Awesome place, clean comfy rooms and great location.

This place was amazing! We had a great time at the annual seafood festival just blocks from the hotel. We will be coming back next year. Great staff, clean rooms.

No one really wore masks which was bothersome. The room was clean and bigger than i thought. The location was very good..i really liked the beach. The employees were accommodating.

I love the view from the balcony. Gorgeous room and java Jacks (breakfast place) is open super early which is on the first floor. Extremely close to the beach and private parking underneath the hotel. My favorite place to go.

We recently stayed at Hampton House for Our first family getaway. We couldn’t have felt more welcomed during our stay. Rooms were decently sized and clean. Great view partial view from the balcony. Would recommend to stay here!

No matter who was at the desk they were very nice , smiling, and accommodating. We would definitely return. Bed was super comfortable also.

Great location, looking over Hampton Beach, and just a few minutes to walk to fabulous restaurants and shops.Its nice to have on-site parking included, too!The staff is fantastic, warm and welcoming.We had a couple of minor issues with the room. They took care of them quickly.

What a great experience! The view form LAYING IN BED of the ocean was much more than I expected. The cost was great, the staff were friendly, the location to all stores and restaurants was perfect. I will be returning to this Hotel when I choose to stay in Hampton Beach again!! No complaints from myself or my family!

Booked for the ocean view and it was great...except the window was so dirty on the outside it was hard to appreciate. Wound up cleaning it up myself somewhat. I know its off season but if people are paying for an ocean view, they want to see it.Otherwise clean room, comfortable bed and heat worked well. Has a fridge in room. Would be great to also have microwave or at least a coffee maker.There is coffee available in lobby. Staff was friendly.Met my basic needs for a decent off season price

We stayed at the Hampton House Hotel to attend a concert at Hampton Beach Casino Ballroom. The location is excellent - less than a half mile walk. Its also directly across from the beach with amazing views. The hotel staff were very nice and available 24/7. Also 24/7 complimentary coffee/tea/hot cocoa in the lobby. Parking was included (first come, first serve). The only downsides some might find would be that its slightly outdated (although room entry has been upgraded to electronic). It didnt have some items in the room like an ironing board, hair dryer, or coffee maker (again, there is coffee in the lobby though), but for the price and location it really cant be beat. Im very pleased with our stay and we would definitely go back if in the area again.

Comfortable bed, large room facing the ocean, balcony. Bathroom a little dated, but toiletries provided and in-room fridge. Check-in smooth and informative. Quiet and relaxing.

The hotel is in really nice location and I could see the ocean from my room. Really liked the balcony. Very nice location if you want to run on the beach and return to your hotel. The room was very clean. Parking was convenient and covered which was nice for storing my motorcycle. On the down side, the furniture of the hotel is a little dated. The TV was not turning on (but who wants a TV when you have the ocean right? :) ). I didnt really like that the hotel was not offering breakfast for their price. There is a breakfast place at the ground floor of the hotel but its not included in the price. Id suggest visiting the Breakers or the hotel next door for a nice filling breakfast if youre there. Overall nice hotel, Id want a little bit more amenities for the off-season price to increase the value.

The staff is top rate! A friendly word or smile with every interaction. The rooms are spacious and clean, the beach front and beach view rooms all have delightful views of the ocean, and every room has a private balcony. Private covered parking is included with the price of the room, as an added bonus. Hampton House Hotel is our home-away-from-home!

Dont stay at this hotel. It looks like it would be a nice place to stay overlooking the ocean. However, the road in front of hotel ruins the sound and beauty of being Oceanfront. Furniture looks as though it was picked up from the alleyway worse than Goodwill. There was a smell in the room, like urine. The bed had blood stains on it. The faucet leaked in our bathroom the tub needed to be replaced as well as the sink. Everything needs to be updated. The door to the room did not close well. It was a misfit and dragged on the tile. The air conditioner heater had been replaced. it was unsafe for a child where they put the connection on the floor. This hotel is probably a health and safety hazard for everyone. The only reason this hotel gets a 1-star rating is because you cant give no stars.

