Beautiful hike. A must go if youre from the area

Went for a hike, did the Vault Mine Loop. I always enjoy visiting Madera Canyon

Great place to hike and see. Weekends are busy.

Did the Old Baldy Trail but next time we will be doing The Super Trail

This is a beautiful hiking area reached from Madera Canyon, but waterfall is a bit of an exaggeration. It is really a spring, Sprung Spring, which flows over a rocky ledge and over the trail. The spring is less likely to be your destination than some of the nearby peaks in the Mt. Wrightson area, or Baldy Saddle which is up on the ridge going NW from the main summit block.

Cool air and hike up the Super Trail is gorgeous with fantastic views. I hiked it in September. The streams and Springs were flowing nicely.

The views are amazing.Youll find water during the fall season.
