If you ever wanted to go to an inexpensive movie theater but not cheap go here. The movies are $3 a person before 6 at night! I am Just giving a shout out to this movie theater..

Best budget theater around, fun for a quick and easy date

The movie was fantastic the staff was awesome. But the seats are very uncomfortable and cramped.

With convid19 we couldnt give my son his birthday at the movies. We bought him popcorn the lady was so nice she gave us anther bag for free. Made my son happy on his brith. The popcorn is Excellent. You can purchase with the pandemic still going on.

Newly remodeled and open now after covid with extra precautions in place to ensure your safety through these times. Definitely a safe and sanitary environment as the close between each viewing to clean and sanitize the theater plus at $2 a ticket .....enough said.

Went to see a classic movie poltergeist then when I got home was afraid to turn my own TV on lol

Cass is a great gal, you can tell she loves her job :)She took the time to explain Trivia Night to us (next one = Tuesday 03/03/20) and when showtime and feature information is available! Altogether a fun experience, cant wait to return

Its nice to have a place to go where the tickets arent ridiculously priced. The service is good and they dont have as many ads as other theater, and it is also less than half the price. The theaters are pretty big but dont have the same amenities as other theaters, but it doesnt matter for the price.

Employees are nice. Prices on food and movies are very good and cheap. On rare occasions the projector is busted like when I saw Life of Pi years ago, but it hasnt happened since then.

Good prices as a second-run theater. Nice location. At Colonial Park Mall, they used to have a separate building in the back that housed the theater but was torn down for Mall expansion. Now Malls are dying. This one in particular. So, this theater is inside the mall at the western end. When it was initially put into operation as a first-run theater, 25-some years ago, it was a more formal theater; but this particular theater has a very casual feeling that you have to get accustomed to. They are so laid back that they allowed a woman to take her noisy toddler in to see Rambo- Last Blood. Im sure he got a kick out of seeing a man being cut open and his heart ripped out of his chest. But, this theater is your last chance to see something before it starts streaming and is put on DVD. The particular screen I was in was fairly clean, kind of a long thin orientation and a smallish screen with a downward incline as you walk in and when you get to the front there is an incline to presumably prevent you from cranking your neck to see the picture. The sound is good. Sometimes you can hear loud sounds from the bordering theaters. Temperature is a little cool like most theaters. They have a fairly well stocked concession stand. The personnel come across as unprofessional, which, I guess fits the casual image, but they are friendly. It is a fairly good experience, and I would recommend it.

Its tiny. Its out dated. Do not come expecting frills or cushy comfort. HOWEVER; the staff is super nice, the prices are dirt cheap and it gives me a chance to see movies I would have missed in a theater. Matinee, small popcorn and large soda for $10!!!!! I always have a good time!

Great prices on admission and candy, popcorn (free refill) & soda (free refills). This place is spacious, but no frills and its a little rough around the edges as its never really been remodeled, but it sure beats paying $12 a ticket!!

I like the experience of going to the movies even id the movie is readily available to rent elsewhere. The theater itself is lacking in comfort and needs to be updated, but other than that it is a good place to be and fun to take kids. Reasonable snack pricing and cheap tickets.

1-11-2020 Saturday- When we pulled up outside the Colonial Park Shop Ctr- My to Granddaughters (5 & 8) said Oh this is the Movie That has the best popcorn!They attend movies all over Dauphin & Lebanon Counties and like their popcorn the best!Their sound system sounds top notch also!The place is a little de-shuffled with extra and old debris laying around, but they are out of the way! For a place to watch a movie at a real low price after you missed it at the 1st run theatures, this place is great!We go often and enjoy it!

Ticket prices are fantastic! However, the theater needs plenty work. The seats need cleaned, walls repaired and cleaned, etc. Im going to close with a positive...the popcorn is DELICIOUS!

A small family friendly movie theater, great prices of your family is on a budget. Always had great experience there. I would say some renovations are needed to the interior structure though.

Cant beat the prices and the staff is friendly. The seating is very old and the place needs a lot of work in terms of upkeep. I go here when, I wanna see a movie for cheap. For first runs movies I go to RC in Carlisle, because the reclining seats are wide and awesome, though they failed to renovate the bathrooms at RC in Carlisle.

