiting. My daughter ran up to me, scared, telling me theyre calling the cops on her because we werent there. When I asked Kirsten why shes going after my daughter and scaring her, when SHES the one who told us we could leave, she smirked and said, I didnt scare her. Obviously you did... I asked her what benefit anyone gets from her telling a 6yo shes calling the cops and she just smirked at me again. We asked to speak to her boss and she said shes the manager on duty. We asked for a corporate number and, again, she gave her smirk and said, there is no corporate. We found the corporate number since then and have not recieved and answer to our messages. Its been 2 weeks.All Kirsten had to do was apologize for giving us the wrong information, let us know we cant do that anymore, and act decent when shes crossed the line with a 6yo girl.

The kids had fun, but as for having a party there. Never again. Unorganized and rushed the hole time. We provided our own plates and napkins that our daughter picked out, yet those were not used in the setup of the room. Our balloons were used, but nothing else.- We had chosen four beverages, that are included in our package. Only two were provided. When we asked the attendants, their response was: “only two are on the order” – which is not true at all. They reluctantly went and got the other two that we prearranged.- Pizza was being removed and packed while people were still eating, because we were told that they need the room for another party, so it was cake time.- The attendants did not ask for any assistance in getting the cake ready, but surely needed help – because they broke a piece of the cake, and then left it off and in the box - instead of saying something. There was no time to even cut that cake, so we only did the cupcakes for the children.- Cupcakes were rushed, and my wife had to retrieve our plates to use for that, as the attendants were still not going to use them.- As everyone is being hurried out by the attendants, they chose that moment to go and get the goodie bags. Many children had already left the room, because the attendants were hurrying them out – therefore, they were leaving without bags. My wife had to ask for additional bags to give to kids on their way out the door, which she was given. When she was in need of two last bags for the last kids she caught up with, the attendant said: “I just gave you some.” Yes, she did, and there were still two children who didn’t have bags, so… Anyway, ultimately, not every kid received one in the end.- Additional note on the goodie bags. We provided an additional bag for each kid containing cookies that were supposed to be handed out, but those were not even in the room, and we had to ask for those too. Again, because of the rush and lack of organization, not all of the kids received those either.- It was also during the dash out the door that the attendants informed the kids that they are supposed to sign a t-shirt for my daughter. I’m sure that you can imagine the success rate in that window of time?- During this rush, one of the attendants said she would make sure that the balloon bouquet from the party got onto the cart – it didn’t.

Alright so I am going with two stars with having my daughters birthday here. They are new so it’s understandable they have some things to work through and fix to be able to keep up with other indoor Birthday playgrounds.The party host tried to hustle her way into a gratuity which all fine because let’s face it we are a tipping town and we do always tip the host for the birthday.However what was not appreciated was her saying she gave us a discount because food was not on time of $30. This was not the case because they send an email few days prior saying birthday parties in June get $30 discount. On top of that she did as little as possible because she saw I had family there to help set up . Asking for extra cups ... don’t get me started! When it was time to pay she highlighted recommended tip of $112 and up as she explained how much I should tip and she provided a discount “I’m sure you didn’t notice the food was late but I did so I took of $30 and here is some tip suggestions”. I wouldn’t have given her a dime if it was not for my husband . Wish it went to the party coordinator instead , Tessa.I also have to add food was alright nothing spectacular cheap pizza and chicken up charged . The party host asked if we are bringing the left over chicken , if not they would eat it in the back. It is something that you can think but not one of those things you say out loud!I would not do another birthday here for that very reason. I would bring my daughter back for some play time because it is a fun place.

Very cool place and perfect for the super hot days in the Vegas valley! Theres A LOT to do and it caters to both the littles and the bigs! Climbing walls, trampolines, maze wall things, a large section for 5 & under, a parent lounge AND party rooms!!The major bonus is the snack bar WITH fountain drinks (not just bottles in vending machines).

This place was amazing fun! Lots of fun obstacles for the kids and parents. I like the variety of different obstacles. You may have to buy or bring grip socks.

Super fun place! Had a Birthday party for our 7-year-old there and all the kids had an amazing time. Our host, Robert, was very helpful and attentive and overall had great service. Everything went way above our expectations! Would give 10 stars if I could! Highly recommend.

Nice place to bring your kids on a hot day. Pogo passes are not allowed here during holidays and they don’t take $100 bills. As a veteran, I was surprised they gave me a discount on veterans day. The hours was still regular hours on a Monday. Doesn’t say pogo pass are excluded during holidays.

For kids under age 11, even under age 8 probably. Was hoping it would be bigger but for younger kids(3-8) the facility is a good size. Ill stick to taking my nephew to Flippin out xtreme next time. (He is 13) Friendly staff!

