My kids had a blast! Tired them out, which was exactly what we wanted to do. Had to wait a little while for someone to come to the concession stand to help us, like they maybe didnt have quite enough staff, but every employee was very nice and helpful. Everything was clean and being cleaned while we were there. There are bits that could be updated, just as worn foam pieces and netting, but nothing too bad. I like that they have plenty of places for parents to sit, and I really like the openness of the place. I can watch two kids at the same time in different areas. We will definitely be back!

Weve been jumping at Rockin for a couple years, and love it there! They have the best facility in Greensboro. The ninja style obstacle course was a great addition. The employees are great-I feel my kids are safe and cared about. Thanks so much!

I took my daughter nephew and niece amd they had a ball. I chilled in the massage chair and watched the election on fold. The service of a young lady by the name of Destiny was amazing. She was very helpful and rolled out the red carpet. I cant wait to go back being that I got the memberships for the kids.

I was so impressed with this trampoline and course style kids play place. We used to go to Air Fun because it was 5 minutes from us, but after discovering they closed we started going here. I cant believe we missed this place! It blows the other trampoline parks weve been to (including one in Winston-Salem) out of the water! All included in admission (we paid $5 because of the group we went with, but I think its usually $10? I am not sure) were the rock climbing wall, obstacle course, and a few different trampoline areas! It was awesome. I was jumping in and getting worn out with my precocious 5 year old. I cant wait to go back! This time maybe Ill try the rock wall. Bring your own non slip grip socks, as they charge you (not much, I think they were $5) and theyll let you wear some as long as you have them. You obviously have to pay for the arcade and food, but the sheer amount of kids activities was impressive.The employees were all nice and were about as attentive as youd expect. They always carefully ensured the kiddos were buckled up properly, but seeing as how all parents were standing at the bottom waiting for their spawn, Id say it was a pretty safe place.

Lots of fun for my boys and me if I choose to play with them. And they have a lounge area for parents as well.

The place is cool, but the employees are rude and don’t really pay attention. I also got overcharged and they refused to give me a refund. Once again cool place but it’s really the employees that turned me away from here.

Best park in gso- and we’ve been to the other one, so I’m not just saying that. Toddler time is amazing for parents and kids alike, and an incredible deal. The ninja course is so cool too!

Ive been with my son at several of these trampoline parks. This is probably the best Ive seen. The staff we encountered were engaging with the kids and appeared to enjoy their jobs. The facility was well maintained and clean. There were lots of well designed activities. The prices were in line with other parks and had some really good specials such as the after dark hours that we were at.

I held a party here for my kid and the jump patrol Ruth E. was literally the best!!! All the kids were smiling, laughing, and having the time of their lives. Ruth made sure we were taken care of and I barely had to do anything but enjoy my time with my birthday boy! She was so helpful and was one of the best people I’ve ever ran across. She was kind, and so outgoing to the children and I.

I love the environment, very nice and pleasant area. Every staff member was top notch. One of them went out of his way to be extremely helpful as got stuck in one of the jumping areas. I bought a pass for my daughter and her girlfriend when I was visiting from Va. I have been to many jump places but this one stood out to me. The areas were all clean, the employees were attentive and interacting with the children. One employee, Destiny, was absolutely amazing. She assisted our children on the rock wall and when she saw they were not comfortable(it was my daughters first time and the harness hurt her legs), she took the girls by the hand and jumped with them in the trampoline area. She was amazing, and when I return to Greensboro I will return here, and I hope Destiny is working.

Managment team is great and always help the refugee kids we take in. Kudos for that. they have a blast every time !!! we love this place.

This place is awesome and very fun. So much for kids to do. Destinee was super helpful and Mat was really nice too. Everyone was helpful. The equipment was in good repair and clean. Staff was attentive and kept good watch. My son hurt himself and they were there quick and handled it so well. I strongly recommend this place for a fun time with the family.

Horrible experience. Was visiting family from out of town and we went out of our way and passed up other jump places to go to this one from good reviews. Was not the case at all.. wasn’t busy and staff followed just our group around. Noticed we were the only ones with a small child and they only got on to us even though other groups were not following rules. Didn’t even give me a chance to get on my child when he was doing the slightest thing wrong. Felt like I was looking over my shoulder and couldn’t even have fun. Then when we complained they “recommended” we come to the early times for my young child. Which made us feel discriminated against that my young child couldn’t be there playing at that time. I’ve been to numerous jump places and never had issues this bad. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!

The trampoline part was good for my kids. The check in where you pay was absolutely awful. We stood in line for 38 minutes while one person was checking people in. One other employee just stood in the corner looking like they were lost. Come on guys, get a better process down. When you have 20 people in line, use common sense and add 1 or 2 more employees to help with check in! We won’t be back, there’s another park down the road that operates smoothly.

