Its a clean movie theater that is operating on a smaller menu during Covid. Thats understandable. But why all of the freestyle coke machines only had a couple of beverage options, with literally none of the main sodas you would be looking for, I do not understand.This was mentioned to the employee at the concession stand and he stated Coke has come out multiple times and said, theres nothing they can do. This is obviously a problem that needs to be fixed. So if you want to go see a movie and not have anything other than tea or ginger ale to drink with your food, this is the place to go!

Service was horrible, I ordered wings and fries and it took 1 hour and 5 minutes. And I was the only customer, it was empty on a Wednesday night. I will never order food from them again, wont make that mistake again. Movie was over 25 minutes after I received my food. And couldnt complain after the movie cause all the employees were gone. Customer service, bar and concession stand were empty. I could have vandalized the lobby and no one would have known, except the cameras.

I loved this place! amazing service!!!! me and my 3 kids come here every time a new spiderman film comes out!!!!! i strongly recommend for all people in the area!

Food is now ordered prior to entering the actual movie theater room. The bar staff is extremely helpful in this area. Seating is appropriately spaced for social distancing.

Dont plan on paying in cash here. They dont take it. Im assuming its to reduce contact. When in fact it just means you use said cash to buy a gift card from a different person thus increasing contact by one more person. Then the line for food is moving so slow because there is one person behind the counter, the one who just touched your tainted money has to join in taking orders. Then by the time you get to order, everything is pretty much sold out. And guess who was first in line before having to go buy a gift card.....

It was great. Saw Tenant 2:45 and the theater was completely empty. Could have went full Mystery Science and Theater on the movie and nobody around.

This was my first time returning to the movies since covid. I ordered my tickets online and chose the dine in option to have a date night. When we get there nobody tells us there is no dine-in option until we see the paper taped to the theater door. When we get to our assigned seats the floor was sticky covered in left over popcorn. Im sure this was something that was overlooked while they were thoroughly sanitizing the theater. It was a poor experience since we were planning on having dinner. Tried to talk to a manager when the movie was done around 10:30, but he/she couldnt be located, we did not wait around for him to be available. I guess this is what happens when you dont choose Alamo Drafthouse.

I paid for dine-in and clicked on the button throughout my 2hr movie and no one came.I saw them serve the couple on the upper level and just ignored me...I would save my money!

The staff was so sweet and helpful. We wanted to change the time and movie we were going to watch, and they helped is right away. We had no problems. The dine in was good. 4 starts because they really built the seating uncomfortably.

Great movie watching experience for our annual Oscar Watch Marathon. We saw three of the Best Picture nominees on the Saturday before the Academy Awards broadcast in a comfortable, relaxed atmosphere and ate dinner during one of the shows. Couldnt recommend a better place for an all day movie binge. Thanks AMC Grapevine Mills!

Great experience! Had a blast. Wasnt in love with the smell, probably the age of the place but, overall nice set up. The food was awesome and actually not horribly priced for a theater. Having STUBS A-List never hurts.

Clean. Professional. Movie experience was great sound and premium picture quality. Seats are adequate, but not completely comfy.

I went to the Dolby theater they have, which was fine. The foot rest wouldn’t go up more than a tiny bit, which... whatever. My issue with this theater is that you have to stand in line forever just to buy a cup to go get your own Freestyle drink. I missed the first part of my movie trying to just buy a $7 cup, and they’re constantly letting their members go in front of you. I feel like they should have a much better set up for this.

Located in a nice mall and safe all the time to see late night movies. Very cleanly maintained and you can choose seat numbers upfront while ticketing. Latest movies are screened here. You have good flexibility of dropping your kids to their favourite movies and you can shop / walk in the mall mean time.

Went to see Bad Boys for Life in IMAX. The movie was really good. I just got water and nachos for a snack. The food was a little pricey for just some chips with cheese dip on the side. The tickets were less than the price I would have paid back home, so that was nice. The staff was really friendly and pleasant to talk to. The theatre in general was nice and clean, very well maintained. Overall its a good place to go on a date or with friends and family.

Always like the service and amenities when I come here. I love that that have the dine in option and tons of food! Definitely worth a stop and so convenient being next to the mall!

Overall the theater is very nice. The one thing to be aware of is that only about half the theaters are done in, and I found no way of identif6this ahead of time. Went here expecting to eat at the theater, however my movie was in a non-dine-in theater. I was not the only upset patron in the concession line.