Not recommended for bday partiesWe had my daughters birthday here in February. I was told our party host was running a few minutes late...she was more than an hour late. So I was helped by a new supervisor and told several times I would be able to go into the room once it was setup. I was under the impression that my party was the first of the day so there was a big chance I could get in my room early. They kept telling me they were setting the room up and it almost done.After more than an hour or so, we went into the room. The hour of setup was a table cloth, cups, napkins and plates. No balloon bouquet that I paid for nor an hours worth of setup. If they wouldve let me in there, my husband or myself wouldve had a heads up and been able to go and get decorations. The VERY LATE part host never introduced herself and wouldnt make eye contact with me the entire time. She never refilled the soda pitchers and I basically ran the party myself. This place was not worth 300! I complained to a manager and was given passes for free play but I didnt want them. I wanted what I paid for. I also called the party coordinator and left a vm that was never returned. My daughter had fun playing with friends but for the cost I expected a lot more. couldve saved myself a lot of money by just getting them 2 hours of playtime. Very dissatisfied with the costumer service.

Its was cool for what it was We took our daughter and her friend they had a blast playing on all the equipment. They also had a parents lounge where you can watch tv while your kids play.

Very clean and fun the layout is perfect for all kids and parents I have to say it’s the only indoor playground that when your the parent following your child threw all the obstacles you can actually walk threw everything without bending down and hitting your head and I’m average height so I thought that was pretty neat !!!Good Job who ever designed the place!!! I’ll definitely be going a lot with my daughter and even take her friends with us I give it 5 + STARS

My son loves Uptown Jungle! It’s a great place to get out of the heat, let the kids play & sit & relax. They have rock climbing, trampolines, a toddler area, climbing structures. It is always a great time @ Uptown Jungle!

It was pretty cool. There pretty simple but the kiddos loved it and was in one area mainly the whole time but that was her choice.there where seats for parents in every area.

First time being here, awesome place for my little boy and its just down the street from my place. Lots of stuff to play on. Super nice staff. Nice parents lounge. Only thing is that I wish they had food to serve like pizzas and stuff. Hopefully they will be doing that in the near future.

We had my sons birthday party here. I loved the playgrounds and the kids had so much fun! Awesome for younger kids also. My only complaint was total we spent $575 for his party and it seemed like they rushed us out of our party room. We ate and almost immediately after they asked us to leave the room so they can clean.. but we can still play for another hour. I feel like we paid alot of money and should have had the room the entire time. But other then that it was a great experience.

I have a 6 and 8 year old and they both love this place. Definitely worth your time and money if you want to see your kids have a good time.... and lets not forget about the friendly staff they got.

My daughter had her birthday party on 10/25/19 which was Nevada Day. When we got there the line was a long since there was no school that day.My daughter who was turning 10 was having a great time with her friends. Not easy to keep my eyes on her every minute bc the place is so big. We were not there long when I was told my daughter was getting yelled at by a teenager as my daughter was coming towards me with her eyes red. She told me a teenage girl had pushed her and yelled at her. I went to get the manager right away and had her tell them what happened. The teeenager was threatening her and another child and using profanity. The manager asked my child to point them out. When we found the teenager she was already arguing with other parents that were very upset. The parents asked the manager to ask them to leave. He didnt and moved them to a private room.My daughter and another child had just been assaulted by this teenager and threatened by her group of friends and the management basically did nothing about it. Things got escalated and the management staff still did nothing to assist with the situation to the point I had to call Henderson police. Once the police got there they used every excuse they could to not provide the video to the police. Excuses used: Theres no general manager on duty, its a privacy issue and we need permission from corporate and to review the video first?!I had to call the general manager days after it happened bc he never called me to apologize. He basically offered me free coupons, as if my daughter would want to go back. He told me those teengers were banned from the park. He also mentioned I should of known they would be busy that day since there was no school. I asked him then why werent you there if you knew it would be busy or hire more staff for the day? All I wanted was an apology and the video. I kept asking for the corporate number and they said they didnt have a corporate number. I called their California and Arizona offices and they wouldnt provide me any corporate number as well.When I called prior to the party I was told I could buy food for the children even if I didnt reserve a room. When I got there I was told you can only buy food if you reserve a room! I didnt have a party big enough to reserve a room. From now on I will take my child to Lost Worlds Myth and Magic. I never had issues there and the staff is much nicer. I just cannot believe how my daughters birthday was ruined by some aggressive teenager who had no consequences for her behavior.Stay away from this business they dont care about your childs safety!!

Amazing place. My 6 kids had a blast 2 hours we spent, they were tired before 2 hours were up. Its worth the money and time.

Very small. Employees dress code is..... well, there isnt one except for a shirt (they dont care if it doesnt fit). A boy who worked there was wearing what Im guessing was womens super skinny jeans about 2 sizes too small beneath his underwear and his work shirt floating above his underwear. The front desk didnt check how many kids I had waivers for or even my waiver. Just a screenshot on my phone. I could have brought a bus full of unprotected kids in and showed them a screenshot of someone elses screenshot of a signed waiver. Theyre asking for a lawsuit.

Really fun if you have a toddler theres a play area for them my brother he really enjoyed the toddler area I overall enjoyed the whole place even the toddler area. If you go have funnn.

Not a huge place, but a nice variety of things to do. A few things were OOO, the net tower and mini zipline.
