Just moved in a few days ago and everything is going fantastic the office is more than helpful and a maintenance man have really been a great help with our experience home moving into getting set up and everything. I havent checked everything out yet but I see that we have a pool and it looks like a very nice pool little cool for that right now but well have to find out come hot weather

Clean and well kept community

I absolutely hate living here. Worst maintenance ever and they ignore serious issues such as mold! We have mold that’s continuing to get worse and I’ve asked the community manager Face to face to fix it he assured me he would and that was 3 months ago! I’ve put in multiple request and still nothing! I’ve had a hole in my floor for over 4 months that no one will fix and major bug problems! I will not be signing on for another year here and I’m at the point of taking legal action!

Have lived here since 2006 and havent had problems like I have in the past few months. Never complained to the office until lately. We pay to have certain things taken care of and we are having problems of our trash being picked up. Our trash is always in a trash container. We have it out the night before or the next morning when seeing other neighbors still have theirs out.

Applied with all the necessary paperwork and was givin the runaround until they rent/sold the place out from under us. Never answered phone calls and was just generally difficult to get stuff done.

Would rate 0 if I could. They never answer their phone. They wont call you back if you leave a message. I put in an application and never heard back. I was told it was available, was not made aware anyone else was trying to get it, and the manager knew my situation of having to move by the end of THIS month. We go up there today and someone had moved in the place we applied for. While I understand thats how it goes sometimes, common courtesy of a phone call letting us know it was no longer available would have sufficed. Complete lack of communication amongst management. Different guy today had no idea what was going on. Thank you guys for wasting half the time I have to find a new place. Cant even say for sure my application was even processed. Money hungry or lazy? Ill never know. Would not recommend.

I have live in the other trailer park that supposed taken care of my family been part of both community over 22plus years. Watch trailer come n go but gets me is beautiful the other side compare to this side that gets neglected. They can be down to earth. They need manager owner that care about both sides not just one. Plus seen to many manager come n go due to take money, caught cheat on spouse to nobody care about nothing but make one side look better then the other an speeding is problem for this side..

Not a good place to live! I got evidence and pictures to prove it!

Thought Id already reviewed this place. Maybe I put a swear word in it and it was deleted. I lived here for several years till 2014. When we first got there it was decent, and cheaper than any local apartments. The rent houses are cheap, busted up old single wides with terrible gray paint. That was not a problem, really, for saving a buck on housing.The problems with this place are the new management, excessive and frequent rent hikes, intrusive employees always coming by to do a random inspection where they go through your house and cabinets, claiming to check the plumbing. They will fine you $50+ if you dont mow your little yard every single week. The crime rate in this area is high. While I lived there several people stole belongings from me including a moped, and several people tried to get in my house to rob me. One had a cube van and claimed to be here to check the oxygen machine. He had no tag on his uniform, no DOT labels on his truck, and I DONT HAVE ANY OXYGEN MACHINES. Another tried to bring a fake UPS package. One sent a school age girl to knock on the door, while parking an SUV behind my house and trying my other door. Some people knocked on my door late and night and some tried the handle or windows. Beware. Also, theres a crazy guy that lives there, older guy with graying blond hair. He is mostly friendly, but is certified crazy and gets an attitude problem. He constantly begs for money to buy cigarettes and soda pop, but wont do any work even when offered a ride to temp agencies or church outreaches that provide food. There are several certified child molesters/sex offenders there. Do your research!

Never call u back to inquire of homes for sale

Money hungry managers!!!! Paid my rent with late charges due to being out of town then 3 days later the manager called me saying I still owed 4 bucks and if I didn’t pay it then they would charge me 3 bucks a day till it was paid. I will start putting all my rent money in escrow till the house is fixed and the dam roaches are gone. Don’t move here all they want is for you to pay all there demands but you get nothing in return. Will not be renewing my lease

The manufactured home we just moved into is gorgeous, the staff in the front office were extremely helpful! What can more can I say, fantastic experience!

Let me start with this absurd quote....I am a CURRENT resident. I love the Temberglen community and its staff, it is a wonderful safe place to raise your family. We chose Temberglen in June for its country feel and convenient five minute drive to down town Greenville and quick access to the metroplex via I-30(45-50 minutes to Dallas). Large pool, basketball court, and pet friendly. The staff up holds the community standards and takes pride in maintaining the appearance of the property and its homes. To my knowledge the community has been cleaned up over the years and is a quiet place to live now. I encourage you to stop in and visit with Dara and Sabrina, ask for a tour! Please let them know you saw my post, Id love to come down to meet you and tell you in person. most ridiculous and forged comment ever. this place is a dump, ran by dedicated slum lords with no conscience. it most definitely is NOT safe and not the ideal place to raise a family. if your looking for a horrible ghetto like area to live in, this place is for you.

Not a good place to live if your looking for peace and quite. There is no Security out there for a safe and secure environment. Complaints to management fall on deaf ears. Children all up in your yard along with dogs and bicycles. If your looking for a noisy, loud music, no rules in forced environment and non-screened applicants then this is the place to live

Not a good place to live at all. Management is very rude and money hungry. They will charge you extra money for whatever they can think up to charge you for. Stay far, far away from Timberglen.
