One of the oldest parks in hackensack. Great to watch a ball game or have a picnic. Always kept clean and you can even see the bald eagles as they fish in the river. Also has one of the largest and oldest trees , a giant cotton wood that must be seen to be believed.

Clean and well kept park with a fabulous walking track(especially if you have joint issues). The view of the river is breathtaking. Wonderful for picnics and just hanging out with friends and family

Saw fireworks this 4th of july there. I went an hour before fireworks started and was surprised to find street parking not to far from the park. The park was not very crowded and the fireworks were beautiful. Great view and my toddle loved seeing them for the first time.

A public park located in Hackensack that requires permit for field usage and has multiple baseball fields. The park also offers a field house, playground and small walking trail along the Hackensack River.

The concert was party central: service was top priority. Food was awesome. Top rate!

Big wide open park right on the Hackensack river. Very popular with ball players as it has 8 or so baseball diamonds. There is lots of wide open grass areas for the kids to run around on. It also has kiddie playground and a pavillion. Limited number of picnic tables. Plenty of parking adjacent to the river and the Hackensack Greenway path that runs from Teaneck southward for 3.5 miles. Safe during daylight hours. Portapotties. Entrance is on E. Camden street off of River street.The parks little sign on River is very small so pay close attention. Its the corner with the Toyota dealership.

Been to this park a few times. The place I work for had a couple barbecues there and I had to bring people there for Forth of July fireworks a few times. The fireworks display was pretty lame. Long pauses between the bursts of fireworks. Several times I thought the display was over but then they would start again. Its a large park with baseball fields and a gazebo. Not much else to say about it.

Good for dog walking, kids and playing baseball

Took the family out to Foschini Park for the annual 4th of July celebration. We had a great time, just sitting back enjoying the music from the live band, while the kids had fun with the games and bouncy castles that were provided for the event.And the main event was perfect, not too short not too long.Besides that the park appeared to be a very nice park to visit, have fun throw a little picnic.

LOVE this park! Ive gone to hang out or to see the fireworks for the 4th of July. Every time is a great experience and they have awesome vendors out there with great food, drinks, and more! Definitely worth a visit when they have events, or if you just want to get some air.

Well-kept, safe park. Plenty of space for parking and groups to enjoy being outside with their community. The fireworks for 7/4 were 1st class--20 mins with patriotic music playing in the background. They have lots of community events all summer--music, movies, yoga, etc.

Well-maintained park with sufficient parking area for you. The baseball fields are clean and so is the River trail for the most park. That water may be a bit dirty but thats to expect from the area. I only saw port-a-potties for restrooms so not handicap accessible. I wouldnt suggest getting close to the water.

You can bring your family here and have a great family day. There is a big parking area a baseball field, a football field and a lot of space to have fun.They also have programs like summer camp so that you enroll your children to socialize and learn new things during vacations.

The place is plan but there is no place to play soccer but it is good for a BBQ and run around there is so many spaces to run.

Great park to be in on 4th of July...food trucks, rides and fun stuff for the kids, concert, and of course an amazing fireworks show...Also, props to the city of Hackensack police officers for making the even a very organized one inspite of the massive amount of people that show up on that day

This park is basically a baseball park with 6 ball fields. Theres a picnic area, restrooms, small playground. Mostly used by organized groups like camps and sports teams but anyone can use the park in general.

The park is on a beautiful point of land and quite good sized. Unfortunately its been chopped up by baseball fields with fences so its more of a rec field then anything else. Since the fences chop things up the park cant by used properly for a lot of other recreation - even soccer or other sports. It has a beautiful bike/running path on its edge, which dead ends into the car lots on one end and the ice house on other.On the plus side eagles use a dead tree in the northeast corner to watch for fish on the river.Historically this was the home of boat clubs, ice skating ponds even back to Indian fish ponds.Its not a bad park...its just that it could be so much nicer if the paths connected to other sections in Hackensack and you could wander across most of the park instead of around the edges of ball fields. Let the kids chase a ball hit long once in awhile...give them some exorcise.
