I would vote 0 stars if I could. We walked in and thought it was for little kids. The clerk totally let us think we would have a good time. We didnt. Totally a waste of money. The best part was the socks that dont even fit me. We had a POGO Pass and when we came in we asked if we could use the one hour and if we were having a good time, we could pay the $5 to increase our time to 3 hours. We were told no, we couldnt do that. so we paid the money and walked in. After we walked in we saw that the place was geared towards younger kids. Within 2 minutes we asked for our money back and were told no. There is an age limit of 11 and under on the main attraction. We were all older. What gets us upset (there were 5 of us). is that they conceal the attractions until you pay and walk in because they cover the attractions with a big castle type picture which you dont realize what it is until you get past the desk.

Not enough staff and not a lot to do.We were there on Monday. Have a 7 and 4 year old. 7 year old waited and waited to do the climbing wall and not once dod anyone say hey there is an order to this. My 4 year old was stopped from going to the ninja course because if her age which i knew and then 15 minutes later their were 4 kids even smaller than her in there playing around and no one said a word. That is the staffing problem I am referring to. The maze thing in the middle was great but kids were bored after 2 times. I would say for older kids as they can do laser tag it might be better

Stood in an unattended lobby for about 10 minutes before I found help . Then it was literally 2 people working each station so had to wait to gain access. We played video games lazer tag . Outside off being ripped off for $5 out of 1 of the machines where the cashier or the manager had any control over . After him calling the owner of the machines I literally was asking for credit or a new card since machine never dispense my coins for the arcade to the card. No 1 in the store can help after 10 min of him searching through the cameras to tell me no money was inserted . O I did insert . I wanted a refund now for my $20 card because now Im ready to go they dont do that either. It was 0% customer service and I think this place for 8 years old n under . !! We also went to jungle uptown jungle fun park where things was much smoother .

My daughter really likes this location, however the staff is more fixated on constantly checking your childs ticket expiration time than making the experience a good one for kids. One & done is my motto! I won’t be going back. I chose not to play. My daughter wanted to play in the toddler area so I just went to sit in the area to take pictures and watch her play but got kicked out of the area twice for not having a wrist band or socks. I didn’t want to climb around being that she mostly stayed in the toddler area. Most play places I’ve been to at least give parents who aren’t playing a wrist band in case they need to go and grab them and let them sit in the area. I won’t be going back for sure, rather spend my money elsewhere.

Super cool place for kids, however I think the rules/management are a little strict. Run by a lot of teenagers looking bored and on their phones-I was told repetitively by different employees I couldnt come into different areas (the toddler area or the slide area) to help my TODDLER (almost 3 year old) (with or without my shoes on). I was told it was because of Coronavirus and everyone must have their specific Lost World socks.... well that doesnt make any sense b/c when I take your specific lost world socks to my home (which MAY be exposed to COVID (hypothetically)) and bring them back another day w/ my kid-they could be even MORE exposed so that was a lie. Also the large 4-story structure in the middle is way too big for my almost 3 year old to go through alone, yet they dont allow parents in to help-Im unable to see my child and have to run from side to side to check where she is when shes lost and cant find her way out.Wed probably go a lot more if theyd be more empathetic and understanding to parents with little ones. It wasnt busy at all, wondering if others have experienced similar things and deters their attendance.-A concerned parent

We live in north Las Vegas so its a long drive to get to here. When we got here there were a few hours before closing however, the place was basically dead. The employees didnt seem like they wanted to be there, overall not doing a good job watching the kids. The one exception to this was the cafe employee Alexander. He seemed happy to be there we got into a conversation about the place. The food was good but a little pricey. Overall its a long drive to get to the location so we may not come again.

Super cute concept for kids indoor entertainment. Came here on a Sunday afternoon. No wait or issue checking in. You have to buy their socks or no entrance! It is a little smaller than I was expecting but the laser tag, bowling, arcade and the cafe were a nice touch. Overall, similar to Uptown Jungle with more options than just a climbing castle and an obstacle course. There are admission options for 1 hour, 3 hours and full day play. We chose 1 hour and about 45 minutes into playing, the kids were about ready to leave.

I came into the location and after viewing all their activities I booked an party. The employee at the front named Alexander helped with the booking and any questions I had. A few weeks later we had a great party with our party host Logan. If you are having an party at Lost Worlds I would without an doubt try to reverse Logan for a party great host. Everything was quoted right and the kids got to play on all the attractions for 3 hours. Laser tag was an blast, Thank You for the great fun.

