Very nice water park for kids 13 and under. Think its too shallow for older kids and their rough housing. Lifeguard at every spot needed and very attentive. Fair snack bar. Grandkids love it. Ages 5 and 9

Nice zero entry pool which is great for toddlers. Water was a little cooler than it could have been. Beautiful day!

My first visit here was great. I went on a Sunday. I got there just as they were having adult swim, which is for 15 minutes every hour on the hour. Thoroughly enjoyed the slides. Except you can feel where each piece of the slide meets on the covered slide so I chose the uncovered slide mostly. The in-water rock climbing wall was pretty neat as well. It wasnt too packed even on such a hot day. I like that they have life jackets for every size and that their life guards are vigilant, caring, and friendly. The place was very clean. They have more than enough beach chairs. And the food isnt far too pricey for a pool. Only three showers, one handicap. But there wasnt but one person in line in front of me near closing. I will definitely be returning, by myself and with my kids!

While on our trip to Columbus Ohio to celebrate our girls special weekend we actually got to hang out with her and her kids for one of the days at this water park. I have to say I was a bit skeptical because I was looking forward to some adult fun the whole weekend however we want up having it even at this park. Just as much fun for the kids as it is for the adults

Clean, not as big as we expected but it worked perfect to cool off on a hot day! Kids love it... water slide, climbing wall logs of gizmos that spray or dump water. Good for people watching!

I go every year my family has a membership it has the best lifeguards the only thing is I wish there was a diving board

A good place for a hot summer day and fun with family friends, you can come here and have fun on their two great water slides or you can enjoy yourself and cool down by swimming around or in the little kids area

I dont recommend going here. The woman supervisor lifeguard was rude as could be to us. First off she told my husband we couldnt let our 4 year old stay in the shallow area with all the waterfall thingies - the kid cant swim yet. Then they got onto my husband for holding him in the deeper area since he wasnt allowed in the shallows because apparently thats illegal there too. I brought my 3 month old daughter with me too. She loves water. Sat down under the supervision of 4 lifeguards (including the rude woman) and blew up a little floaty for the baby to sit in. Nobody said anything to us until we get in the water. The freaking troll lady was on us again because apparently this pool doesnt allow floaties unless you use their life jacket things. She told me I was welcome to use a life jacket instead... for a 3 month old baby... who is not only WAY smaller than these jackets, but was in no way shape or form out of my sight or alone. This was our first time going here, and we were very excited to go because this was the first time we could afford to go. Im ashamed we wasted our money. We will not be back. Thank you for ruining our childrens day.

Tired of seeing poor reviews for silly things like I dont live in the area so I am not allowed to have a membership. Life isnt fair...move on. If you are that disappointed then it is because you love the Big Splash and can no longer go without being a guest. If its that important... find a place in the right district when your lease is up or eventually sell and move there. Not to mention, if you did live close enough and had a membership then you would be annoyed if they let everyone in that wanted - it would be super overcrowded.I have seen some reviews regarding rude employees as well. I have been taking my family there religiously for the past 4 years. We have three kids who are 13, 4, and 3. They all love it and have since they could crawl.We have never had a problem with anyone that works there. In fact I am usually impressed with how nice everyone is, how helpful they are, and how clean everything is.Are there things that annoy me? Yes.... it sucks that the pool isnt in session when the schools are... I have little ones and would like to go when there arent a bunch of people. I would also like to go with my husband once in a while when kids are in school. I also hate that even though my kids have a pass and so do myself and husband - grandparents if watching the kids have to pay $16 bucks to come inside when they arent swimming. Would be nice to have a cheaper pass for non-swimming people. However, its their policy - what can I do.

I visited here yesterday with 6 children 4 not even mine but they was older kids and i wanted them to have fun and be off the streets rather on thw streets doing stuff they shouldnt be doing anyway u was turned away bc i was a grove city resident thats not fair at all i only wanted these kids to have a great time out of the heat and out of trouble and to be turned away bc i dont live in grove city thats just wrong on top of it they had non Resident prices up there and was still turned away i will not Recommend this place to any of my friends or family simply bc they r wrong here i am trying to give money to grove city but bc i dont pay there taxes i was refused WRONG

Typically get there around 4pm. Most of the crowd has left. Kidd enjoy the 2 water slides. Life guards look to be very well trained.

Whoever is owner of the concession stand is not considering the customers experience , just know if somt wrong with your food they feel no need to compensate they still want regular piece paid for Fd up food

We paid and got in, but unfortunately the pool was shut down due to thunder.However, the few minutes we are there, my daughter loved it! We will be returning asap, and we are hoping for cooperative weather this time :)

Been going here for a few years now 6 season passes per year its not to small but not a big water park at all. Nice to go cool off on a hot day, will get crowded on extremely hot days.

Not a good place to go at all of your not a resident. I am from Indiana and me and my children were here visiting and wanted to enjoy this eater park but unless i was resident or with Someone that was a resident they wouldnt let my and children in. Clean, and well life guarded. They also have nice thoroughly taught swimming lessons at a reasonable price.

Not the same as when my kids were young, what was a 10 minute lifeguard break when I lifeguarded as a teen is now 15, but was really 20 minutes. Would not pay to go there again, over rated. Not clean. A cop was also walking around with a drug sniffing canine for some reason....

Graduated from Grove city high school, play in the alumni tournament,my kids go to Grove city schools, do 95% of my shopping in Grove city, work in Grove city sometimesand have brought my family to the big splash in summers past but got turned away because my new address falls in pleasant township. Great policy....

NOT GOOD AT WATCHING CHILDREN!!!! OUR 4 YEAR OLD ALMOST DROWNED & LIFE GUARDS DIDNT CARE AND ONLY SHRUGGED HIS SHOULDERS WHEN TOLD TO GET HER THEN WE INFORMED THE INSTRUCTORS WHO FINALLY DID!!!!! During our 4 year olds swim lessons the instructors Did Not Pay Attention the whole time. Not trying to get her to participate!!! IMAGINE YOUR CHILD SWMING WITH OVER 100 PEOPLE AND LIFE GUARDS NOT WATCHING...OURS WAS A CLASS OF 7!!!! SMDH

It is clean and had all kinds of stuff for the kids to play on , and the food was great.

I vacation here. I was wanting to go to big splash this year but it looks like I wont be able to. This new policy sucks. Now Im paying $20 more a night for my hotel just to have a pool.
