Fun place. Water park was smaller than expected. Hot tub was closed and the only shower my kids could find was just an outdoor one for rinsing off. Large parking lot across the street for day use RV parking. Ropes course and bowling for fun too and even though the sign on the door said masks required, most people inside were not wearing them. My kids had a blast, but 23 bucks for this little place was way too much for a couple hours of fun.

Swimming pool is small and only 4 slides but they were very fun.

Website said $150 for a birthday party, a little extra for a combined party, which is fine... Like Chuck-E-Cheese they have a tickets or tokens wheel, but only one child gets to spin the wheel, for both party children.This was an immense disappointment, being as we paid extra for the other birthday child. The kids got a coupon for a free round of miniature golf, but they cant redeem it while theyre there... This company makes hand over fist, and they cant afford to allow a second birthday child for the same party to spend the wheel?I definitely wont be back to celebrate a birthday party.

The employees and staff are amazing. I took my grandaughter to a birthday party there today. When I went to pick her up I couldnt find her. The lifeguards were amazing. They sent out a message and even though I was terrified. They found her in no time. They were just amazing and so awesome. I cant thank them enough!!

Blonde female lifeguard needs to be nicer when at water slide station. It is not okay to comment on someone’s weight when you think they are heavier and actually aren’t. Other than that 9/10 was fun would go again if she wasn’t there.

Lots of activities for families. The waterpark was overpriced for what it offered. Best for smaller children as there is no pool to swim in. The wave pool is more like a wading pool...only about 3 feet deep and very small. If you just want to go on waterslides, its great.

Fun place. Chlorine is very strong. Lifeguards should wear more clothing as this is a childrens water park indoors, not a beach.

My family of 6 went to Raptor Reef only. This is an excellent small to medium-sized water park that was perfect for my young children. Life jackets and flotation devices were all included. The slides had minimal waits. You can bring your own food and drinks in - I felt zero pressure to buy their food. The hotel, which was very kid friendly provided copious amounts of extra towels. The ages of my children are 4, 5, 5, and 10. Only two met the over 48 requirement, and one is just over the 42. So not all us could enjoy the slides. This is not a negative thing. Between the wave pool and the kiddy cove, the kids were well entertained. My wife and I took turns taking the taller ones on the slides. This was a bargain for $15 per person for 6+ hours of entertainment, and good exercise.

This place isnt too bad for what it is. The footprint is small but the space is used efficiently. Life guards are alert and attentive. My kids loved it. The price is reasonable for what you get, and it wasnt very crowded when we where there. We were there in early November so I dont know how crazy it gets in the summertime. But for a place to escape the Idaho cold it was great. The Holiday Inn Express needs some work, but thats a different review.

This place is very fun and entertaining for all ages most of the tome I go to the water park but there is bowling and an arcade and other things. I totally recommend triple play

Fun times for the whole family, bowling, tree course thing, fun factory arcade. Indoor And outdoor putt putt. Water bumper boats and the raptor reef and slides and wave pool. Lots of stuff to do, probably missed some. Its connected to a hotel for convenient out of town people.

We had an amazing time with a lot of firsts for my people! My smallest was happy to do so much on her own too! Keeping track of all the ride cards was a bit tricky though since only a few had ropes course added. Should have brought a sharpie to mark them. The ride operators were very patient when we had to sort it out a few times.I would have liked a few other food options, but they had fairly typical boring alley fare. Pizza seems the cheapest option for a large group. Theres also a KFC in the same parking lot (very easy walk) and all day wristbands allow you to leave and come back.

Great indoor water park, four super fun slides, a wave pool, hot tub and a kids play structure with lots of water falling down and two small slides. Fun little water park, pretty expensive though, I paid $72 for one adult and two kids.

We were hoping the kid area of the water park would have more to offer, especially for very little ones to just maybe wade in, without all the extras. But it was too intense for our toddler, and there wasnt another option. As for older kids and adults, you have only 3 big slides, and one other, and once youve done them, youve done them. I even got stuck on one, and Im not a big guy at all. The wave pool is small, and just mediocre if anything. Nothing to get excited about. We will most likely not return, having spent as much as we did.

Everything was excellent... except for the arcade games! Prices are expensive as hell, but other than that its great place for kids and family!

Not very big and a tad older but the kids had fun and thats all that matters!

The boys had a great time: swimming, water slide, bumpercars, go carts, rock climbing wall, arcade, bowling, rope course. This is NOT for small kids. Height requirements are inforced. Just be responsible and call ahead if you are unsure about what your child can do. My grandson has been able to do a little more every year. He looks forward to visits with the grandparents

Water not clean. Made up for it with over abundance of chlorine.

Small and the smell of choline was almost unbearable. We spent minimum time here. The slides were great fun some of the best Ive been on but just hanging out in the water was not an option.

Great place for young and old alike. A little chaotic on a Sat afternoon. But that should comes as no surprise.

Took my family to Raptor Reef. Kids had a blast, wasnt too busy when we were there. Didnt really like how they have this setup. You have to pay for the wristbands and rent a locker. Go into the water park then into change rooms, back into the waterpark, then go around the corner to the lockers. Any other water park Ive been to you pay to get into the change rooms which have the lockers inside then you exit the change room into the waterpark. Wasnt a huge deal just an odd setup.

Do NOT come to the water park with any children. 2 or under or under 42 you will be confined to the TINY childrens play area ONLY! No one told us this until we paid almost $100 to go sit in 3 inches of water.. rude service ... Will not be coming back to this water park..

What a joke - We took our kids there, and our two and a half year old was confined to the lame kiddie pool. The wave pool is only 4-5 feet at the deepest, and he wasnt even allowed to go ankle deep. I even got the whistle for standing in water less than a foot deep because I was holding my infant. Land of the free? More like land of the stupid rules and regulations.

Great place for kids but if you have made the effort to travel all the way to north idaho, our lakes and rivers offer way more excitement for free.

Kids love this place. My grandson doesnt want his birthday partys anywhere but Triple Play/Raptor Reef.

It was ok. The selection of video games was really limited, and the indoor golf was very mundane, but they seemed to have plenty of bowling lanes.

Drove my kids all the way from Spokane to go to the waterpark. I looked online and it said the waterpark was open at 10. Got here and they said sorry, we dont open until 3. Heartbreaking for my 2 and 4 year olds. I would have at least offered a voucher or coupon to my customers. Not coming back here for any reason or occasion. Ill drive the extra distance to Silver Mountain waterpark.

Pizza is horrible also had to pay close to 20 dollars for a pass to supervise my 2 year old in kid area of the water park but am not allowed in wave pool with him is rediculouse there is no sign that indicates that this isnt allowed and than the genral manager handled to situation very unprofessionally I am in management and this is not how you handle these sort of issues I will not be back everrrr!!!!!!!

Over priced especially just to watch. pool area is hot humid and dirty.
