Best swimming pool in the city. Great gym!

I came trying to join along with my wife, both of us coming from golds gym, we were just looking for a better swimming facility along with a less crowded gym. The lady that gave us the tour was very nice and helpful with information. However we were not able to get info on the rates, I had to come back next day to speak to a “sales rep” however there was no attempt at all at trying to gain my business at all, a paper was thrown in front of me with the prices. I asked “well can I at least get any kind of deal to convince me and my wife to join and leave my current fitness center (Golds Gym)?” The sales rep rudely responded “maybe you should try a different gym, like the YMCA” that was extremely rude and a horrible sales technique, I wonder why this place was so quick to turn me and my hijab wearing wife away so fast. I felt very offended. To be suggested to go somewhere else so quickly made me and my wife feel so unwelcome.

By far the best clubs in Greensboro. Staff is top notch. The remodeled pool is the nicest pool I have ever seen. I have been a member since November and love everything about the place.

This is by far the best gym I have ever joined! The facility is very large and organized. The staff is friendly. I don’t think I have ever seen a gym that offered so much equipment. They even have a kids’ gym that watches your children while you workout. The Bodypump classes are awesome. I lost 15 lbs in the first 3 months without changing my diet and only going once a week.Highly recommended!!!

Fantastic gym in a great location. They have some of the best staff, facilities, equipment and trainers. Amazing pool. functional turf area, free weights, Pilates and classes included. Also check out the smoothie bar. They have handicap accessible parking, entrances, and restrooms. Try their great smoothies as well.

Very disappointed that I left my membership dissatisfied after enjoying Oak Branch over the last year. My daughter had her birthday here November 11th, but when we got there, the front desk did not know there was a birthday scheduled. No one knew what to do. The party room wasn’t set up. No one knew where the keys were. We got there early to set up but the party started late. The front desk was very nice, I don’t blame them, and the party hosts were great, I don’t blame them either. I blame whoever was supposed to notify them. It definitely could have been organized a lot better. At the end of the party, we asked the guy at the front desk as we paid for the party when our membership ended because I knew it was coming up soon. He said January. We asked if we just could go ahead and put in our notice THAT DAY so we don’t forget because I knew there had to be a 30 day notice prior and the guy said yes, we can go ahead and do it. So we did just that. I had it marked on my calendar and also let the kids know January was the last month so they could say bye to their friends. January comes and we are charged for another month. We called and they said sorry we have no record of a 30 days notice, nothing signed, and there was nothing that could be done. No one looked into it. Nothing was done. No one called to try to fix the situation. After such a great experience, nice staff, get kids programs, it’s disappointing to have to leave with a bad taste in my mouth.

I was recommended to The Club Fitness by a long time member. At first, I was thrilled by the new fitness experience and the plan that I was able to make along with my trainer.After my initial impression, I began to notice the bad smell, as well as the dirty floors and showers.On one specific occasion, I spotted a big, fat loogie that someone had left in the shower. It was still there a few days later. A place that is supposed to be good for your health, has physically made me sick. Will be avoiding the premises for the foreseeable future.

I have been a member of The Club for about 15 years.At the time I joined, I was looking for a place my 13 year old daughter and I could work out together. Paying a membership for my daughter and myself was not an easy decision. I can not begin to express how glad I am that I did make that choice!I have nothing but good to say about The Club. Their customer service is so far beyond what I had experienced at other local gyms. (Spa Lady, Womens Workout Express and Curves, to name a few.)Maria and Lara are amazing! They call me by name, even if they havent seen me for months. They have always exceeded my expectations when I had a request, question or a challenge.Michelle (instructor) has extended herself innumerable times to encourage me with personal health goals.Front desk has always been top notch. Very cordial, professional and helpful.One evening I was getting my hair done at The Oasis and I mentioned I hadnt eaten and was hungry. The stylist, Suzanne, (another gem!) called to the front desk, they made me a smoothie and brought it to the salon. You wont see that at your local hum drum gym, guaranteed!If anyone is debating about joining, like I was, all I can say is you will not be disappointed.I am just so thankful for The Club and the people who make it excel.P. S.My daughter is 28 years old and an Eye Dr. , living in Fla. Every time she comes to town, she asks if we can go to The Club. She says that The Club has spoiled her and she hasnt found anything to compare .

The Club is the best!! Seriously! Amazing trainers, wonderful childcare, great swim lessons, extremely clean, friendly staff... I could go on and on. I love this place and as a mom its how I keep my sanity! I recommend it to all my friends.

Great club for members but not so great for employees. I worked here for 5 days and the job just wasnt for me. Now I cant get them to pay me.Not very fair.

Amazing! Very clean. The pool has no bugs. Amazing facility. Lifeguards may be mean but for the most part theyre ok

Went around the building one night and looked in.Looks amazing.Went in the next day and was only allowed to register and not lookaround until talked to a trainer.

I remeber I went there. It have swimming pool indoor. I remeber it have drive wear air tank and mask and fins alike sea hunt a television show called sea hunt. By the way I am a commuirt watch. In highland park I remeber I join this gym.
