Nice and Calm place to go for a walk or jog. Simple Exercise stations are also there. This park is restricted for those working in the Hartford insurance office.

This park is part of the Hartford insurance it was put there to help us stay fit and relax during lunch time take a walk or have a walking business meeting eat lunch enjoy the beauty

All these people complaining that the staff is rude, this IS private property and unless you are an employee, you are trespassing.

A scenic place in the middle of the city, wow.

Beautiful grounds on the property of an insurance company, but doesnt seem totally accessible unless you work there or they are having an event inviting the community. Its a beautiful location, just needs the use of it to be more prominent

Well maintained in the heart of the city . Kudos to The Hartford

Some time back, this building was one of the many office spaces for HIG. During the layoffs and cost cutting, they decided to move our the staff to a different location, but kept the building. They demolished the insides, and just kept the facade as a historic memoir. Now the striding park is used by people from HIG as a hangout/picnic spot. Beautiful park, nice lawns and flowers. You need HIG access to get into the park though.