This theater is alright. The food isnt bad, but it sure isnt great either. The seats are high backed yet have no lumbar support. The screens and sound are good but going to and parking in Grapevine Mills is kind of a drag. Overall its not a bad place to see a movie per se but you can do better in the Grapevine area.

Very nice theater. The food is a bit pricey but they have $13 plates as well which is pretty average between dine in theaters. Really wanted a milkshake but I’m not about to pay $9 for a milkshake. Seats are nice but after a while they get really uncomfortable. No lumbar support. They recline though so theres that.

It was a nice theatre. It was my first time there and I enjoyed my experience. I just found it annoying that the movie projector gave off a dim light. It reminded me of a night light. I just wanted it to be dark. Other than that, it was a good theatre.

Theater was nice. No reclining chairs like some newer theaters, but it was still nice. There were only two people working concessions, so it took a long time to get popcorn and drink.

Went on a Wednesday afternoon, for the first time, but will go back. All the employees that I interacted with were friendly, place was so clean, not even any popcorn on the theater floor. Our seats didnt recline back but now Im getting too picky. Next time Ill try a dine-in theater

Ive been coming to this theater for over 15 years. There has been a steady decline in its quality and service. Last night was the worst experience Ive ever had at any movie theater. I arrived 15 minutes early to the 7pm showing of Bad Boys. I as well as about 20 others had to wait for the theater to cleaned. Okay. I work for an airline. I understand that you probably scheduled the showings back to back or were short staffed. Still, not at an excuse since it was Saturday and a premiere weekend. Next, finally at around 7:15 -7:20 the waiters start answering call buttons. We were told that food would take 45 minutes to an hour. Great! Just what I asked for. Well, true to form, he was absolutely correct. I had ordered dry rub wings, side of fries, and a strawberry lemonade. Of course drinks came after 30 minutes then 30 minutes later I received wings. The waiter stated that was all he was told to bring. I politely requested that he return with the fries I ordered. Now, the movie was excellent. However, many of the seats in theater 7 need to be replaced. The cushions and armrests were ripped apart, including my seat. To top off the evening, I received my check while the credits rolled. Luckily, I as well as a few other honest patrons sought out our waiter outside of the theater to pay. Is this the new norm for AMC Grapevine?

This has become my goto movie theater! Easily one of the best AMCs i have ever been to. The staff keeps the place running very efficiently and make certain the place was clean and tidy.There was an incidence when there was a power outage in the area which affected the theater as well. They not only reimbursed the movie tickets but also gave vouchers for free meals and tickets!

Very good service. We really enjoyed the snacks we ordered. Comfortable seats and every one with a perfect view of the screen. Will visit again.

The overall experience is usually without any issues. Lowering one star just because the seats had a bit of trash in/on/around then. But I would recommend this place because theyre usually better than that.

Nice staff, nice theaters. The kiosk outside to get pre purchased tickets never works, but you can walk right to the entrance and have the purchase code scanned. The food is expensive as expected, dont get the pretzel bites, they suck! Like, no flavor at all.

Saw the movie, Night School, last night! Funny! First time here and ordered, dine in. Excellant chicken sand., fries, and pretzel sticks! Very impressed! Theatre is modern, clean, and offers a large variety! Try it out !

We were in Theater 22 which did not have the Dine-In option. The theater is labeled Dine-In and we saw nothing that suggested our theater would not have Dine-In. As far as I can tell, there is no way of knowing which theater will have Dine-In and which wont until you get there.The seats were comfortable but extremely narrow. It felt like we were sitting in a Spirit Airlines seat.

This theatre is spacious and is the perfect place to catch a movie if you’re shopping at Grapevine Mills had just happen to pop in. Staff is great too, but the seats here are a bit uncomfortable (I was in a smaller theatre so that might’ve been a factor.) Not a dealbreaker and I’d still go back.

We needed help regarding tickets in a unique format, and they were extremely helpful and kind. I give 5+ stars to their accommodation.However, when we went to the concession, there was a line for regular movie patrons and those with the rewards app. The regular movie patrons were ignored for 10 minutes (at least)while the concessions helped just the rewards members, even if they were in line for only a minute. Very frustrating, all because we didnt download an app. Serve in the order they arrive. Perhaps there shouldnt be any segregation at all. And when I ordered a small soda, i was informed that they were out of small cups, and tried to upsell me for a small icee cup (basically the same size as a small soda, but a dollar more?!) Poor way to serve your customers that are already paying $3 more than a soda is worth.Through the years, Ive been a very loyal AMC Grapevine customer, but this was very disheartening. Going to the movies is an already expensive endeavor. Please make it worth our while.

