Our little guy loves this place .Had his birthday party here and the staff made him feel special .great place to visit and also have birthday parties at for young kids .I highly recommend .food is so very good here

Great! Greensboro one is much bigger than the one in Winston Salem! Its clean, and we had a a lot of fun! Cheap arcades. We did not eat there. Everyone was nice. No Chucke right now because of darn covid.

The kids love this place. Just fair warning, the pizza gave us all sour stomachs.

We come here for birthday dinners with the kids. They really like how they changed to the play cards with unlimited time. Also, the pizza has gotten better than I remember. It is pretty nice on a weeknight I would just avoid the weekend.

It was nice for the kids but they have switched things up especially by replacing the jungle gym with games. The kids didnt like that lol

Went for nephews birthday, pizza was pretty good just super thin so you have to eat half of the entire pizza just to get full. Prices are way too expensive. Dining area should be further away from all the games. The games are loud, but even worse, If you are eating and need to get up to use restroom, youll have to wait for the kids who are rushing around playing games for tickets on a timed limit, before you can get to the bathroom.

A place a kid can be a kid. Grandkids slept all night til 1215 the next day. Excellent place to take kids and let them be free.

Manager doesnt seem to care our birthday party was ruined, cut short and we didnt get what we were promised and PAID for!I booked a small party for 4 yr old grandsons birthday. Kids were having a good time when out of nowhere an argument started between the adults of one of the other kids party. The manager came over and couldnt control them so it turned into a literal fist fight causing all three parties to come to an abrupt end.My grandson had to rush through to open his presents not even having time to really grasp what he had gotten and when we asked about the ticket booth that he was so excited about we were told nobody was getting to do it. Took my grandson out from this birthday party upset and sad!When I asked the manager about it he says I called the police and that was all he could do. Heres a few tips... start paying attention because there were adults who were pouring liqour into their drinks, call for help when it starts getting heated and not after the fact and make a real effort to be sympathic to the other families.

Continued review from my first review since I ran out of space. (Beginning part of this review under Megan Joyce)We were able to get the little boys name from him finally and tell the employee we have his name since the confusion seemed to be that they didnt know how to make a page without his name. They still do not page. They walk off and no one seems to be bothered by the fact that this child has been lost from his parent for now over 30 minutes. My mother makes a comment to the manager that she feels this is a bit more important than taking pizza orders and she should stop all activities until this childs parents are found or until the police have been called because at this time we are beginning to think the childs parents have left him. (Who would let a baby this young especially go missing for this long without being at the counter themselves asking for help or being scared to death?). Again no one seems to be concerned. I start walking around a little again, not far from the counter, and finally, FINALLY this baby points to a woman at the prize counter. We assume this must be his mother and walk up to her. We ask if she is his mother and she tells us No he is a friends child and she is there somewhere. She says she will take the boy and find his mama. I wasnt comfortable just leaving him so I stay close by. We are now nearly an hour into this search. I tell my party to go to the table and finish the party out because we were running out of time. Our pizzas had been brought long before this and were getting cold, and of the two hours of party time we had wasted approx. 1 hour and 15 minutes. The mother is found. It was not a good situation but from here it does not involve chuck e cheese.Last issue and complaint, two children participating in party were dropped off by parents. They had to be stamped so employee gave me a new stamp to match theirs and told me to just show both stamps when we left. Well when leaving the employee (not the same one from the start), put light on my first stamp and then proceeded to let all children leave with me even though I am 100% positive two of the childrens stamps did not match mine and he had no way of knowing this because he was not the one who did the second stamp. Therefore, their stamping process is complete BS. They dont actually verify the stamp matches. They only make sure there is a stamp on the hand. Anyone could leave with anyones children and nothing would have been noticed. I thought the stamp process was a great thing that made me feel secure letting my older two children run off to play games without me right behind them. Not anymore! Whats the point in measures such as these if you arent going to follow through with it the correct way.To end this review.... I will say... I have notified management at the store. They didnt seem to care. I asked for district or regional manager to contact me and the employee/manager refuses to allow that. I am calling corporate.I requested at least a partial refund to my party since I missed well over half of it due to employees not taking over a situation that should have been their responsibility rather than mine, on top of the countless other issues.They only offered a free 30 minute game card. Honestly, why would I go back after this experience. I dont want free time.Its a shame that this place has gone done hill so drastically.Our family of frequent Chuck E. Cheese visitors will never be back!Our at least once a month visits will now be spent at Sparetime, or Round 1.Their service is by far superior, and Ill gladly pay a tiny bit more for the better experience (although Im not sure they are more expensive anymore).

