Saw Unhinged at this location, theater is super clean with staff cleaning endlessly. Staff friendly and courteous, had a Nathans hot dog (four minute wait) but hot and fresh. Auditorium #8 was the cleanest seating area Ive ever sat in.

Awesome sound and picture quality.It would be great if it’s a lot more cleaner and good comfortable seats. Apart from that all is good in this theatre.Yes they do play Indian movies.

This is one of the only theaters left around here that stays clean and it seems like they care. The staff is nice and it just feels like going to the movies is an event when I come here. Definitely the best theater in the Harrisburg area including the West Shore.

I love that this is kind of tucked away from the city but lately I’m starting to notice some of the employees aren’t very nice. My husband and I are there quite often with our kids. A few months ago we went in. It was a little busy when we got there, so we purchased our tickets via the ticket machine. We stood off to the side for a bit for the cashier to rip our tickets but ignored us. My husband noticed there was an employee waiting at the entrance to check tickets, so we went to them and when we did, the cashier literally yelled across the room for us to bring the tickets as if we did something wrong. Today, I went in. I purchased our tickets and went over to buy popcorn and was told by the rude young man that the concession stand was closed without giving me an explanation. I asked why it was closed and he said they were preparing for a birthday party and he’d be ready in five minutes. I walked away, came back and he was serving other people. He helped me with a bit of an attitude. I gave him my card to scan and he placed it on the counter when returning it. I had to ask him to put it in my hand and he did. Please educate your employees on customer service. This is not how frequent, longtime customers should be treated.

My favorite theater in the area. Good location near restaurants. Comfortable chairs.

Normally its pretty decent but lately Ive noticed its only kids running the place. For the past few months whenever my boyfriend and I go, we have the movie pass thing, the aisles of seats are covered in popcorn and trash from the last showing and I know they are supposed to at least sweep after each movie and the trash cans are so full that no one can add more trash and it ends up sitting to the side or the floor around it. Honestly disappointing.

Nice theater. Always clean, and lots of good movies to choose from. Also student and senior discounts after 3 p.m. Fri- Sun.

I came today to watch The gentlemen. I bought my ticket and stepped to the side so that other people could buy their tickets. While I looked at what I wanted to buy to snack on. I got back in line placed my order. I ordered a large slushy, the cheetos popcorn and their gourmet pretzel. I had to wait a few minutes for the pretzel I didnt mind since the movie didnt start yet. When I got my pretzel I never got any kind of sauce to dip it in you know cheese or mustard. On top of that the pretzel was hard somewhat on the burnt side not soft as it should have been. Other then that it wasnt bad. The 2 stars is for the food I really was in a mood for a pretzel but that got messed up.

Standard projector quality, sound quality, concession quality and stadium seating. This is our go to theatre because it is close by, the audiences are respectful and it is clean. We also have a Regal Awards account which gives us free tickets or concessions. You need to check your account for awards - sometimes the staff will alert you but not always. We have a large family so we accrue benefits faster. We would like to see them upgrade - it is a great location and building space. Better sound and projection quality, reclining more comfortable seating, and the ability to reserve a seat would all be welcomed.

Awesome theater friendly and helpful staff. Clean theater. They didnt harass my younger brother who has special needs for his return of the 3D glasses. Things like that matters. They have a nice game area plenty of staff to work the concession stand.

I really like this theater. But lately they really do not seem to have it properly staffed. The popcorn bins are empty, and the staff has to run into the back to fill your orders. The lines are way too long. If you want a hot dog or something it can add another 15 minutes while you stand there waiting. And then you add the fact you are changing to pepsi. Yuck.

A bit uncomfortable as the seats are stiff and the arm rests are permanently down which can get in the way.Id suggest an upgrade to include some of the newer live action vibrating motion seats in its main houses..... but semi reclining seats as a must for all of the theaters and reactivate the self serve sodas

Pop corn was good.. But Concessions are over priced. Bathrooms were clean. The movie was excellent.

I wish the owner or the person responsible of up-keeping the place. It look abandon, not enough people to run the place. There are 2 food court but not enough people to help people. I recommend them to visit other theater out of PA and look for the above and beyond not present here.

One of the few theaters in the area that runs Indian movies! The best part- they also serve samosas as snacks! I go to the movies for snacks & popcorn! Don’t know about you!Agree with other reviews about maintenance but hey not deducting any stars.. I really do enjoy Indian movies and snacks!

We see movies here and one other place locally. This facility is always clean and well kept.the theatres are kept at a comfortable temperature and the entrances and exits are well lit and dont distract from viewing the screen. The only drawback with this and every other movie theater is the concession stand is very pricey but that is to be expected. Just a nice movie going experience.