Waited 35 mins to get the passes/wristbands. Came here on a Saturday at 2:30PM and there was a huge line, literally out the door, and only one employee. They know its busy on Saturday; should have more employees. Other than this, its a great place for kids and toddlers. 1hr Unlimited is $15, 3 hr unlimited is $19. Fyi child also needs Lost Worlds socks to enter play area. They are $2.95 a pair. See pictures for pricing board and attraction heights.Visited on Saturday at 5PM 10-9-2020, 10 minute line this time. Even though my boys had socks from SkyZone (trampoline park) with the same rubber grip on the bottom of the soles, I was forced to purchase Lost Worlds socks. Not a big expense at $2.95 a pair but seems like splitting hairs to me.

I live in the area and found a Groupon for a great price. I took my nephew on 07/30/2020 around 5:30 PM and instantly noticed the lack of employees. The girl up at the front desk showed slight attitude when I showed her our Groupon. Once we entered my nephew wanted to climb the rock wall. When the girl told us it was closed due to the coronavirus, we completely understood and he went to go play somewhere else. Not even 30 seconds later, a different kid goes up, asks if he can use the same one my nephew had asked to use, and the same girl geared him up and put him on the rock wall. I couldn’t believe what I saw and felt instantly disrespected. 2/10 would not return.(Just a word of advice, hire people that actually enjoy working with children. Not just checking their wristbands and sending them off.)

The customer service was really annoying because they didn’t warn us and we seriously walked in and saw all the parents and little kids came back and asked for the money we spent for extra time back and they wouldn’t give it to us. This was a cool place to visit. The tube slide seems to be a danger as any parents or older kids hit the bottom and it stops immediately ejecting you out of the tube. The toddler ball pit area was disgusting and stunk. It also had so much food in the ball pit area. They dont enforce no food in the gated areas apparently. The harnesses for rock climbing has a metal plate that digs into your back and neck making it unenjoyable. My kids liked the laser tag the best. Watching the video everytime you go thru was a little much. Over all I wouldnt buy vip all you can play passes again. I cant say we wont return but it wont be a priority place to go.

I have to start by saying that my kids had fun and were happy. And now I can say that because of the space and arrangement of the playground it gives you the illusion that it is huge when in fact is not that big. 15 bucks for an hour of unlimited play, but some attractions are extra. Arcade games are on a card, but the 4 dollar per game kids bowling is extra and is on a different card (not included in the unlimited bracelet). They also have a lot of restrictions that other places just like it, do not. And its confusing for my kids, because why can they do things in one place but not this one? Its just hard to explain to little kids. The kid at the front MADE ME buy socks from them, even after I told her I have socks (from a different playground) but onec i was inside there were many people with different socks! Including my own friends that arrived 20 min after I did ... not cool front desk girl, not cool. And I want to conclude that overall rhe kids were happy and satisfied with the play. Its well maintained and good upkeep. Bathrooms were clean and had no problems. Did not get a chance to try the food. Also I would actually like to offer a small suggestion in regards to the front entrance, if I may. Have someone at the door, have an inner security door to keepnthe kids from freely exiting the building. Every other place has someone standing there and making sure no kid exits by themselves. Thanks yo, see you soon.

We really had a great time on our first visit. My son has been asking to come back for almost 3 months so we made the 45 minute drive this past Monday (01/26/2020). The place was almost empty and relatively clean. My son played on the different structures for a while and then wanted to try the arcade. We reloaded the card a few times and it equaled 40$. My son won quite a bit of tickets and during our time there I used a ticket claw machine and grabbed 150 tickets. Apparently none of this registered on the card. We were told there was nothing they could do. If there are other reviews stating this then why not fix it? We left, my son crushed, and wont ever be back.

They refuse to refund for bad food. Never again. I assume the manager replied to me trying to defend the terrible service. I forgot how racist your employees are. The only person that was professional was the guy that checked us in. I dont know how long it took to tell you about the nacho. Bottom line it was nasty so it sat there. We ate half the pizza and left half there. Most of the pizza my wife picked off the pepperoni and left the rest. I was only trying to get reimbursed for the nacho. The manager act like he didnt want to talk to me. Send his associate to say there is a no refund policy and duck off to the bathroom so I waited on him to get out. All of a sudden I took too long to say something. I was playing with my daughter. The only reason half got eaten is because we was hungry. Little ceasar make better pizza than that.