The kiddos loved it and the unlimited time play was fairly priced, however there were quite a few games that were down.

They have the right idea where kids play games based on time and not tokens. Our 4 boys shared one card and they played and took turns for 90 minutes. Food and customer service was wonderful. This was a fun time for the kids and adults.

This is a very nice and well organized establishment! I went for for nephews birthday! The pizza was freshly made and the seating was plenty! Even with 3 birthday parties going on! I love the security protocal they have in place! No child can leave by themselves and no adult can leave with a child that is not theirs! There is ALWAYS someone at the door checking!! I had a great overall experience!

Kids have fun and pizza is okay. Staff seems uninterested in being there. Otherwise it’s clean and fun for the kids.

Tonight was the best experience I’ve ever had there. I’m not sure of their names but y’all had three amazinggggg workers that went above and beyond tonight for my 2 year old. His dad and I took him out for his birthday and if it wasn’t for them his birthday wouldn’t have been amazing. They were so kind and nice and very helpful. The one guy even got all dressed up as the mouse for my son we were the only ones in there! They didn’t have to but they did! THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Several games werent getting tickets then the ticket machine kept malfunctioning and all the dude gave me was 25 tickets after there were 3 machines that didnt shoot out any smh. On a Sunday. Yall should check machines before yall even open. I spent time searching for people to were it wasnt 45 minutes. I hate this location. Too bad its the only 1 around. Well ride to Winston next time. Much bigger anyways

My 9 year old and I had lunch here. We decided on the buffet. Not to bad, though more salad options (toppings like tomatoes, cucumbers, sunflower seeds, raisins, etc.) would be nice for the price you pay. I would also like the option of getting a discounted game play card with the buffet. I paid a separate $10.00 so my child could play games. Yes, that was the cheapest option.

I just went for my 36 birthday and I was able to be a kid again and bring six kids with me spend very low amount of money.

This restaurant is very clean with upbeat and courteous staff. There are many games to be played, and fortunately, plenty of hand sanitizing stations as well. The pizza took a while to prepare, but the place was very busy for a Thursday night. When our buzzer indicated the food was ready, I didnt expect to find (and taste) such delectable pizza. Now, I understand this isnt a gourmet restaurant, but the food does taste great. The band is entertaining for my toddlers; I hope they keep it. My family of four will be back!

You can get unlimited play on your card which has really changed gameplay for my kids. Really like the change was well worth the money.

My children had a great time. The lunch pizza buffet was small but it was really good and it the pizza and salad was kept fully stocked.

It was fun but over crowed on Sundays. It took me about 30 minutes to feed my tickets through the machine because of kids hitting the emergency stop button. Parents do not watch their kids. There were some kids trying to take over other kids games. I would not recommend going on weekends if you dont like crowds.

Excellent place for children to have B-Day Parties or just enjoy playing arcade games and win tickets for prizes. Pizza, salad bar etc. Ill recommend.

My kids enjoyed it. Actually the best time to go is Monday- Thursday nights since most kids have school. We had the place to ourselves last wed night. We do not eat there because the pizza looks just ok not great for a high price.

I have not been there for many years but now as a grandpa time to go back. It was clean the food was much better than before. It is a little pricey but every child in there was having fun.

Fun. I gave them 4 **** because not enough rides for babies and toddlers. More for older kids or adults. Not much to do for the little ones. The toddler or babies have only 3 to 4 things to ride. My 2 yr old grandson wanted to play in the cars but foot cant reach pedal. No cars for little ones. Then they start getting fraustrated cause it is nothing else they can do or reach because their to small. They really need to have a section for babbies and toddlers. Food drinks & toddler cups are to expensive. Other than that, their ok. Oh and parents make sure you take plenty hand sanitizer or wipes before your little one eat. Tons of germs hanging roun that place. I agree the staff are not to friendly.