The Dine-In Experience is the best..

I used to work for AMC, so Im biased. The food at this one was great. I ordered the chicken bacon mac and cheese bowl, and asked them to add roasted shrimp. It was perfect. I also cannot stress enough how good the Royal Burger is. If youre at an AMC theater anywhere, please try it. The fig sauce and bacon set up a whole sweet and salty dance on top of the richness of the burger and brie cheese.

Pleasantly surprised. Very clean and updated. Theater was nice, seats were comfy. The food was actually good and the service was prompt and friendly. Decent selection of food to choose from. Didn’t feel awkward to order food in the middle of a movie. Smooth and good service. If I’m ever staying near by again I’ll definitely hit up a movie here again.

Cheap place for movies and so I guess you get what you pay for. Uncomfortable seats, dirty theater, not an inviting place to go and enjoy a movie. Food debris every where, odd smell...

Food and drinks were excellent. Had lettuce wraps and brussel sprouts appetizers. Appreciate that there were several keto friendly options! Portions are large. We arrived at Theater #7 early, with the house lights up, and was shocked to see the condition of the seating. Most seats have cracks in the vinyl and are very worn. I dont think it is as noticeable when the lights are low. My seat bottom sank very low, and the server call button on both of our seats did not work. We were unable to call the server to ask him to bring our dinner selections. Which was only a problem for my husband, since they brought my appetizer and meal at the same time . He never got his meal, so it was removed from the check. Our server was friendly and attentive - not sure where the breakdown occurred.

While we enjoyed our movie and the food (once it arrived), the chair trays were not clean and the service was slow.We were one of the first in the theatre, but it took several minutes for someone to come take our order after pressing the button. Our server was not the friendliest, though he wasnt rude.The biggest problem was that the food took around an hour to show up and was just warm.Hopefully, the supervisor I spoke with afterwards will take note for some potential process improvements.

Terrific experience. The dining was good. I had the Royal burger and it was sweet and savory. Seats were comfortable but trays only in the main seats with a bar top in the front area. For the moon dinner in it was a standard experience. The entrance to the theater is around the walk way from the parking lot which was annoying.

The bar is pathetic. The old white guy is slow af, and the black lady hides at the cash register confused about everything she does. Drinks were constantly being messed up for wait staff coming to the bar to collect drinks. Customers kept returning drinks with dirty glasses too. Horrible bar employees and horrible experience. We waited 30 minutes at the bar until we had our order taken and we were 2 of the 5 people at the bar! Everyone was late to their movies because of waiting getting drinksThey need to clean house and get people who know how to run a customer focused business.

Im disappointed. The service was terrible. Why did I get charged extra for Dine Inn and wait 15 min for someone to come take our order? No one came. I went back out and got my food and drinks on my own while everyone around me was being served. I wish I would have gone somewhere else with more comfortable seats, if I wasnt going to be weighted on as advertised. Ridiculous. Should have paid matinee price elsewhere. Movie was good though. Thanks Will Smith.Thought Id try to order my nephew pizza about halfway through, pressed both of our buttons, after 20 mins, I gave up and went out to get it. The waitress who had about 10 bills to deliver and seemed incredibly overwhelmed; took my order at kiosk then said itd be right out, since I had been waiting. I went to the bar, the tender poured and I got back and the pizza was there already? How did it get cooked and brought out within 5 min? This place does not cook your orders when placed, much less fresh. And you have to leave the theater and hunt down a server to order. I tipped her though, because its not her fault the manager cant do her/his/their job.

Seats are comfortable and theres good viewing from just about everywhere in the theather, except the very first row. The food is very good, with a decent variety from which to choose. However, the prices are fairly high for the kind of food youre getting.