Took my youngest daughter to a 12:40pm showing for a matinee. Walk in and I guess the ticket window wasnt either working, or it appeared they didnt have wnough employees to staff it properly. So they were selling movie tickets out of the concession stand. That presented problems as very quickly the line went out the front doors. And it was very slow as people would buy their concessions along with their tickets and it would take forever. It took us almost 30 minutes to get thru the line. Thank goodness we arrived early enough to still make our showtime. Their were many families that were not as lucky. We had already ate, and didnt want anything at the concession stand. We just wanted to get our tickets. Their should have at least been two lines. One for tickets and concessions, and one for tickets only.

Nice place but a movie and a large drink was almost $20

Long lines at 3:45 on a Friday with many popular movies playing. One manager selling tickets. 25 people behind me. Manager had no back up. Popcorn not fresh. This theater which serves all of Harrisburg is in dire need of refurbishing in every way and needs to move to the 21st century. Been waiting years for them to clean the theaters and put some

I was there with my granddaughters at my son the theater didnt mean a thing it was just a place to spend time with my family although it was very clean and nice.

Our favorite movie house. Close to home and first rate movies all the time.

I was visiting Harrisburg, Pa for Union events and could not bare to miss Downton Abbey movie release. This theatre was only 3 miles away. how nice to not have huge crowds. no complaints. theatre was clean. bathrooms were as clean as could be expected for a public restroom. staff (mostly teenagers) were polite.

The seats are old school and uncomfortable - straight backs with flip up/down bottoms - and have seen better days. The ambient ceiling lights were left on during the movie and effected the visibility of the screen. The overall quality of the screen image was just okay. And the noise bleed thru from the adjacent theaters was distracting.

Nice clean theater, service could be a little better

Its okay. Looks like its straight out of the 90s with the style and decor. Could use a renovation to keep up with other theaters including more comfortable seats.e: I will add it was super clean and they have showings of more than just current releases which is appreciated

I probably see a movie a week here. Always clean and friendly, decent prices and the newest movies. My only complaint is that, no matter what time I go to the movie, the popcorn is all bagged up and ready to sell. Its not warm, and it tastes 2 days old. Kind of a bummer really. Dont be afraid to pop it up fresh, Regal! Its part of what makes going to the theatre special!

We want to see a 6:40 movie and it was pulled last minute but was still on the board needs less to say we where not happy but he manager did his best to make up for it so thats good

Theatre was alot cleaner. However I dont understand why they are assigned seats now. I can understand on a busy movie having it. But a matinee in the afternoon w plenty of seating theyre shouldnt be assigned seats.

Get your money out and dont be afraid to spend it

The facility was large and updated with a nice lobby area. Plenty of parking. We went for a fathom event, so it was nice that they offered shows that are out of the mainline queue, in a theater experience.The reason I gave three stars was that the place seemed a little dirty, food on the floor - that kind of thing. The staff behind the concession stand werent rude but neither were they friendly. Also for the price, I expected the updated seats.I would go back, but these are just ways to improve.

Plenty of parking- easy to get to - lots of theaters

Seemed like the entire staff were sitting at the concession stand talking..2 cahiers were waiting on customers we were next inline but when the one cashier was done with the customer infront of us she went to talk to the group of boys sitting at the concession on the way back to the theater every trash can was over flowing. some even with trash stacked up the wall the theater was DIRTY popcorn, cups, cans and cans, trash everywhere stand..w

Good and clean but use to the seats in our area a bit more comfortable but didnt mind to see Christmas Vacation on the big screen

The staff was nice, the theater clean. Prices are a bit high and they dont accept AARP, but otherwise it was good.

It’s a gorgeous theater, but I am particularly impressed by the customer service. There were technical difficulties today resulting in a movie not being scheduled as advertised. They were sincerely apologetic, accommodating, and gave free movie vouchers. Very impressive employees and customer service!!

This movie theater gives me the heebie heebie. Its filthy and I was in theater 2 and it smelled horribly as if had not been cleaned in months. I couldnt sit back.comfotably because Imjust felt as if I were itchy. The seat handiest was broken. Ew!!

Its a good theater, the seats are fairly comfortable and relatively roomy but not the best Ive ever seen. They show a lot of special events and films that only they carry and thats the main reason I make the trip all the wat out there.

It is very rare that I complain about a restaraunt or a venue, so when I do.... First let me say this theater gives me the heebie jeebies. Our movie was showing in theater two and it smelled horribly, as if it had not been cleaned in a very long time. I was quite uncomfortable in the chair and sat straight up the whole movie, and the arm rest was completely broken. This location needs a whole remodeling and they need to clean. Ew!!

Love to go to movies here. Theaters are expensive nowadays, but their prices are not that bad. I get the Zap Pack for $6. It has kid size popcorn, drink, and fruit snacks.