New All you can Play worked well. Pizza was actually good! Lol. Not enough space but hey, thats Chuck E Cheeses so the kids dont mind. Staff was very nice. Attendant saw me looking for a table and came to assist me. Good time.

Jazzy was 3 and Jj was 5 when i took them here. They had a time of their life. I also enjoyed myself. Prices are reasonable and the food was good. This is a great spot to bring your children to. My kids love chucky cheese. This is a great place to have birthday parties too. I try to take my children here several times a year.

I think the cards with play time are a bad busness decision. I get why the tokens are gone.. the tokens really sucked to process for the employees and also cost a lot to maintain. But with the card, its only good for that day.. you have effectively removed a huge part of any incentive for return busness. i wont likely be back because the value just isnt there now. Food was good and the place was well maintained.

Have done it all here from birthday parties to just showing up to play games. Games are cheaper compared to other locations. What I dont like is their ticket procedure. Should be like other places where you can store your tickets on your play card. Please fix this. Service can be slow at times. Its Okay

Good atmosphere and great for the kids. It wasnt as clean as Id hoped but that place has been there for years and gone through many renovations. I wish they would replace the ceiling or something. Keep an eye on your tickets. Kids try to swipe them sometimes.

Despite the raging rumors about their Pizza, My family visited this place and had no prblem with the food served there it was fresh and tasted good. Service was superb and they were friendly towards my kids. The day we went was probably a little busy, so they were a little on the untidy side for the amount of rooms vs kids that were there.

Crowded but lots of fun for the kids. A little disappointed that no one told us you can pause the time, when you have a two hour block of play, to eat. Otherwise we had tons of fun.

Weekdays are the best times to visit. Ask about the all you can eat bar before 2pm. I was told about the all you can eat option until after our medium pizza was delivered to our table.

Nice time pass place for kids... Parents can relax or eat there... Its a very small tight space where you can easily leave young kids unattended. Gift you get from token redemptions are real cheap. Place is always very crowded. Some machine are out of order.

Nice place for the kids. And kids at heart. $8.29 per person for the salad bar is a bit pricey. For 2 adults and 2 kids we got 1 large 1 topping pizza 4 drinks 3 salad bars and 100 points (tokens) for $70

Awful on weekends especially if there are parties booked. The atmosphere was really stressful. The facility was dirty (I think I left there with pink eye). The space was ridiculously crowded. There was a serious altercation between two adults that resulted in a snatched wig, law enforcement and an ambulance. I wont be visiting that location EVER again.

Great place for kids! Despite popular misconception, this is not a very expensive treat. Since the establishment started using cards over tokens, its become quite cheaper! Please keep the animatronics and dont update them! So nostalgic!

When We 1st Got Here We Asked Several Workers About The Chuck e Cheese Commercial That Was Showed On Tv About If You Bring Your Report Card, You Get Some Free Coins! & Not One Out Of 4 Worker Knew What It Was! Until Another Lady Came Up Saying She Did and Saw The Report Card & Give Us Coins On A Card. My Child Loves This Place! Just In My Opinion I Wish It Was Bigger! It Always Super Packed and Just Not Enough Space! And It Would Be Nice To Have A Place To Sit Down!, If You Want To Sit Down You Have To Sit Down At A Food Table, Which Takes Away From The People That Ordered Food & Have To Sit Down and Eat!

Really crowded but the kids had a blast.

We went just go get out the house. We had fun... need more games. And fix the games that were broken.

Its a fun place for kids and the food is alright, but it seems like theyre making a good amount of cutbacks recently. Im not sure how long the token system has been out of practice, but it allows them to charge more per play in a way you cant even redeem at later visits. The animatronics seem like they missed a maintenance check. Then finally they removed about three games for bulkier systems, decreasing variety. Besides these nostalgia gripes the place is child-friendly.

This is a really great place for kids I took my little sisters here and they loved it. Just watch out for adults that are very determined to get tickets.

It was ridiculously crowded. Many of the games were out of order and the ones that werent had long lines to play. We went for a birthday party and you could not move in the party room the tables were so close together. The pizza was not even very warm. The amount of tickets needed for a decent prize was insanely high as well. Overall not ever going back. Glad it wasnt for my kids party.
