Very clean & plenty of friendly staff. 3 stars because it is small & gets boring for older kids quickly. I recommend this trampoline park for kids 8 & under or anyone who really just enjoys jumping up and down. The foam pit is by far the most fun thing. $14 for one hour of jumping.....which I think is a little high considering the size of this place. And I felt the 50 cents to put your shoes in a locker is crazy. Its a trampoline place & we have to take off our shoes. Id think they would have free cubby holes considering the price of admission. Very clean facility though. Parents have places to sit & relax but you arent really able to watch your kids from the waiting areas. This place is nice just not for my older kids (9 & 13).

OMG my son had his birthday party there yesterday and ALL the kids that we invited loved it. I did too. The staff was great checking us in and handling everything. The manager on duty Paris was wonderful and the host Andreian (I think) she said that she was new but you could not tell it she rolled with everything. I would recommend this place to all parents.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a trampoline park. We have a 7 and 3 year old who are very active on the trampolines and like us to play with them. At Sky Zone, the parent cannot jump in the toddler section at all (you have to stand on the sides). Which is fine I understand that for small kiddos. However, our 3 year old was ABSOLUTELY NOT allowed on the other side of the net so that he could play with us or his sister. When we paid $110 for 2 hours we were not told of the separate sections and rules accordingly.

Always a wonderful experience totally worth it! Mu kids love it so much that it became a treat for good grades! Staff is super friendly!

It was my first time here, I used to go the one in MA. We celebrate my son’s birthday here and it was great. They provide the room in time and our server was really good and friendly.I’ll only give four starts because they should consider leave one trampoline section only for kids until the age of seven or eight maybe. They are all mix up, teens, with toodlers, with kids with adults, at some point it became a little dangerous for the little ones. But other than that, we had a great time there.Yes I recommended it, but always pay attention to the little ones.

Temperature was way too warm, need to have the air circulating more. Other than that, was just okay..my daughter would rather go to a bouncy place.

I would give them more stars; but they asked me and another dad not to be so aggressive playing dodgeball around the smaller children.

Grand kids had a great time. They are wanting to go back sometime in the near future. We liked it that they were tired out when we left.

Went for a birthday, it was fun! They opened a toddler area for the littles. Its a hit for dodgeball, two games where going on at the same time. Foam pit to jump in and hoops to shoot at! Id recommend it, nice and clean!

Manger services is terrible. 1st in line. Tried to be patience while she talk. Another customer walks up and she just jump to help her. Then when I walk to the front to see a manager now she wants to help... I will not be spending anymore money with this facility.

My son loves the glow-in-the-dark time after 8:pm. Good exercise & great way to keep him physically active.

Brought my son for a little jump time with a school mate who celebrated his 10th birthday. Glow Night started at 6pm, we’ll have to come back another time to experience that.

I went for the first time earlier tonight and cannot wait to go back! Everyone there was extremely kind. I told them when I walked in that Id never been to place like this before and was clueless. The lady at the front desk explained everything that I needed to know, and took me on a tour. Then the court monitors made the rest of the experience really fun! Darrick and Luke stayed near, doing their jobs but also interacting and adding to the fun. They set up races for us, challenged us and overall elevated the experience. Well definitely be back!

Fun place. Kids love it. We have a 90 day pass but they also have 30 and 6 month passes.

Great atmosphere super friendly staff, very clean which was welcomed but very surprising because of all the traffic (kids) but nonetheless I really enjoyed myself. To all the parents if youre running out of ideas for parties or looking for something fun for the kiddos but easy on the pockets bring them to sky zone my only complaint which is minor, would be that the food and drink was like movie theater/ amusement park prices... Slight exaggeration but really.

Dodge-ball is the best activity at sky zone and love playing with everyone. but please post or send emails when they are taken or rented! I dont want to spend money and not be able to play the one thing i paid for.

It smelled like toilet water but the bathroom was on the opposite side. But apparently it was only in the section where the tables and chairs are. So the kids didnt even notice it. But still eww.

The Teenagers running the place are clueless.Not only did they take forever at EVERYthing to get done, but then WE were rushed out of the room. And WATCH your Receipts because they will DOUBLE charge you for the kids we ALREADY paid for. 2 extra kids was $100?? We asked for water in the room TWICE never received it. The jumping was fun, about the ONLY thing that went right. Plus they completely IGNORED 4 kids all together. No plates no cups never even asked if we needed more space. HEAVEN FORBID the high schoolers that were in control took one extra second to look for the kids STANDING around looking for their plates?! seriously it was ridiculous. NOT RECOMMENDED for larger parties.

