Really inviting, clean, affordable lifestyle. Active adult park that really shows pride of ownership. They are always open for NEW, ENERGY EFFICIENT, awesome homes that add a classy look to the Community. Incredible that there are no HOA fees, all common areas, jacuzzi, pool room, and gym room are included in the low monthly rent. Best part is low utilities, and fabulous southernCaliforniaWeather!!

Its quiet and not a lot of action.

Individual safety repairs take about 10 months (or longer) from reported date, the gazebo is unfortunately reserved for smokers, and activities for all residents are now quite rare; but the pool is open till November, and the clubhouse is often open for billiard players, or anyone who strolls through to pay a rent or utility bill. On the bright side, Wednesday afternoons, folks can join Mamie to play boardgames in the clubhouse, which has a nice old fountain in front of it, and some new streetlights are visible.

Wow, this Mobile Home Park really shows pride of ownership~! The mark has been completely remodeled from head to toe...and the goal has been accomplished. The most affordable manufactured lifestyle modeled after the Del Web private and upscale communities without the HOA fees. Many new 3 bedroom 2 bath homes with super energy efficient plans for rent or to own. if you have not looked at what 55 and active adult lifestyle is looking like within this Community....your missing out~!

Inside the park, is peaceful, quiet, and safe. Some awesome peeps live here.

For the most part the park is clean. But there are too many ran down mobile homes that it takes away from the quaint appeal of the park. The pool is cleaned regularly, the spa is located in a room but the room isnt very large to fit a wheelchair comfortably. They could definitely improve wheelchair accessibility and roadways.

I have lived here for 15 yrs., and have never had one problem with anyone or anything. People are trying hard to make it nice here, and all Ive ever heard is complaining. Im very content here, lets try to help by keeping our places clean and being nice to each other.

Tried as Airbnb. 30mins after I got in the door, my bedroom window was broken by force. Host didn’t seem to care so I left after the police report. Only good thing about this place is the tan, really handsome, ex-marine cop patrolling the area that informed me of how bad it is, and to be safe, etc. Thanks for making me feel better.

Mid-range 55 and over Park in not-so-good of area and in the town of Hemet but fairly cheap living

I was evicted from Devonshire Downs for the false accusations of having to many homeless people at my home plus the false accusations of selling drugs with only one payment left before it was payed for in full, I lost my home to the park. Also anyone associated with me would also be evicted and lose their homrs. I was only arrested for having a stun gun but was not charged with any of these rumors so thank you Devonshire Downs for believing everything you hear. Not on fact.
