Seats were super comfortable and even has a heating options. Loved the movie and atmosphere. If Im ever near this location again Ill definitely stop by.

Amazing theater to go see movies! The XD theater has very comfortable recliner seats. They even have the option of being heated! Very friendly staff. Full meals available at the entrance area. Prices are very reasonable prices.

Great time this evening. Rented out the theater to watch A Christmas Story with our family, which was great fun and felt so normal again.

Theater was great but the popcorn wasnt. When I took it back and asked for a fresh batch one staff member was helping me nicely but another chimed in very rudely that it was fresh, like I was trying to scam them. He wanted to argue but I didnt. We hadnt taken a few bites & it was soggy so I had taken it right back. It wasnt like I took back a half empty tub. With the prices for snacks & the rudeness, hard pass on buying snacks. Movie only next time.

Fantastic time. I took my son to a movie and was able to get two tickets a large popcorn and a large drink for under 20 dollars on a Friday night. I am guessing prices are lower due to covid. The staff was nice and the theater was very clean.

My oldest loves Elf so we went there to see it. Staff was friendly. The seats omg they have a heating setting! My back loved it and I will be back there.

This is one of my favorite theaters, they have the best seats, the picture and sound are always perfect. Its always clean and the staff are happy to help. They sanitize after each showing. They do ask that you throw your own trash away after the film so that they have more time to detail clean and make it covid safe.

Have visited this theater multiple times and have always had a good experience their. Its never too packed, theyve got good prices relative to other theaters in the area including great matinee deals. Every time my wife and I have gone its been clean and I like the adjustments theyve made for COVID-19. Having spaces between groups is a big plus to us!

Watched a great movie and was able to enjoy it thanks to the staff that has been trained to keep everyone safe during the movie streaming. Only bummer is they are only serving popcorn but its understandable. Was just left craving the nachos and pizza

This theater is a little out of the way for me, but I love it the best for one reason... screen 13 is the biggest one in DFW that Ive seen. Perfect for Marvel movies with the kids.

Ive been to this location many times for movies. This location is very affordable, has plenty of parking space, and looks amazing both inside and outside the theater. I dont get theater food often, so I can only suggest trying the food for yourself. The seats were comfortable, and the sound was pretty good. Overall great experience and I plan to go back many more times for movies. Dont forget about $5.00 Tuesday.

This theater been a favorite location over the years, but i hadnt been by in quite some time as I had temporarily moved across town. Going in with some first-timers, I was very excited to see the most recent upgrades! Not only have the seats gone to recliners, but they lower as well as recline AND they have a heating option! They also have a small tray table to manage your concessions a bit more comfortably. The bathrooms were clean and well-lit, and the hosting and concessions teams were friendly and welcoming. GREAT experience today!

Visited on a weekday evening and it was not overcrowded. There is a small Diner inside which drinks and food can be ordered to take into the theater. The Cheeseburger was actually pretty tasty and it came with French fries. The theater was clean and spacious.

Absolutely amazing. The seats are the best I have ever seen. So comfortable and they have food trays. You can recline them and they even have seat warmers. The popcorn is very good and so are the drinks. The staff is friendly and helpful. They have an arcade with a great ton of arcade games. You can even win prizes from some. Overall amazingly wonderful movie theater.

Very nice because teenagers go to AMC at the mall. Real butter available.... So much better.

Hands down one of my favorite theaters in the area. Every time I’ve visited it has been clean!! From the theaters themselves to the restrooms, clean! The customer service is always great! The only reason I didn’t choose 5 stars is because there’s another that has my heart, lol.

I always go here. The food is amazing and the ticket prices are great. They have that indoor restaurant that serves you everything from Ice Cream to hamburgers. But Ive never once had an issue with their customer service. Five stars for sure!

We enjoyed our recent visit to Cinemark Tinseltown. It is very nice since the upgrade. Everthing is clean and well maintained. The theater had comfortable temperature. Usually when I go to the movies I am too cold. The Luxury Lounger seats are very comfortable. Ticket and snack bar prices are decent and the popcorn was fresh and yummy! They have a small arcade area too. The theater is handicap accessible all the way from parking to the theater. The staff was friendly and helpful. We will visit this theater again soon.

Used the online select movie, seats & food ticket purchase. It went great, received email confirmation and instructions how and where to pick up tickets. Will be going again. Very clean, newly updated lounge chairs that made it very comfortable with small tray to place drinks and food. Friendly staff & helpful

Ive been going to Tinseltown for years. I love the place. My daughter and I see a movie about every other Saturday. The seating is nice, access is trouble-free and the restrooms and theaters are clean. They even provide a digital reader, at no cost, because I cant always hear the dialog.

I choose this theater over the several others that are closer to my home. Seats are so comfy with seat warmers! And plenty of food options whether you want food or snack.... oh and they have a coffee shop that serves Starbucks.

Tinseltown has been around for a long time, the upgrades are amazing. The leather seats are the most comfortable Ive ever been in. So rare back put your feet up and enjoy the movie!