We saw paw patrol today(9/29) and it was awesome.. We all had a blast, especially my 1 yr old! And the trampolines were fun too!

Visited today not knowing it was a camp week and it was a very unpleasant experience and didnt stay long. Unchaperoned kids were annoyingly following us around and jump areas were either unavailable to non-campers or were overly crowded. I highly recommend turning off your time slots during camp to visitors.

Great fun for the whole family! My daughter and I had a good time. We were both exhausted when we left!

Such a wonderful place! Ive been to a few Sky Zone locations and Sky Zone Greensboro by far handles crowds and rowdy kids the best. As a visitor in my 20s (a former gymnast who just loves trampolines), I felt safe jumping in an area with adults while kids were sectioned off in other areas. The team members did a great job ensuring kids followed rules and they had a good command of the rules and could share them easily and quickly if necessary. I am hoping to go back for a glow night jump! I hear those are just awesome!

Kids have a blast but fair warning, as an adult I felt like I had been attacked by a gorilla after I was done jumping. Dont overdo it, fellow old people!Seriously though this is a great place for kids of most ages and theres a wide variety of activities. Staff is friendly and the facility is clean

Overall the experience was very good. We went at a low usage time around 1PM on a Friday as our kids were out of school. Plenty of space, virtually no lines, friendly staff, and overall good experience for my 2 children that went with me. I chose not to jump so I could focus on just watching them. My children are 5 and they were worn out after about 40 minutes so 30 minutes may make more sense next time.

It would be nice if you added more areas but you can have a blast here and its perfect to tire your kids out.

Perfect place to treat the kids. Be sure to bring some cash or lots of quarters of you want to use a locker. We bought their socks (only $5/pair) and it was worth it. Be sure to Bring shoes you can slip on to walk to the bathroom in. About an hour is all the fun me and my 8yr old nephew could stand. Very kind staff and clean place.

It was super fun but the only problem was that it was a bit too crowded! I love to go here with my sisters! I would definitely go again!

A great place to take kids to burn off some energy. They had two trampoline dodge ball courts, a main court, a basketball count, and another one that I dont know they name. All of these courts are located over trampolines. There food and beverage prices are on the high side however. Most of the staff were friendly. Noted I said most lol.

I like this place and have been here for a few birthday parties. Overall it is a quality place with a new contemporary look that is crisp and clean. I didnt see any heavily used equipment or furniture and it had a first class look. They are pretty expensive compared to other places around and even though I brought suitable grip socks for my daughter they forced me to purchase new branded ones. I also showed up at 4:19 and instead of giving me the 11 minutes they informed me that I could let my 6 year old sit out while all the other kids were having fun or would lose the time because I was late. Late. Its a walk in type of business and it made me feel slighted. They have only 4 good leather seats but also a cafe area with a TV making it comfy for adults to chill while the kids play but only for a few of them at a time. They also had a large assortment of staff to keep everybody safe which was a big plus. We will go back because its a good place but their customer service is a bit lacking.

Very unpleasant staff. When we arrived to pay we were asked if we had ever been there before, and we answered no. When she asked if we needed socks we answered no because we had brought some with us that we had purchased from a different trampoline park. The area you remove your shoes in is guarded by an employee whose job is to make sure you’re wearing your jumping socks. My family and I had been jumping for about 20 minutes when the manager approached me questioning if my son belonged to me. Then he said we had on the wrong socks and I smiled and showed him we had jumping socks on. Then he said that he didn’t know what another facilities socks were made of but the could rip and we could fall and sue them. I replied we signed a waiver and cannot sue you. He got upset that a woman challenged him. I told him I felt this was a capitalist move and he yelled it was corporate policy. Funny how this corporate policy is NOT posted on the website or in the facility. He did NOT offer us discounted socks or more jumping time for the confusion. Two other employees had the chance to educate us on this well-known policy yet no one else said anything. There are plenty of bigger trampoline parks, this one is really small...go someplace else.

Took my son here for a couple hours. I went for the daytime hours hoping they were not busy and succeeded. While we had fun, the prices per hour is just too much. Two hours for the both of us (my 3 year old) was near $50! Staff was helpful when needed. My biggest gripe is when we had to move from certain zones because a class of people exercising were coming in that I dont even think were affiliated with Sky Zone... we were forced to move but fortunately our time was nearly up anyway. I didnt like that at all because my son was having fun in this one particular zone where we were forced to move. Thats bad business especially for the outrageous amount of money we paid. On the fringe of 2 stars.