Had a very enjoyable experience during my most recent visit as with all my visits here. Theatre is always clean, staff are always friendly and helpful. Holy previews. Ridiculous that a 7 pm movie would still be showing previous at 7:30 pm. About to walk out because I have a headache from so many previous.

Costs a little more to see a movie here but it has a nice calm atmosphere. Not very busy or crowded. Definitely a good date theater. I didnt give a full five stars because the lights were left on during previews and beginning of movie. The audience was only 2 people; myself and a friend. Early mattinee hours. As I was getting up to find a staff member, the employee was coming in. I told him and he immediately turned off the lights. Although he could have offered up an apology. I would have appreciated that. But Ive been there before with no issues.

Had a really nice time! Went to see Mary Poppins Returns! It was wonderful! Hadnt been to the Regal Stadium 16 in a while, but it is still in very nice condition. They only thing I wasnt happy about were the prices. Theyve jumped quite a bit since last I was there. Other than that it was a great experience! The lady taking tickets was very nice to talk to, also!

I have been to this theater quite a few times, since I have moved from Aberdeen, Maryland, in 2018. The theater is always clean, and the staff is always nice, BUT my complaint is the lack of a sign, placed on the Main Road, that tells you that there is a theater up the mountain, and where to turn. The theater is well hidden, on a small mountain top, Lol. Ive just now, stopped missing my turn, on the road that brings you up the mountain, to the theater. You either accidentally discover it through venturing around, word of mouth, Navigation search, or a Google search. I imagine that they are losing some business, from the lack of a well placed road sign(s).

If you want to see a movie, be comfortable and not have to pay an arm and a leg this is the place to go there are numerous individual theaters inside

Went to see aquaman, i thought it was great. Action packed, some silly antidotes, greatest kiss i have seen in a long time. The main character was incredibly built. Very yummy. Husband didnt care for it.

They do what they can to keep the lines moving, and the floor is kept clean, its nice to walk out without having sticky shoes.

Great place to watch a movie

The seats were decently comfortable in the sound quality was amazing. The concessions however were extremely overpriced.

Good place for telugu and Hindi language films. Imean to say we can get to see those language movies there. Other lang is also good

Our experience was amazing. We watched Uri here and cant really describe the experience in words. Its more due to the patriotic movie but in fact the facilities over here are amazing as well. Also since the movie has already completee 4 weeks only 3 families including us were watching this movie on Mon 9:20 PM show. Hence, less crowd was expected but surprisingly for other movies as well the crowd was very less. May be Monday and that too night show. Other than the isolation feeling, the sound system was too good and seatings were well cushioned. Overall the experience was very good.

The theatre is definitely the nicest of all the theatres in Harrisburg. Just wished they served hot food and meals.

Needs remodel and lower prices

First time to this theater, it was very nice. Its huge, 2 levels to enter each room. Huge lobby, more than one refreshment stand. And so many different options for snacks.

Its right by my house do I love the location. The prices are decent as well. Its about $11 a ticket or $8 for matinee.

Dr. Sleep was very good!

I saw the new Avengers movie, and not once did I squirm: I was comfortable in their seats. The floor was clean when I went in. However, I didnt give it five stars because they allow people to bring in infants/babies, and as adorable and precious babies are- they interrupt the movie here and there with baby crying .... This is also a very full movie theater. SO, if youre looking for a less crowded theater where your choice of seat is available ---- then go to Coco Plexus theater. Coco Plexus is never full. Enjoy!

Not the cleanest but overall not bad

My wife and I went to see the movie Vice. We were fortunate enough to earn a free movie ticket through our Regal Rewards card. We had popcorn and soda and some Twizzlers. We enjoyed the movie and were quite comfortable with the setting.

I came to this theater to see a limited showing of a film that was only playing one time in this area. The theater has ONE person staffing the register for ticket sales and a bunch of other employees just milling about and chiding people waiting in line to buying tickets through an app rather than hopping on a register to help the one employee get through the line of 30+ people waiting now! Because there’s only one cashier and a very popular film is also debuting tonight, I missed the start time of the limited showing of the film I wanted to see. This theater always seems understaffed and unprofessional. Any time a major blockbuster like Spider-Man debuts there should be extra preparations made ahead of time!

Love coming here because it is easy to get in and out. Chairs are comfy, food is ok. Alot of times the popcorn tastes stale or its from the other night mixed with fresh popcorn. Pricing is a bit overpriced at the concession but hey, thats how they make their money and its the price you pay for the convenience of going to the movie theatres.

The people are always nice, the popcorn is always good, and the theater is really clean! Ive never had a bad experience here.

Always an enjoyable evening at Regal. Young people at snack bar are always courteous, friendly, and helpful. I average going to the movies at least once a week, and have never been disappointed.

Always a line to get tickets there so its better to order online. Theaters are always clean and chairs are okay... they dont recline really at all
