Great theater attached to the Harrisburg mall. Always great customer service.

Very clean and nice place to look at before you go into the movie. As with all theaters food is pricey but you can bring your own. They are good at refunding tickets if you dont like the movie and for several other reasons all-in-all not a bad place at all

This place is great, and my sons and I come here whenever were in town.Comfortable seats, and great sound. Heck, even the bathrooms are clean & beautiful. Its truly sad that the mall in which its situated isnt more popular, but the benefit is that you pretty much have your choice of seats in the movies.Weve been there 4 times in the past two years, on Friday and Saturday nights, and have had our choice of whole rows.

Good theater. Friendly staff. Clean! Popcorn is meh. No recliners even though they have plenty of room. No complaints, but nothing to brag about either.

All the staff was polite and helpful. Clean and friendly environment. And Star is the most outstanding and accommodating Leader with customers and her peers! Excellent work Regal having her!

I grew up coming to this mall and I love it

Its a nice theater. The popcorn hasnt been hot the last three times Ive been there and I go to the movies often. Other than that its ok.

Very clean. Went and saw the movie lion king. The mall is empty so it’s easy to find this place. The popcorn was in a premade bucket which I didn’t find very attractive but it still tasted OK. The movie screen was very clean and the seats were awesome and comfortable. The restrooms are kind of hard to fine so you’ll have to probably ask like I had to. The food court is right outside of the movies so you could grab something to eat right before you go in like I did. But I still got a large popcorn and two sodas into movie tickets for $40 which in all honesty is not that bad

During the previews or before the movie the lights overshadow whats being shown on the screen, it would be good if they could dim the lights a bit or adjust the screen accordingly.Overall the ambience was ok and neat .

Our go-to choice for movies. Tons of parking. Always clean. Nice people run it. And, it is in a nice mall if you need to kill time before the show.

Id have to say that compared to other Regal Theaters, this one is subpar. The staff was friendly but everything else was pretty outdated. They still print paper tickets for the movie, even if you have the app (they literally scan the app and then print tickets...... whyyyyyyy?). I had to use some contraption to put butter on my popcorn that was sitting at the end of the counter (Ive NEVER done that at any theater... Even ones that werent Regal). Worst of all, the screen resolution and color (the actual movie) was way off. I honestly feel like I was at the movie theater back in the 60s or something; as though I was watching the movie on an old box tv even. My experience wasnt terrible but this theater needs a serious upgrade!

Nice clean movie theater, the seats so recline. But not a great food selection to eat while you watch your movie. Its a clean place being the family.

A bit small but carries many new movies, inside a big and beautiful mall so many options after the movie is over. A little overpriced but comfortable, clean. The bathrooms are clean and mostly automatic devices so you dont have to touch alot. Snack prices are overpriced but its overall a good theater.

Great quality movie viewing. Sound is amazing and seating is comfy enough to enjoy the movie.

Not many shops open but sneakers places

I liked the movie. I got the kids pack which was just enough popcorn and soda for me. The cashiers were nice.

Theater was practically empty on a Tuesday Eve at 7:30. Exiting was challenging as you had to exit out the escape stairwell.....no elevator or escalator. If you have mobility difficulties may I suggest seeing a matinee.

Best theater aroundEdit : I went to this theater at about 7 pm to see a secret life of pets with my little brother. But when we got to the theater entrance, we were stopped. They have a curfew of 7 pm now for minors. Why would they do that? They already hardly have any customers. I will not be coming back anymore

This place was wonderful. The mall, not so much. I wasnt sure where the theater was within the mall and took some time to find it. That being said, the theater its self was great. The staff was patient and friendly. They were very helpful. The place was very clean and had a great design. The seats are your average theater seats, not the luxury recliners that some theaters have but my daughters and I still really enjoyed ourselves.

Best time of day to go is early afternoon. No lines no crowds of people and no kids. Staff is not so welcoming. Theater has a musky smell to it...could use a good steam cleaning to clear out the smell. Seats are a little sticky.

Normally not a problem... But tonight the screening room was full of food and trash from the previous showing. Must be someones night off...

The people that work the counter, tickets and food booths, were very young and unfriendly. More worried about talking to one another than doing their job.

I like this place but there is no good concession stand deals. If I go to the movies I dont want to pay just as much for the food I eat than the movie I came to see. They need better deals

Well the movie was great except for the fact of kids running amok and a riot that broke out and had to leave missing about 45 minutes of the movie. I understand these are circumstances somewhat beyond your control .But I would pay extra for an adults only section limiting access to 21 and above. I am currently working to receive a refund for or compensation for my two tickets

Its a Regal. Everything is top notch. Bathrooms are clean. Theaters are comfy.

Dying theater in a dying mall

Love Regal, the only thing I can say about this theatre is that there is no saved seating. Other than that, everything is great. Nice sound, great chairs and lovely staff!

Despite what many say about this theatre being a bit rowdy or unpleasant to visit! I must say the absolute opposite. it’s all about the time & the day! Weekends, especially at a later time can get a bit over whelming but overall it’s the most updated theatre in the area, which wins my vote most nights when we’re in the mood to catch a flick!

We went too see How Too Train Your Dragon. It was a good movie for little ones too see. The theater was clean the people were wonderful . Id recommend this theater to anyone.

I really like this theater. They just need to keep up with keeping it clean and they could also do some upgrades as far as seating.

