Pangborn Park is beautiful with tennis, croquet clay court (which is why we were there), baseball field, playground, walking paths, and a lake that is currently being dredged out and landscaped. There are lots of big old specimen trees and faux old fashioned streetlights. Definitely a fine place to learn to play croquet or just walk the dog.

Very beautiful and and well kept.The duck pond they have is gorgeous. Its tucked away in a corner off the beaten path. Its not crowded at all because unless you know the area or are from Hagerstown, not many people know that it even exists. My family and I LOVE this park!!!

I walk here in the morning, great paths and great walking atmosphere. Combined with the fairground access gives you a great morning work out. Its safe and well maintained.

It’s a nice little park. I am from out of town so safety is always a priority and this park checked my list. It’s well taken care of (as far as a public park goes), the playground is in the shade and I never felt unsafe for myself or my children. They do have a sign asking not to feed the ducks bread but welcome duck food or corn for them.

Beautiful park, a few playgrounds and places for sports. Limited on pavilions and grills so check it out before planning a picnic. Hiking trail goes to fairgrounds park. Dredging of the pond will begin soon and improving some of the best up walk ways.

Really nice park! Theres lots of trees, so theres plenty of shade. They have tennis courts, a baseball field that is a bit overgrown, a pond, and a path to walk. Theres probably more, but that is all I saw. Ill definitely be back on a nice day or evening. There are also places to eat and have a picnic with friends or family.

We feed cracked corn to the geese & ducks frequently. Our grandchildren love the playground. Very relaxing place with plenty of shade.

A nice little community park in a residential area. Thankfully theres street parking next to the park. Theres a pond to walk around and a playground, picnic tables, a ball field, and more. A bridge connects the park to a walking trail.

Its a wonderful public park! I went one morning to take some sunrise pictures, and I got some great pictures of the ducks and geese and the pond area.

My daughter and I love this park.Its not too crowded. We had fun watching the gooses.

A cute little play ground, a public bathroom and kids can fish in the pond. What my kids have caught so far is trout and carp.

Dirty, stinky. Might ne improving it bc they drained the pond. Still kinda rough around the edges though

This is a very nice park it also has a pond that is in the center of it the only downside I would think is maybe the pond could have a railing of some sort for smaller children I have a three and a four year old and its very hard to keep them from wanting to jump into the goose poop infested water but thats naturally just a child

Really fixed that park up.. Nice play equipment for the kids.. Grills and pavillions for family functions very nice....

Park was very nice, and my niece had a good time at the playground. Park and restrooms were clean.

First visit and it was wonderful. There is a pond with ducks, little ones can fish and lots of space to explore.

Went for an evening stroll and it was pretty cool until we got to the swamp on the opposite end of pond. We were curious as to why there werent and protective borders around it as well. Other than that pretty cool.

Loved the place...my go to place for peace and calm.

Nice clean park.. Dog stations around the perimeter so you can clean up after your pooch if you walk them around there. Also a nice trail that takes you to fairgrounds park. Lots of shade and that is really nice in the summer

Great playground with beautiful views. During the summer months theres tons of geese and mallards around the quaint pond. Beautiful shade all around so even on a hot sunny day, you can take your kid to the playground and its nice, cool, and shady. Love this park.

Nice little park with tennis courts, softball field, playground equipment and a picturesque duck pond. It also has a pavilion and several picnic tables. There is a path that connects the park to the fairgrounds as well.

Probably the only family friendly park left in hagerstown! Had a great time there at my cousins birthday party. Parking was a little hard to find with how busy it is there. But I recommend going here for any family events or birthday parties or even just to take your kids to play.

This park is absolutely beautiful!! Free tennis courts, large play area with tons of room to play frizzbee or softball, and the baby ducks are just too cute!

I live by this park and it was the first time I walked through the park. I really liked it. The pond is great and there are a lot of paths to walk. It seems there are always tons of geese and ducks to entertain you as you walk. This is a great park, a true gem for Hagerstown.

Great park, with lots of shade for hot, muggy days. Nice pond with lots of ducks and geese, and also catch and release fishing. Covered areas for bbqs are close to playground so the kids can play and not be far. Great for different sports lovers as well. Dogs are allowed only on the sidewalk path, so I do wish there were more areas that dogs are allowed to go, or even designated dog areas, but as it is a great family park and not everyone is responsible and picks up after their animals, I can understand why. Highly recommended!

Great place for quiet time. BBQ cookout and sport activities out there. Wonderful time to watch or feed the ducks. The lake or pond platform needs repair.

I may have an odd tendency to prefer Clearbrook Park over any other park, but Pangborn Park has its own advantages over there. There are many areas to visit within the park, such as the pond with ducks/geese, playground, big field, and fountain on the other side of the park. One thing I like about this park is how it stays open at night, which gives it an atmosphere it doesnt have during the day. Clearbrook locks down at dusk for comparison.If youre in Hagerstown, I recommend checking out Pangborn Park. Theres a nice variety of areas here to check out.

Such a nice park not just for kids but to take a walk.

My kids love it. We have a great time every time.

Real nice park they do a good job of keeping the place spiffy. The tables are kept fairly clean and trash picked up. The restrooms could use some updating. The walk around the pond would be nice if there wasnt bird poop all over the place. The steps coming from the road by the pond could be more user friendly for the elderly. Have a real steep step.

Been here a handful of times. If your going to take a stroll around its not bad. It is quiet and normally not very many people around. I kinda prefer city park but there is nothing wrong with Pangborn. Not very big, but it does have all the park items one would expect to find.

Nice park, great picnic and shelter area with lots of shade from trees, pond with ducks, Beach volleyball court, tennis courts, nice playground for the kids. Great for large group or family with different things to enjoy for various age groups.
