The ramp is a good ramp. The docks will get your boats finish since the outer dock is higher than the top of my boat even with bumpers out it will hit. The parking is not that bad. Ramp can be a bit slow if your tjere with the rush in or out of the water. I still use it always.

Was the best boat launch around there was hot girls serving cold sandwiches ice cold beer as cold as the Rockies we slayed the pike and bass the kids tubed tell they were as red as lobsters thanks sportsman in hayden

Good spot to access Hayden lake if you want to launch a boat. If you want to fish you have to park at the top of a big hill. There is one handicapped parking spot near the launch. If you want easy family access for fishing or swimming look elsewhere.

Nice spot to put the kayaks in on Hayden. A bit of boat traffic but not that bad.

I have to say by far the cleanest bathrooms Ive ever been and as far as the state park goes the only downfall is is there is no accessibility for handicaps you know theres really not a whole lot of stuff to do for little kids Butternut you know for free place to hang out for the day I recommended

The boat launch was very packed. There was a huge line for launching your boat or taking it out. There is a dock down the way which was nice. Just not a good time of day for fishing

It is beautiful and peaceful.

Boat ramp is short and steep, but doable. There is a toilet near parking lot. Best part is its free.

Like a postcard! I recommend surprising your girlfriend with a picnic here. They have tables with fire pits, bathrooms, the view and ducks galor to feed.

Only downside is the turn around in the launch area is not very large for bigger boats and 4door long bed trucks.