My First time to Lost Worlds Myth and Magic and the kids loved it. We came last week on Thursday for their family night. I found out about the deal on Facebook when I was looking for fun kid places. Walking into the front door i was greeted by a polite young man who (I would later find out was manager) explained about the family night deal which was 4 wristbands and meal to go along with the play. When we went into the facility i was amassed by how clean the place was. It was not too busy and we had a set in the back cafe area. When the food came out the pizza was great so much better then pizza hut. The kids had a lot of fun climbing the rock ways and the slide. They even had laser tag for the kids to play. If you have really high expectations, maybe you’re going here for the wrong reasons. I loved this place. It’s a great way to interact, play, learn, and grow. Kids have a “challenge” course area/rec area with “ninja warrior” style obstacle course, and rock climbing walls as well as tubing slides on the opposite side. The main floor hosts the playground. My nieces had so much fun running through all the halls, and jumping in the ball pit/facing down the different slides. Parents/guardians have the option to purchase the entry bracelet that allows you into the same spaces as your kids/nieces :D they also have unlimited laser tag! This seems like it would be a great experience for families - especially people with kids between 5-12. My nieces are 6 and 8, and they had a great time! Plus, I ended up getting them a 3-hour VIP pass for $11 each.As an adult, the faults I saw were - Cafe closed, no ATM, business hours (7pm seems really early, and I think they should stay open until 8 or 9, weekdays or not..front desk associate wasn’t very welcoming when we first arrived(but he did change my mind about him before we left), socks were very slippery on the floor too, if they don’t fit your feet correctly (yes, you have to buy them). I witnessed two young kids slip within a few minutes of each other, because their socks didn’t grip the slippery floor...otherwise it was clean, staff was friendly with everyone.Bottom line, we all had a good amount of fun hanging out here after school :)

WORST place to book a birthday party at, would not repeat ever again. Very expensive $$ for what is given in the knights gala package, for 10 guest plus birthday guest. Very misleading ad online for birthday package (knights gala) ad says 1.5 hours of playing in attractions, then it states 90 minutes in the party room. Doesn’t specify if the time runs together, which it does, so in reality if your kids want there full 1.5 hour of playing time there will be no time left for the party room. Very misleading ad, lost world birthday party manager try’s to upsell you more time, but the knights gala already runs $350 dollars plus a service fee for only 1.5 hours for a party. I had to let my kids play for an hour and then rush to eat pizza and cut the cake in the last half hour, horrible experience. They don’t let you bring your own food, which I understand but if your going to charge $350 plus a service fee of $68, at least serve some decent pizza, pizza was HORRIBLE! Staff and Attractions are great but the birthday party packages are the worst I’ve ever seen. Booked a sky zone party the year before, spent $300, same amount of people, 1 hour play, 45 mins in party room, pizza from pizza my dear, was not bad at all. Would suggest not spending the money at lost world for a birthday party, my honest opinion.

My sons birthday is on Leap Day, so we thought itd be great idea to give this place a try...you know, do something outside of the typical Sky Zone or Gameworks parties since he only gets an actual birthday every 4 years.I called a week ahead to ask if my husbands military award letter would be accepted (for the military discount) since hed recently lost his ID traveling and was told Yes. No problem!. And true to their word it was...until we tried to order food for our guests. To make a long story short the GM was so unprofessional and acted as if I was being dishonest since I couldnt recall the name of the person that Id spoken to on the phone. Nevermind that they honored the discount at check-in when we paid for our guests entrances. #GoFigureAfter giving us a much needed description of what a military ID looks like (insert sarcasm) and acting as if he wanted to come to fisticuffs with my disabled husband over whether or not the letter was real or fake, he finally relented and scornfully said hed do it THIS time. Sir??When our food came a whole 45 minutes later, they shorted us 21 chicken nuggets (we ordered the 50 piece and yes, I counted. lol) plus gave us extra olives on our nachos with no olives. *sighs*I politely went to speak to the young lady working the cash register and ended up giving her a motivational speech because she was on the verge of tears after being the only cashier on such a busy afternoon. She seemed to have several customers complaining about wait times so she was rather frazzled. It also didnt help that when she informed the kitchen of their mistake they were so nasty to her you would have thought she ate the missing nuggets.Oh, and the laser tag room was so hot that several of the kids opted to do other activities as opposed to dying of heat stroke. Guess who wont be going back?

