Homes to close one to another but good people around

Is it family safe though no breaking ins

Its quite and not as wide open like most trailer parks .

I have multiple family members who live there and frankly, I wish, that they could move. The place is too crowded. The people who own that noble home park, were trying to get rich the first year I think. The trailers are WAYYY TOO CLOSE TOGATHER. You can here bumping and noises from the one in front and behind you. Dont move your home into any lot like this. Make a check list of things to look for, and look OUT for PLEASE! Youll LOVE yourself for it, later. Stay safe Family! I love you.

It was ok I wouldnt want to live there its to crowded.The mobile homes are to close .

The lady at the front desk was very helpful but did explain all the prerequisites before taking my application fee for acquiring the property

No emergency or alternate contact number. Will not return calls. Only in office 4 days a week.

Have a friend who lives there lots of kids for her kids to play with. Neighbors close by to help each other out

Has a website the dont keep up with, lady that runs place asked if I was calling from website ad, I replied yes and she said none of those listings are available, that they dont keep up with website any more and that only listing they have is 29 miles away from where I wanted a home! Ridiculous. Take the ads down you fools!

Quite comfterble its a home

Rent is extremely expensive considering the location and living conditions. Roads are awful. There are always a LOT of children playing in the middle of the road, so you have to be extra cautious. I would never recommend anyone renting from this place.