The BEST. Affordable local theater with great staff at a price I can handle. Well worth the trip, especially if you have a family, and want to be able to treat the whole lot! (full disclosure though, I am biased through personal knowledge :-).

This theatre is super inexpensive. For 2 tickets, it was $6. The theatre was a little outdated and could use a bit of a renovation, but for what it is, it made for a cheap date night.

As an end of run theater its okay. The auditoriums are not in the greatest of shape. The seats are fairly comfortable, just dont expect the same quality as in a first run theater. The screens in most of the auditoriums are in very good shape and the picture and sound quality are extremely good for this type of theater. In weighing all of these factors youve got to remember what the ticket prices are compared to a first run theater. The prices for adults are $3 before 4 pm and $5 after. Kids and seniors are $3 at all times. If theyre showing a 3D movie add $1 to the standard ticket prices. They seem to have stopped showing anything in 3D although they do have projectors capable of doing so.Concession stand prices are much lower than first run houses, although the item selections are limited.I would have given this theater 3 stars, but I added one because of friendly and helpful staff.If you cant afford first run prices or you want to see a specific title again, but dont want to pay full price, and are willing to wait a bit this is a good choice, especially, if you like seeing a movie on the big screen or just want to get out of the house and not spend a fortune.

The theater rooms are large but sound is a little on the low which I particularly dont care much at the movies. But!!! Price is unbeatable so Ill take it.

Play movies approximately 1-3 months after official release dates ---- When you can get a large combo . Small combo . Two tickets ALL for 20 bucks ... NICE .American needs more of this . Free refill on large popcorn and every size drink . All the popcorn is better than most mainstream theaters that easily charge DOUBLE for the same combo .

Great place to take a big family like mine when we want to see a movie. Yes they are not new new releases but its not like they are super old. Once the movie is out of the big time theaters they come here. So you might have to wait like 4-6 months after the first release date. They also have $1 movies in the morning during summer months.

I cant complain about this place. The movies are cheap and to get snacks too and it works out for me bc I have four kids. So its easier on the pockets then going to the regal

Unbeatable prices concessions are well priced popcorn and drink with almost $5 no complaints there picture quality was good video is good audio is good. Their theater however was a bit run down.

Your basic movie theater seats arent fancy theaters not fancy but the tickets are cheap and so is the food cant go wrong

The theaters are rather small and at least one of the screens could use some maintenance, but I guess thats what you get for the price as I paid roughly $13 for one adult and one child, junior popcorn and large drink, which is what you would pay for a ticket for just one person at hoyts or any other large cinema. Overall I cant really complain. Cant justify five stars for a three star establishment but thats what it should receive as it is only a three star setup.

Its good for the price, but you get what you pay for. The theater had trash and food all over the floor, they dimmed the lights a little bit during the movie but it was still bright enough to be distracting, and the bathroom was something straight out of a horror movie.

Been here hundreds of times with my family. The theater is an older style theater, no reclining seats or stadium seating, but it works just fine for seeing movies. They show second run so no new releases. Prices are extremely affordable, both the admission price and snacks. Everyone here is super friendly and I enjoy patronizing this theaterThey have a good selection of candy, popcorn, nachos and several drink choices.Visited 12/22/17, theater 2 looks like new seating. Very nice upgrade.

Prices.are super compared to others, not best maintained theaters, but the staff seems to try hard to keep it clean, are very helpful and pleasant. Great selection of snacks and refreshments at the best prices you can find at any theater.

I have been going to this theater since the 80s when it was THE place to see a movie. Now that it shows movies after they have been in the Big Theaters for a while, its a great venue for a cheap date night or just a night out. My significant other and I saw a movie with two large drinks and two large popcorn for less than $20. Not a bad deal, if you ask me.

Lovely little cheap cinema with a great selection of films. Food is a tad pricey, but thats a profit area for any theater and you can easily buy some candy in the mall instead. Theaters are nice enough and youll often be alone during matinees. Perfect for kids! $2.50 for a movie and just $3.50 for 3D? Two thumbs up!