Now I remember why Moviehouse & Eatery (Flower Mound - Lakeside) is my go-to place for movies.They were one of the only theaters in the area with the new My Hero movie, and we saw that it was a dine-in and guessed (incorrectly) that it was similar to other local dine in theaters.Apparently dine in means you can eat inside the building. Half the theaters don’t have dine-in and the prices for food make you feel like you’re eating in downtown Dallas. They open at 11:30 for a noon movie, so when you order your food the moment you walk in, the previews have started before you get it, and then you have the luxury of bringing “take-out” from the bar to the theater.Then there is the $5 charge per cup to get water from the drink fountain.Ugh..Unfortunately my go-to theater Moviehouse & Eatery didn’t have this movie.Next time I’ll wait for the streaming version.

Everything was great with the dine-in theater except for the lights next to your seats are way too bright. This distracted from the movie somewhat. Otherwise it wouldve been five stars.

This place seems to be going down hill. Always seem under staffed. Had to request someone to clean theatre before next feature several times. Restrooms dirty. Concessions cost easily $1-2 more than average of other theatres. Dine-in food is sub par for price.

They call it a dine in theatre, but my first theatre had no service, the chairs were really small (Im a big guy). I was stuck for a 2 hour movie with nothing to drink or eat because they call it a dine-in theatre so I was expecting to be able to order but not in that theatre. Maybe they should let you know whenever you buy tickets (hey this one isnt dine in, get your own Dayum Food)Then I went to my second movie. The theatre was small and cozy, chairs were huge and, menus next to each seat....ahhhh, finally food and drink!! So I pressed the red button. It took them 25 minutes to get to me (meaning probably understaffed) I ordered, it took them almost another 25 to get me my food, but by the time I got my food, I refused to eat it in the dark....why you may ask?? Look at my photo, I had to kill that little guy and his brother while I was waiting. Definitely, not reaching into a bowl in the dark for food after that. And I still paid.

My favorite theatre growing up. I remember when it used to be so cool to go to the movies with my parents and the skate park afterwards whenever theyd do their shopping. Its too bad that they got rid of that skatepark some time ago, but I still feel the nostalgia heavy coming here.

The matinee pricing is really good. Usually the only time I go here. It can be a real pain to find parking on the weekends because the mall is a zoo. The recliners in the upper end theaters are just okay not great especially for the premium price they charge. Its neat they show NFL games on Sundays. Food is your typically way overpriced theater food. Barely passable for a fast food value meal at 5 times the price. Ill go eat in the mall or elsewhere before or after instead.

This theater is amazing. Once you see something in Dolby Cinema, you will never be able to watch anything else again. Its much better than that IMAX Digital garbage.

We love this theater and have the AMC a-list and get 3 movies a week for a great price. My big complaint is the food prices in the dine in keep going up and quality and quantity keeps declining. We have stopped doing dine in for the most part due to the over priced food.

Hubby and I had our first experience on the Dine-In side of AMC at Grapevine Mills. Bought tickets online, selected seats, worked great, super easy, and no lines to deal with. Comfy seats with arm rest in middle lifting up. Push button service. Would have given 5 stars but food and drinks seem a little higher priced than they should be for a movie theater. Maybe put a few regular movie type foods (hot dogs, pickels, regular nachos) that teens could afford as well. I did notice some on the menu. Great idea for date night! Service was excellent. Sound and quality of movie were excellent. Will be back.

If you want to watch a movie, which is what you go to a movie theater for, maybe pick a different place. There’s nothing wrong with the staff or service, but the dine-in aspects of this establishment have made the actual experience of watching a movie here pretty terrible. When something is sticky, your thinking of what it could be sticky with has now expanded from “soda” to “anything on the menu, but probably soda.” You could be sitting in anything. Servers come in with clattering trays of food throughout. Forks scrape across plates during quiet moments. But now, a paragraph break, so we can emphasize the worst part.ALL OF THE LIGHTS ARE LEFT ON DURING THE MOVIE! The wall lights, the ceiling lights, the aisle runners, the tabletop runners. They’re all dimmed, of course. But what ISN’T dimmed is the light right above your shoulder that stays on, full bright, for the duration of the film.They do this, most likely, so that their servers can get around the theater without hurting themselves or others, which is great. The safety of its employees should be paramount to any company. If you’re going to make people serve food during a movie, this is probably the right way to do it. My argument is simply that if you want dinner and a movie, maybe you should take them one at a time.