This is one of my favorite places to go, feels like home to me. A great place to enjoy some R&R. Beautiful ocean front views makes for a perfect night away! Owners are great and Tracy at the front desk is always cheerful and friendly :-) Love this place, 5 Golden Stars!

Very nice location, great pricing, large rooms. Free coffee and tea in the lobby, which was nice. My only complaint was the mattress, but I also have a bad back, so its probably fine for most people. Definitely will go back.

The view from the balcony of the beach was great and the location of the hotel was right across from the beach. I was able to park right under the hotel and there was a great coffee shop located across from the lobby.

Keep looking....This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The location is great but the rooms are disgusting. Lots of bugs in room some fly some don’t, rooms smell and there is so much mold in the shower. We spent four nights costing over $1000. Very disappointment because all I wanted to do was leave but my kids were having fun at near by arcades. We stayed in two different rooms because apparently when you book with Expedia staying in the same room isn’t guaranteed. Both rooms were equally disgusting and will never come again. Didn’t even want to buy souvenirs because I was so grossed out.

The staff at front desk wasn’t as friendly as they could have been however the staff on the floors were amazing, so friendly and helpful!!!!

Very nice staff and very clean rooms, the building is older so its not perfect but they definitely keep it clean. The beds are comfy. You still have a decent view of the ocean even on the side rooms as well. They also have a coffee place right underneath it. I didnt give it 5 stars only because we have stayed in very high quality hotels. It is great for familys or couples, it is not a party/trash hotel.

Great location. The staff goes above and beyond. Walking distance to shows,concerts, restaurants, bars, waterpark . Free coffee and tea 24 hours a day. Very clean large rooms with private balconys. I came here when my kids were younger, now I bring grandkids. Keep up the good work.

Rooms redone. Much needed updates. Clean, close access to the beach. Parking is tight but thats not usually an issue. Really great people at concierge.

The staff is very good and a wealth of information on the area. The rooms are clean fridge was clean bathroom. Things that would need Improvement are the soda machines the ice machines the snack machines so there is more things available on the floors. Would definitely stay there again great location.

Your words were free breakfast and when we questioned this we were told travelocity KNOWS this to be untrue and still sells the room with free breakfast even though it does not have it. The hotel is very rundown and doesnt even have a microwave or coffee maker. There is no security lock on the door either. We wil not use or trust travelocity ever again.

Beachfront! You can literally walk 100m to get to the water. Its awesome to chill on the balcony and people watch. Rooms are standard hotel rooms; its the location that seals it.

Location was very nice right across from the beach close to shops and casino, room needs a little work bathroom door wouldnt latch, the shower needed some grout. Service was nice.

We have been coming here for 18 years always great time. Staff/owners always there to help if needed. In 18 years only had 1 AC unit fail and was replaced with in 2 hours. We were out at dinner and was running by the time we got back.

First visit to the Hampton House Hotel. The room is large, and the view of the ocean is perfect. However, Im not sure Id stay here again.The elevator is not working, so we are walking up and down three flights of stairs. While the room is large and clean, our rooms entry door is missing the chain lock. The bathroom door knob doesnt latch and is falling off.At 4am today, someone was vacuuming the hall and stairs outside of our room which is quite odd, as it was very early and really loud.The staff is very friendly and helpful. I cant complain about the people or how we have been treated or any of that. The nightly price isnt too bad for being right on the beach, and in a convenient location. However, the price is not that much lower than the Ashworth (where we normally stay), which is the most upscale at Hampton Beach.

Rooms are a bit outdated and there was sand all over the floor. The exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work, so it was constantly humid for hours after a lukewarm shower. The partial ocean view rooms are barely that. For the cost of the reservation, there are much nicer hotels in the same price range.

No cell phone hook up in room,otherwise clean, and people were pleasant
