Araceli, Smitty and Daniella are more than amazing. They are always willing to go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. Easy to talk to and always smiling.

Although Im new to RV living...Ive had absolutely NO issues since being here six months. The staff has been decent to me. The workers are friendly, and work hard cleaning and maintaining the park. Rent is computerized, which makes it easy and efficient.My space is near the street, which makes it hard NOT to hear the traffic...but after dark here in the 55+ area, it seems nice and quiet.Although this is my first RV experience, I feel safe and comfortable here, and am happy to give them four stars.

My first visit was nice, although I was just dropping off my girl at a friends my visit was short its a quiet place easy to find and fairly large mobile home park. Like most parks theres no street parking and sound travels. So you have to be quiet in there to not disturb other residents. Its most common with all parks, I did like the palms at the main entrance. They have lites at night on the which looks great .

ARICELLI SMITTY DANIELLA AND JOE MARCUS AND SAL ARE GREAT. I HAD A PROBLEM AND THEY IMMEDIATELY CAME AND. TOOK CARE OF IT. IN MY BOOK THEY ARE GREAT PEOPLE.THEY REALLY DO CARE AND TAKE CARE OF MATTERS!!!!!

I had a problem and the landlords took care of itDepends which side of the fence you are on. Annoying neighbor doesnt know how to tell her dog to quit barking and Araceli has taken no action (6 months later) against something that should be common courtesy. But if we try to drown out her dog with our music, suddenly were at fault?The logic doesnt get very far.

Staff is great, if they mess up, they quickly fix it with many apologies. The food is hot, and fresh. I adore their fries and the egg, cheese, with bacon breakfast sandwich. Very clean.

Got a car wash hair loss to cover the spare tire and they held it for me so I can come back and get it so I guess youre not too bad of people.

The managers are 1 sided and blame people that dont do anything wrong! They need new managers

Nothing But the worst Slumlords, you have vicious dogs everywhere, seen couple of pitbulls loose in the streets occasionally, always have shady/ tweakers walking around asking for food and money, you have a public homeless shelter in the front within the bushes or hiding around there, it’s like the new Americana 2.0 version, and don’t be surprise if your electric or water gets turn off for no reason for “Repairs” without any warnings

I lived here in 2009 it was good for then and its NOW 2018 its still good for me

Awesome just moved in couldnt ask for a better place excellent manager hard workers always helping with your unit any time u have a problem 24/7.

How do I get a hold of the owners of this park I’m having some serious issues with the landlords

Been here 14yrs. and it has gone downhill. Poor lighting by the dog park, drugs, dogs running loose, people speeding and playing loud music, people on go karts, quad runners, 3 wheel carts, land scaping sucks in back. Administration sucks!!!!
