Once was the best Park in Greenville til the change in management/ownership in 06. The new owner was from Maryland, his plate was too full to own this beautiful Park. He owned several parks in 3-4 states and Vandemere suffered due to poor maintenance and lack of attention. The Brileys( former owners) kept it cleaned and were more strict on who and what type Trailers were fit for the Park. New Owner did not keep the grass cut, and started allowing any and everything come in. His choice of help was not a good choice (too old & afraid) to manage properly. If management was better and because of the location I would give it a 5. I USE TO LOVE VANDY , my first home.

Do anyone knows the cost of rent at this place?

Quiet, family friendly mobile home park. Excellent mamagement.