I Had the worst experience at this movie theater I had 2 16 year olds and a 13 year old with me before we got to the theater a scecrity guard stopped me and asked me was I staying with them I said yes. He ok. as I proceed to pay for our tickets they told me I needed another chaperone with me to shaparon 2 16 year olds.. Mind browning.. So I had to leave with my daughters and Nice. I will make sure to tell everyone do not go to this movie theater at the Harrisburg mall... Yall do know there are single parents with more than one child right.. Dont make

I recently received an inquiry from Regal Cinemas as to my star rating of 3 stars and was asked what Regal could do to improve my rating of their theatre. There is nothing wrong with Regal Cinemas at the Harrisburg Mall. Your facility met my expectations, no less, no more.I dont live in PA, we were there visiting our grandkids. Where I do live (Phx, AZ) matinee rates are as low as $4.99 per person and depending on what theatre company you visit you are greeted with, to order food service at your seat, seats that recline or even a beer and wine bar in the lobby. So to expect any more of a rating, sorry…but, Regal is a fine theatre and yes, maybe unfair to compare to the theatres we have available here, but I’m basing my review on my experiences of movie theatres as a whole.

Went to the movies last night with my wife. Walked up to the counter and the employees were playing on their phones. I had to make a noise for acknowledgement we were standing at the counter to purchase tickets. The customer service sucked. They were to busy to even look up and smile, or even ask if they could help you. I dont plan on going to the movies here ever again. No personal skills, just blank faces........

Typical movie theater and slightly expensive. Fair warning though dont go to a matinee movie on a Sunday. You could get stuck with the pleasure of five old ladies gabbing behind you the whole time, like they were in the living quarters of an old folks home.

Nice theater with large auditoriums and comfortable seats. Always very clean. Exiting the theater in the evening is a bit strange. They block off the entrance from the second floor of the mall and make you take some random stairwells that exit to the outside on the backside of the mall. Besides that, I do enjoy coming here.

For me they have senior citizens day on Wednesday. That is the best day to go to the movies. Good deal and take advantage of it.

Im one of the regulars that go there all the time the young lady mirian shes amazing she isnt disrespectful and i love how helpful she tries to be and shes very polite again thank you for the good service and the movie good boys was awesome!

This is a great place to watch movies and my favorite movie theater in the Harrisburg area. My only gripe about Regal is that they keep the volume extremely low so dialog at times is practically inaudible. When going to a movie theater, feeling the sound is part of the experience.

Movie is good and the seating is too. The food is expensive though. If the prices were a bit lower the experience would be the best.

The popcorn was too salty but that could of just been the person who was working that day. But overall the experience was good.

Beautiful place to be with a wide selection of movies

Great place to see movies! Great selection of snacks, drinks and movies. Nice seats also. Only drawback is the the armrests do not move out of the way.

For it being a movie theater in a mall it has quite a lot of rooms and a lot of space. Food here is always good and their bathrooms are always clean.

Watched Avengers Endgame and it wasnt bad seating wise, nice and quiet. Be carefulwhere you park if watching a late movie because they close the exit to the back lot.

We always go here its close to home. Good thing is i go with the kids at a decent time. U go too late n u deal with the usual trouble making teens. But overall its a decent place. Prices are ridiculous but what movie theater isnt.

$36 for two hotdogs 2 sodas and some pretzels was bad enough. Slipping in someones vomit in the mens room really put the icing on the cake. Stay classy Regal Harrisburg. We wont be back.

I took my two toddlers to a matinee today and we had the best time! Rose C. greeted us with a big smile, she made small talk with my kids and it totally made our day! Bathrooms were very very clean, chairs slightly reclined. We will definitely return again soon. Thank you, Rose!

Seats could always be more comfortable. Theater was clean, sound was good, movie was great. We saw, The Mule.

Terrible...we arrived to go see 2 movies at 11:50am and no workers were there and it was locked up. Since one of the movies began at 12:05, we decided to go to a different theater. We are from out of town and you missed out on 8 spending money there...shame on you!

Regal Cinemas at the mall offers a great selection of movies. The theatre is clean, staff helpful & friendly and the seats are comfortable.

A great place to go with children, or a mate... But please Be warned, the prices are very, very, high if you want something to eat for the movie.. I wouldnt recommend buying the foods not less you can afford it..

Nice movie theater in the Harrisburg area attached to the mall. The staff are helpful, and Ive seen many showings there. The only things keeping them from 5 stars is the fact that they dont have nice reclining seats, the excessive trailers they show but before movies start (almost 20 minutes in some cases, but that seems to be a Regal chain issue), and in the past I had an issue with the colors being very off with a special showing that couldnt be fixed - though the staff gave me tickets for another movie which made it somewhat better.

This theater is never crowded. Went to see Creed 2. It was pretty good. Pretzel bites be on point.

We do love this theater. We dont get to the movie theater often (all movie theaters are very expensive) but this theater is always very clean and the staff has always been very courteous.

Nice place, Saturday and Sunday nights gotta be careful of teenagers but security and swatara township police department are always their!

My daughter left a bracelett in the bathroom from washing her hands and staff very helpful in retrieving it.

It is wonderful place to go because the theater has comfortable seating and it is within the mall, so you can go shopping afterwards. But it is a great place to take the children or go on a date. It was clean and the customer service was very polite and respectful.

The movies are amazing there its just the people who are watching the movie me my sister and her boyfriend are watching a movie and theres screaming babies some couples who arent even watching the movie but doing innoproprite things parents are changing their children and throwing diapers down to where we were sitting just because we addressed them about their crying child great place I just think they should have a no children under 5 policy

I dont have anything bad to say about this place. The bathrooms and theater are always nice and clean. I usually catch movies after they have been out for a while and arnt as popular so, I never have to worry about long wait times.