So I have purchased a groupon for lost worlds many times. It says its only good M-F. So I purchased the groupon to use on a monday holiday while the kids are out of school. Have used it on at least 5 monday holidays, and made sure to check the fine print to be sure that they allowed the groupon on holidays. I purchased one for 4 kids the other day to use for presidents day. When I showed up I was told the groupon was not able to be used on holidays. I explained I had used it many times on holidays and was told that it was a new rule and was mentioned in the fine print. So I had to pay the full price for the 4 tickets and now have a groupon that I cant use because it is not good on weekends or holidays, so the only way I can use it is to take them out of school. If they are going to change rules like that they need to put a notification somewhere in the main page of their groupon so regular customers that are used to being able to use it on holidays dont get screwed like I did.

Only downside was that the teens watching the laser tag seemed to take frequent breaks and so you would be waiting for someone to show up while no game was on (and you pay by the hour so that I felt was a bit unfair)...

Very cool! Great environment and lots to do! My kids had a blast. So why only 3 stars? Well, it comes down to safety/security. There are 2 unmanned exits. Wristbands are only used to verify youve paid to be in the attraction. No stamps, monitors, gates, nothing. The entrance/exit is even an automatic door so theres literally nothing to stop someone from walking out with your kid. I always watch my kids closely anyway, but the exits are enough to make me really nervous. Make sure you have 1 adult to 1 kid ratio if you come.Update: Also, the food is not good; At all. We went for a party and the pizza was like cardboard. Then went to the snack bar to get popcorn and a Gatorade. After waiting 20 minutes to order (there was only 1 person in front of me and theyd just ordered) I finally gave up. Oh! And you MUST purchase their socks. Any socks with grip wont do. Those were 9$ a pop.Dont bother. Theres better places around here for much less $$ and better organized. I re-rated to 1 star after the full experience.

Kids may have fun here, and the decor is cool, but theres hardly anything to do for older kids. The moment we ordered food someone came up to us and told us that its been an hour since she ordered and she still hadnt gotten some of her food. We waited 30 minutes and didnt even get the pretzel we ordered which was already ready. When we asked for refunds the manager, who was only around 18-20, refused to do so. We never got our food. The workers in the kitchen werent even wearing gloves. Dont recommend.

Place was nice. Kids loved it. But the food was terrible the pizza was at least 2 days old. Had a couple more things from their cafeteria and was not impressed. Has potential but needs to fix the kitchen. Dont know if we will return...

The areas for play were not manned by an employee so kids who wanted to do the full obstacle course could not. The bowling should have been included in the price since older kids arent able to go in to main play structure. Older kids were limited in thing they could do. We ordered food and the worker at the register was not friendly at all. Its been almost an hour and still no food. Someone else waited over 45 minutes for onion rings and couldnt wait anymore. She asked for a refund and they refused her. At 45 minutes we inquired about our food and asked for the manager. He came out and appeared to be 19 years old. We requested a refund and refused us. He argued with us for 10 minutes. I asked for the person above him and he stated there was no one. I asked for the owners number and he finally told me he had a general manager. Finally another lady came out and agreed to refund us. The young manager continued to argue with the lady worker. She explained to him a happy customer will return. She refunded our money but it was a little late as we definitely will not be back as the experience was less than acceptable. My advice to the young manager is to be a little more understanding and work to please the customer. He should have refunded our money immediately for our food as we werent getting what we paid for.

Cool place. TERRIBLE execution. I have one kid. 2 years old and for him to be able to go into the castle or the slide both me and his father would have to purchase $15 an hour passes. I’ve gone to every kids play place in the valley and have never been charged more then 2-3 bucks to add an adult. Why do I have to pay to watch my kid run around the castle or do a slide. He’s 2 he needs supervision I can’t just let him go. Also the shoe cubby is in the castle so we had to awkwardly place our shoes but he wouldn’t open the gate because we didn’t buy the pass for it. Absolutely ridiculous price set up. $45 for 1 kid and 2 parents is crazy. Charge ala cart for parents for bowling or laser tag. The employees also had headphones in their ear and it’s loud place as is so you literally have to scream to get their attention. It’s a really cool place but the cool factor only will take it so far