Love the price of the movie tickets. And concessions are not too expensive. I also like that this theater lets you purchase a reusable popcorn bucket and drink cup. You bring them in everytime you go and you get discounted. Good all year.

Ive been coming here since this theater first opened when I was a kid and have seen it undergo several updates. Its a pretty decent theater and for the ticket price is streak. A few years ago it seemed like it was falling into a bit of disrepair but they have turned trhat,around and its now a pretty nice theater with a lot of good amenities theyve got an XD theater which does cost a bit more but had reserved seating and th3 largest screen at the theater. Theyve got a main concession standd and then satellites that arent Lways open bit typically are during busy times. Theyve also got an on-site restaurant that serves burgers, pizza, fried stuff, ice cream, and Starbucks drinks. Except for XD they dont do reserved se eating and they dont have recliners so those are two drawbacks. They also have a bad habit of scheduling all their start times back to back which causes long lines to buy your ticket and then get concessions. So Ive pretty much given up getting concessions so that I dont have to wait in that super long line if there is one.

Saw When Harry Met Sally. So cool that they show classics at this theater. Plus, its way less expensive than other theaters. Heated and reclining seats. Cant beat it!

Nice theater right down the street from my house. Always clean. I like that it is not over crowded. Pay for reserved seating early.The ticket prices are really inexpensive. Paid less than $5 to see a movie on a standard screen before 6pm.This place is off in the woods so you cant see it from normal traffic. The seats are quite comfortable.

I love this location! I meant to write a review back in April when I saw Endgame on the day it came out.. let me tell yall, they have the nicest staff ever! There was a boy behind the counter i think his name was Patrick, he was so theatrical and was making it a special experience for the people in line in front of me as well as myself. You can never go wrong with service with a smile!

Best place to take your family for the movies, great prices, just remodeled so like new, and they added more of the special seating that we like that moves around while u watch.

Its always a good experience at a great price. With the new bar and grill it gives you lots of options. You can easily spend a few hours here. Last time we bought dinner, and ate while watching our movie.

I go here on a very regular basis. Clean theaters and reasonable pricing! The seats all recline with heaters.

This location has become the favorite theater of my wife and I. Despite being a bit older, it has some of the most comfortable reclining & heated seats - better than other, newer locations in our experiences. They have multiple concession stands open at hours that the Rave and others dont, plus drink offerings not found at other theaters nearby.

We had rented out an entire theatre for Avengers Endgame, the location was as I remembered it, great and friendly staff, it was clean, the food was awesome little on the pricey side but to be expected from a movie theatre. This was a great experience for us.

Good fun place to take the family and they have comfortable seats too! They offer a wide variety of food and refreshments. Prices arent too bad, Ive seen worse! Get your tickets online and skip the line!

The theater is nice and since all of the upgrades much more comfortable to enjoy a film with friends or partners. What is most disappointing however is when youre enjoying a movie and the people in front of you are on their phones for most of it despite asking them to stop and getting management to come in then they pull their phones out their phones again.

This is the only theater we go to. Love the recliner seating, cleanliness of the theater and restrooms. Love that you can choose your seating arrangements. We order tickets online through Fandango and all you have to do is show your Q Code to the ticket taker. That just leaves hitting the concessions when you get there and go enjoy your movie!

Cinemark Tinseltown Grapevine and XD was a very clean and poppin place. The thing I did not like however was the fact that they only had one person in their actual kitchen full service concession area. The poor guy was getting killed because of course people wanted the real food and not your normal popcorn, candy and soda routine. Others than that the luxury reclining chairs were great, however I will say if you are a plus size male or female this may not be the theater for you. I say this because I am a plus size woman and it was a very tight for in the chair and there was really no room to maneuver for my purse and to really just get comfortable. Others than that it was a wonderful experience and Ill be back once I drop a couple of pounds.

Not an avid movie goer but I thoroughly enjoyed the the experience. The studio was clean. The process of getting in and out flowed well. The seats were the my favorite. They are plush and recline. Maybe thats a thing now but it a good thing for me. Ill be back more often.

I could only get a seat in the front row because of how quick tickets sold (Avengers Endgame) and I HATE being in the front especially to the front and not center but on the left or right. All that beeing said, because the seats are so COMFY and recline so far back I was still able to put my body in a position to thoroughly enjoy the movie! The seats really changed the movie experience for me, great investment

Older theater but renovated. Good value for the ticket price. I drive a little out of my way to go to this theater versus the brand new shiny one by the house that cost $10+ a movie ticket.

With the installation of recliners and assigned seating, this is once again our favorite theater. Ticket prices are tied for the best in the city. The theater is always clean and the employees are always courteous. You can tell the owner/s of this location really appreciates his/her/their customers, because they are always reinvesting in the property to enhance the experience for movie goers. I think that is why this location has remained successful, even after lots of competition moved into the area/entered the market. We really appreciate their efforts to keep this place so nice.Somebody out here asked me if this theater served alcohol and I said no, but we just realized tonight that they now do, over in the cafe area. Its a tiny sliver, I am not sure its fully stocked, but what they do have is probably popular (Im not a drinker, so I dont know how to evaluate their offering).
