Omg, so clean! What a wonderful and beautiful park this was! Very clean, well maintained area with very, very friendly residents who really go the extra mile to keep the park looking clean. Also very! Safe! Environment! No need for pepper spray! All dogs were closely watched by their owners and kept on leashes! Highly Recommend this wonderful park!

I give the park and management five stars, not because its a luxury park, but because it is clean, well maintained, and well managed. There have been many improvements made to the park since Donna and Mike became managers. My son, who hadnt been here in a year, was amazed at the change for the better in the park. This park serves a need for safe, decent, affordable housing for seniors, and is also a pleasant place to live.Ive seen Donna put up with outrageous behavior, while remaining polite. Some dont realize that keeping the rules is best for all of us. I also find Donna and Mike to be caring and helpful.I have lived in the park for 26 years.

This review is long overdue. We feel so blessed to have found Pueblo Sereno. It is a gated, 55+ community with fantastic management and very reasonable costs. It is a little gem. If you like a clean, orderly community run by managers who go the extra mile to keep up on issues, this is the place. We looked at many parks before settling on Pueblo Sereno and the onsite managers were the biggest draw. They are friendly and generous with their time and are constantly making upgrades to the park. They require that residents maintain a basic level of cleanliness and orderliness within their property line for the benefit of ALL. The park is very animal friendly, but does require pet owners to be responsible and thoughtful so as not to disturb others in the park with such things as excessive barking and dog waste.We know that from time to time there have been a few disgruntled residents who have not been happy with the management. In each case the dissatisfaction has centered around being made to follow long-standing rules that are in place for the benefit of the entire community. We have been here many years now and we could not be happier with our choice.

I really appreciate all the hard work and dedication that Mike and Donna have done with this park. Their hard work effects more than they realize. I have lived here since 2005. This place has never looked nicer. Their tireless commitment to PUEBLO SERENO really shows. Its not easy for them when not everyone appreciates the work they do, but I do. I am new to the park (6 months) it is a clean, quiet, gated 24 hourrs, the pool is heated year around and I love it. Management is pleasant and ready to help me with any questions I have. Happy my son found it for me.

Very very nice lot of new renovations pet friendly senior living very quiet, well taken care of community enjoy life, gated community, hidden gem in helmet.

Not a friendly place.The management here runs it like a prison camp treats my mom horribly wrong.she should be enjoying her retirement but instead shes been hospitalized several times due to the stress involved living here.

This is a Sr Gated, clean mobil home village. There is hardly any crime, most residents come together for other residents if needed. Pool is always clean.

I have been a caretaker there for my mother who lived at this park for over 16 years and we have seen alot of managers come and go BUT the managers that are their today are monsters they run that park like its a concentration camp, I know this from personal experience I worked for Donna Wagner and shes a rude and unprofessional manager who uses intimidation to scare the senior citizens into doing what SHE wants and if they do not comply with her she threatens the tenants and their family and friends, I would go somewhere else to find a good a descent place to live.