HORRIBLE. We walked in with two teens and were nervous it was too young for them. You can’t see the activities from the front. The cashier suggested we’d have a great time. We paid and went in. It’s sooooo young and there are areas that are specifically for 11 and under. We asked for our money back and they refused pointing to a small sign on the desk. We asked for a manager and he tried convincing us it was fine because sometimes teenagers use the slide. $75 to walk in and out- soooo lame

Absolutely wonderful place for children to get out and play without the heat. The prices have come down from when other reviewers posted. At the time of this posting its $25 plus $3 in socks per kid for an all day pass. Tons of things to keep kids occupied for hours. My 18 month old was totally enthralled with the toddler area, and my 4 yr old hasnt come out of the Castle/Playground since we arrived an hour ago.Facility is incredibly clean, staff are friendly, ambiance is wonderful. Im an out of town visitor (from Phoenix), and wish we had a place this clean at this price there.

This was a really fun place! I was pleasantly surprised both big and little kids in our group (teens on down) had a blast for almost 3 hours. Laser tag seemed to be a highlight. I thought the ninja Warrior course looked fun. Kevin, one of the attendants, was very attentive and accommodating to our group. For example, when one of the adults said the lounge was too hot for her, he turned down the air conditioning. Its a new place so there are bound to be bugs to work out but the staff were friendly and helpful.Re: socks, one of my big-footed kids wears a mens size 11(!) and though the socks were small, they stayed on just fine.

I recently went here for a birthday party. Had a fabulous experience with a blonde haired girl. Here name was Jessica. She was extremely polite. And went the extra mile for us. This place has everything from ball pits, laser tag, rock walls and arcades. The kids had a blast. And were exhausted by the end of the night. I will definitely be recommending this place to my friends and family. Thank u

We came on Friday specifically for our 18 month old to enjoy the slow-moving merry-go-round in the Toddler area. Once we bought tickets and came in to the area we found it wasn’t working. We asked an attendant who couldn’t fix it and then we asked to speak to the Manager- he identified himself as Shawn, the General Operations Manager. His attitude was completely unaccommodating and dismissive. He claimed the fuse went out 2 days ago (on Wednesday) and that they had one on order that should arrive “tomorrow or Monday”. When I asked to be refunded our $4 for the Toddler area fee he blankly stated “we don’t do refunds”. I then asked why we weren’t told when we were purchasing our Toddler area ticket that the main attraction wasn’t working as we wouldn’t have bought it had we known, and he then contradicted his earlier statement and said “I didn’t know it was broken” (yet he told me it broke on Wednesday...). I then proceeded to tell him how I had already purchased 3 full-price 3-hour tickets for my older children, along with socks and Companion Passes (a total of over $70) so if he could please refund me the $4 for the out-of-order Toddler Area attraction as a measure of Customer Service, I would greatly appreciate it. He again refused, with an argumentative attitude, and turned and walked away.I highly doubt the Owner of Lost Worlds would appreciate the terrible way in which his General Manager is treating his customers. He exhibited a very poor attitude and is clearly not Customer Service oriented AT ALL. I’m writing this review to warn other paying customers about this experience and for them to be sure to ask upfront if things are not working before they waste their money, and to certainly not expect ANY Customer Service by the General Manager!!

Warning to parents out there!!! My 8 year old daughter just fell 20 ft from one of the rock climbing stations at Lost World Myth and Magic in Henderson Nevada. The retractable rope malfunctioned so my daughter fell from the top approx 20 ft or more. The response of the manager was “we are sorry” . We will never go back to that establishment. There needs to be better safety regulations On the part of the business owner.

We called ahead to confirm they would be open to the public. They informed us they would be but neglected to state that every child care center in the valley had a trip planned their the exact same day. My kids hated it. It was too crowded and the staff didnt attempt to stop the bigger kids from pushing past smaller children. The food is worse than 7/11. Go someplace else.

This place is great. Super-clean and inexpensive. The best deal I believe is the 3 hours VIP package for 19dls. , including the wall climbing and laser-tag room. You can do a whole day for 24dls but I just cant imagine being able to handle more than a couple of hours . Awesome resting area for adults, with super comfortable couches and 4 screens playing sports. Great arcade room and food court. Cant go wrong with this place.