I booked a birthday party on a Saturday for my daughter. Mistake #1: I tried having a party here on a weekend. It was SUPER crowded. We arrived for the party with our cake, balloons, presents and party supplies. The girls up front were pleasant to deal with. They have a “party host” assigned to each party. I checked in with her and filled out a waiver for my daughter because it had expired. After that, I couldn’t find her. I stood in line waiting to talk to someone but it was taking FOREVER. So me and my family (who were helping carry everything) walked back to find our assigned table.When we got back there, all the tables were being used. I looked around for an employee and told her that I was there for my 1:30 party and needed somewhere to put the birthday stuff. She was super confused and thought that I was part of a party currently at one of the tables and tried to point me in that direction and walk away. I clearly explained that the entire party was standing right behind me and we didn’t know where to go. At this point, my party kids and their parents were awkwardly following us around and I looked foolish carry a huge $50 cake around the park with two bags of balloons trying to dodge running kids. It was embarrassing. We finally caught up with my party host and she said the tables won’t be empty for another hour and all of the carts to hold presents and supplies were being used. So..... I was frustrated to say the least. she offered to put the cake in the refrigerator and find a safe place for everything else until we had a table.By this time, the parents of the kids in my party had left because there was no where to sit or wait. We finally found a small table at the food area to sit at while the kids jumped until 3. At 3pm we got 3 clean tables and the employees helped me set up the balloons, table cloths, plates, and gave the birthday girl a Rockin’ Jump shirt that her friends could sign. My party host helped serve pizza and asked if we needed anything else. Everything was smooth sailing after that and we were completely cleaned up by 3:40. (Party ended at 3:45)My birthday girl had a blast and was completely oblivious to the mess at the beginning. Honestly, she is the only reason for generous 2 stars. I will never host a party here again. They must book too many parties back to back and communication is lacking. I don’t understand their way of doing things but I paid a lot of money and I did not feel like it was justified.

This place is pretty cool! Wish they had this when I was young. We took my nephew and the price is very reasonable. We went during the week so there werent as many kids running around.The young people working there seem to enjoy themselves too. One was dancing to the music while watching the kids. One even played dodgeball because there werent enough kids to start a game.They have a decent variety of activities: basketball, dodgeball, a foam pit, rock climbing wall, and hamster balls (although these do cost an extra $3). They also have a small arcade but its a bit lack luster. All in all, pretty awesome place. Will definitely be coming back.

I had my 3 year old daughter, Hailey’s birthday party here today and it was AWESOME!!! Our party duo, Kayla and Jalen were AMAZING!!! They set up my daughters party decorations and served the food for me and I was able to enjoy our party guest!! They did such a GREAT job! Everything was beautiful and they even took the time to use the helium I brought to blow up the theme balloons that I had. The facility was fun but Kayla and Jalen stole the show for me!! I can’t thank them enough for all their hard work they did!!!! :)

Good prices and a great atmosphere for the kids to burn off some energy. $12 for an hour of jumping for a kid aint bad.

Rockin’ Jump has an awesome and friendly staff. I’ve been to a few different trampoline parks in my life, and worked at one for 2 years, and this was by far the best one. The Ninja Course was fun but very challenging. The open jump was amazing and jumping over the hurdles was one of the best things about the park.The free lockers made it easy to store my personal belongings. The staff was friendly and helpful and the park was very clean! 10/10 will be bringing friends when they come to visit!

I would say this place is fine as far as trampoline parks go, but the absolute worst thing a trampoline park can do is have a lazy dodgeball monitor/referee. Its such a simple thing but I really just dont enjoy trampoline parks without good dodgeball. The obstacle course is quite good, although once again the staff could have been better.

I would just like to say thank you to Rockin Jump for finding my son’s Apple Watch. He lost it in March of 2019 and I thought for sure we would never see it again. We got a call a couple of weeks ago that they had found it and we could come pick it up. We really appreciate them returning it to us. As far as the facility goes, it is a great, fun place for the kids to burn some energy!

This place is great for kids. So many things to do and your kid will never get tired of jumping and playing. I appreciate the fact that they were able to kept it clean and tidy despite when we were there there were many families. Perfect for your childs fun party, or playful outing with friends/family.

Ive been here for 2 birthday parties. I enjoyed both. They have a variety of things to do including a large blow up ball that you can get into, climbing wall, trampolines where you can play dodge ball and basketball. They have trampolines roped off for younger kids. I do think that they may be a little slack on older kids who are flipping and running quickly through the trampolines. One child at the party was knocked down by an older kid. Maybe the more experienced children should have areas just for themselves. The staff is pleasant. I have seen that they designate one staff to handle the parties which is nice. I dont know the prices of jumping too well but a regular slushy is $4(no refills)- oh my!

Its a great place to bring the children. Its clean and its big. Affordable. You can eleven host a party for the little ones. Food and drinks at good prices. I recommend everyone to stop by.

Then at night time they turn on the black lights and everything glows which is amazing. Plenty of parking. I definitely recommend this place to anyone with kids. Great place to bring the kids to let some of their energy out.

It. Is. INSANE! It has a dodgeball arena, obstacle course, an area to duel, a foam pit, and more! I was sent here for about a whole hour! I only stopped after 20 mins due to an injury on my behalf. Almost went crippled...The rules are shown as soon as you store your things on the TV scree. Up above, and i recommend following them if you dont wanna become injured like me. Other than the injury due to my mistakes, the place is FANTASTIC! I would definitely come again next time!

We took the youth group at church to Rockin Jump for the first time today! We all had a great experience and I can’t wait to take them back! The kids enjoy this place and ask to go here over all the other trampoline parks in Greensboro. There is a rock wall, dogeball arena, huge trampoline area, foam pit, basketball goals, and battle x beam where you and an opponent try to knock each other off the beam with big padded foam jousters. Theres also a snack bar, arcade games, and big inflatable balls that you can roll around in for an additional cost.

Fun for all ages. These boys had a blast and burned tons of energy. For teenagers they acted like 8 year olds which was not a bad thing in this case for as hard as they work at school and sports.

This was our first time ever going to Rockin Jump on West Gate City Boulevard. We had to pleasure to meet the staff which was amazing! Everyone was super helpful and the prices are amazing! Its great when you have wonderful management (stephen) and an AWESOME energetic employee, Kyle, showed my kid an awesome time. Even got me to play Dodgeball too!
