This arcade is a rip-off and definitely not worth it during covid. Half the games are shut down or out of order. Your chances of winning any tickets are slim to none as the games are extremely tight. Not even fun. I would recommend the arcades at Sunset Station

The arcade seems to be under new management. Since I first walked in I was greeted by the staff and manager, Maria. The arcade was clean, organized and at a great price point. All games are working and colorful. I would recommend the star wars simulator and the Pac Man air hockey table since they were the most fun for me. I was unaware that the arcade hosts private parties and will keep them in mind for a future birthday. Most of all the customer service is what stands out. Much respect to the whole staff.

Just to be clear before I start...I dont have a problem with the arcade itself as I have taken my kids there for years after we watch a movie, its our ritual you might say so having said that this rating and statement is only because the last time we were in we had a bad experience with one of the staff and someone I hadnt seen in there before . I do believe her name was Maria and I do think she may have been management. She was extremely rude and short with me and my son and in an arcade promoting fun I didnt think it necessary to have been treated as we were. We will continue go to the arcade as my kids love it but I wont have anything to do with her ever again.

My 2 little girls came in this arcade location on July 4th, 2017 @ 11 am so they can have a fun day. Both of them had a blast. Josh the clerk who works in the arcade was great. He was very helpful, polite and great customer service. I normally take my kids to the Orleans Casino arcade but my kids had a blast at the Green Valley Ranch Arcade location. I will take my kids here moving forward on their next fun day. Thanks Josh for your great work!

Okay selection some of the games and prizes are over priced, but overall a good experience.

Half the games didnt work right or at all, prize selection minimal. Variety of games lacking.

A nice local arcade. We have young ones, but there are a few games that even they can play! Examples include the Three Scrooges whack-a-mole, skee ball, a racing/driving video game, and the throwing ping pong balls in buckets game (which can be a family activity!). The games arent always working, but the staff are friendly and will help get them working again. They use tickets here and the play value per game for tokens paid is not bad. Definitely better than arcades on the strip!

Overpriced, stopped using coins and now uses those stupid cards. You dont even get real tickets anymore, barely feels like an arcade.

Dont go this arcade because for $20 you are just getting 3 little tattoos worth $0.15 and all games are too much like $1.25 for to play claw machine your not gotta win because its rigged dont go I am not redneck I am not hater but you should go to circus circus