Ever wanted to see what a movie theatre looks like back in the 90s?? Well worry no more, for this place has not changed. When they offer themselves as a Dine in theatre, don’t expect the Alamo draft house, this was our dine in experience..For the same price as the Alamo you can have some never cleaned chairs and some over priced, non refillable popcorn an soda, that you have to get yourself. Enjoy!

My wife accidentally dropped her cell phone in the theater while we were watching a movie there last night, late in the evening. Fortunately one of their staff members found it and brought it to the guest services desk, where it was safely kept until we were able to drive back 1 hour later!

This place is awesome, it makes you feel VIP. You get pizza, burgers, and more. The seats are extremely comfy, the customer service is good and you are provided with tables

Theater nice but staff seems unorganized. Outside ticket booth sending customers in to get tickets and staff inside says you need to go outside to purchase tickets. Food is great!Place is clean.Service taking our order was slow and they didnt come back to see if we wanted a drink refill, etc. They did walk past us to the guy in the corner and ask if he wanted a refill.

IMAX!! WELL WORTH IT! Friendly staff, nice refreshment selection!Depending on the theater location sometimes the walk can be a bit far for anyone with a physical disability, but its not overbearing.I always recommend showing up a little bit before on time while the house lights are up so you can find your assigned one previously selected easier.And also show up early if its a premier just in case you or your guest plan on getting refreshments(sometimes the lines gets a little tail that grows lol) But the staff do more than enough to keep the line moving.With that being said to help the staff in keeping the tail short please know your selection before approaching the ordering station!

Nice theater. The recliners are great. Its a little difficult to find where to go into the theater. Its in the court yard right across from Legoland and the aquarium.

THIS THEATER IS THE WORST. Not enough staff so long waits for everything and they lie to you about the theatre being dine in we booked a dine in theatre but it was a normal one. False advertising! Dont go here. There are a lot of better cinemas out there for cheaper and you get actual dine in service

The food was surprisingly good. Had not been to this theater in some time. Compared to the last visit this one was 9 out of 10. The chairs only rocked instead of fully reclining but they were still comfortable. Movie sound had issues but they fixed it and started the movie over from the beginning which was great. All in all a very good experience.

In the past three years, it is only recently that I have experienced any problems. The front rest room needs a thorough cleaning. Otherwise everything has been absolutely perfect. I love the wide selection of movies and great food. The MacGruffin Bar is a lovely spot to wait before your movie starts too.

Great location. There is a dobly theater with giant screen, excellent picture quality and sound effect. It is also a dine in theater where you can order from a variety of food and drinks. I visit this place at least twice a month. The only problem is parking. I dont think I ever be able to park within 200 ft of the theater.

This theater is very clean. The seats are extremely cushioned, recline, have a cupholder, and swinging food/beverage tray. The arm rest can be lifted to give you extra cuddle room.

Parking is ridiculously far. You can never park close enough. You need to give yourself at least 25 mins to get from parking lot to purchasing your tickets. Then another 15 standing in line at snack bar. So be sure to get there at least 40-45 mins. Longer if you want to catch the previews.

Go somewhere else. Terrible customer service at concessions. I tried to pay with cash and it took more than 10 minutes to get change. They wouldnt let me use a credit card instead or give me my money back. I needed cash from $20 so it was too much to walk away and leave them there whole $20. Finally, a manager came and got change from an office (another delay). No apology after 10-15 minute wait while movie starting. Bad attitude. There are many nearby theaters- choose one that takes cash it has sign asking for credit instead.

Awful theatre. Booked a dine in and when we arrived found out it was a normal cinema. Told us to order at bar and they would bring it in but the staff were rude and said it would be a 2 hour wait. Actual cinema was terrible. Concave screen meant if you were forced to book last minute seats at the front you wouldnt be able to see the screen at all. It actually hurt my eyes. Never going back. There are alot of better cinemas our there with a better experience and price!

HOLY MOTHER OF PEARL! Ive never seen a movie theater this enormous before, the service was good the beer was cold and the seats were comfortable.

Popcorn could have been fresher and served with a smile but Ill always enjoy my time at this location. The Matrix 20th anniversary in Dolby Cinema was incredible. The best Dolby experience in town at this location. Sorry Parks mall.

Went here to see The Matrix during the 20th anniversary re-release. Overall it was great, its just the tickets were expensive and the kettle corn selection wasnt all that great. Not to mention the confusing menu layout. But Im still giving you guy 5 stars because Im nice. :-)