I came here for a bday party and I was not gonna jump but after watching everyone have a good time I decided to do after I signed the waiver I went back to get my socks and the black girl told me that she couldnt help me and sent me over to another part of the place to get some and there was no one over there so I waited and waited to get socks but never did while I was waiting to get them I watched her help some black people and made there experience. most enjoyable I have never felt so racial profiled and being employed in a customer service position wow i would make sure that people have fun and I know that this is a fun place for kids but I will never let my child EVER come back here being treated like I was I never treat someone like I was treated

It is amazing. A lot of things to do, a lot of space to jump. I attend the Skyfit classes that are held on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday and live every minute of it. The instructor keeps you motivated by learning your name and pushing you beyond your limits.

A great place for a birthday party!

I brought my friends for GLOW on a Saturday night. We didnt wait too long to check in so we were sold jump tickets for the next available jump time (7-9pm). Some people in my group didnt have white or neon so they bought Sky Zone shirts. Because my friends were in their 20s, they felt a little awkward to jump with kids but once we got out on the dodgeball court, they forgot all about the age difference and had so much fun. My one friend even showed off her flips in the Foam Zone. Overall the park is very clean and the staff is knowledgable/helpful.

Broke my ankle here on Saturday. Manager was nice but no medical staff was on hand so thankfully my family knew a medic to call and help me out. Offered a refund and gave me some water as well as ice. Never again.

Best trampoline park in America easily

We came here on a Saturday afternoon and loved it! My kids like the dodge ball court, the foam cube pit and the main court. I dont like how expensive the parties are, but I think its an awesome way for kids to get exercise and have fun at a decent cost. The fact that they also have adult activities and dodge ball is a plus.

Such a fun time for the kids! We were here for a birthday party and I was impressed with the organization. We Wil definitely be back.

Super fun at Glow Nite last night!!

Had my sons 9th birthday celebration here. The kids loved it. They jumped, bounced and repeated it for an hour. We did NOT purchase the birthday package, but paid for each child to jump and ate elsewhere. You get 40 minutes in the party room, but we needed more time. If this is something that works then definitely get the package. The staff were accommodating and we were able to relax, but keep eyes on the kids. Take your kids, theyll love it!

Be ready to spend some money!! For one hour, I spent about $50 on 1 adult, 2 kids, 3 pairs of socks. We had to use their socks. But if you brought your own grippy socks, you could exchange them for Sky Zone ones. This place is really clean and strict. Its not a really relaxed setting. The employees do keep an eye on the kids, making sure they are playing by the rules. For cleanliness and safety are the only reasons, I would go here. There are other places more friendly, cheaper and less crowded. Sorry Sky Zone, we will not be returning :(

The kids always have a good time but it is expensive.

I love bringing my kids to sky zone. They only ever want to jump for an hour and they pop over to me about every 10 minutes for a short jump break but they have a blast and they get to let off some steam. Its clean and there are even some comfy chairs and a tv for the adults. There are places to just jump, a foam sections, jumping and scoring hoops, etc. Its a little semi-break for me and theres even a Groupon.

Skyzone is absolutely amazing! I went in on a Sunday and couldnt believe how many people were there! It gave me the opportunity to have some fun and meet new people! This place is becoming my home away from home! The staff is wonderful and it is definitely a family friendly place! I will be bringing my brother here soon!

We went to sky zone for a birthday party and the entire family had a blast! So many trampolines and fun stuff for the whole family.

This place is exspensive $15 a person plus $6 a pair of socks. Said a 2 year old is $15 for only 1 hour also went to another trampoline park about 15 minutes away and was only $5 for a 2 year old and $7 for adults. This place is crazy exspensive!!!

We went a few months ago and had a great time. They had black lights that made all the equipment glow! Tons of fun and the stuff is lovely.

The ladies there are awesome! We were well taken care of and will definitely go back for our next birthday celebration. We did the glow party work 20 invites.

So three times Ive gone into the sky zone off of new garden road and been shooed away because they didnt have toddler time. Whats interesting is, if you call the number and press 2 for hours of operation it clearly says you have toddler time Tuesday Wednesday Thursday. I was told just 20 minutes ago that you dont have toddler time those days only thursdays, fridays and Saturdays. You should probably fix that automated voice system to reflect accurate hours. Maybe put a sign on the door or lock the doors so kids dont get excited thinking they get to jump.

This is definitely one of the better trampoline parks that Ive been to. They have several different trampoline areas for standard jumping, dodgeball, basketball, and a foam pit - so you definitely get your moneys worth of activities.

Had a blast! We will definitely be back.
