Being involved in BDGR, first as a student and now as a member of Delkash Performance Troupe, has truly enriched my life. What started as a fun form of exercise and involvement in wonderfully supportive community has evolved into a rich cultural learning experience. Through this art form, I have learned so much more than just dance movements.

The Instructors and students at BDGR are some of the best people I have ever met. I have made a new family at BDGR.

I have been a part of Belly Dance GR now for 3.5 years, first with a Groupon offer and now I am on Allspice Troupe! I never would have thought that could have been a reality for me. BDGR is an embracing and safe place for women of all ages, shapes and sizes to embrace what we CAN do instead of what we cannot. I love my newfound confidence I found at BDGR, and the women I have grown to love!

My wife and I saw one of the shows and it was AMAZING! My wife ended up taking some classes and LOVES it.
