Fishing with adam was fun and dudnt catch no fish but caught crabs

Place is really good for boat landing but the problem is you can land boat safely only when high tide so its kind of time consuming to watch out for when tides goes out. So be safe and enjoy fishing.

This is a great landing to put the boat in at. Easy access to both fresh and salt(brackish) water. 2 ramps 1 dock on the fresh side. 4 ramps 2 docks and a fishing pier on the salt side. Plenty of parking. No facilities. Bug spray is a must in the warm months. All this being said, recent neglect from the govt is showing up here. This is effectively a dry ramp at low. Watched a john boat just barely manage it an hour before low, he had to use his trolling motor since his main was throwing mud. A kayak/canoe may be able to make it at low, but its sketchy.

Fresh water side is great. Plenty deep and doesnt matter what the tide is.

Be careful that you dont get stuck out there in low tide if you have a big boat.

Nice fishing dock and boat ramp. Limited parking and if the tide is low its very shallow. Dont bother fishing from the dock here at low tide.

The dock is getting tore up. If you step on certain panels, they lift up. Good place to go if you have a boat but if not then i would go somewhere else to fish. Not a safe place for kids either.

Plenty of parking & launch areas. Docks are sturdy & its a great place to take sunset shots as well.

This is a great place to put your boat or kayak in the water. A lot easier then dropping it over a bridge.

I have a flats boat so I can get in and out ok but the landing needs to be dredged badly. Larger deep V better plan accordingly. My new boat drafts around 16 and my advice.. if you plan to get in and out without huffing mud into your engine the tide needs to be close to 3ft or higher. 2ft and lower and youll be looking at mud by the docks.

The Back River side is beautiful! A nice ride to the Cooper and the locks towards the west. Low bridges a few miles up, but there is another ramp on the other side of the bridges for taller boats.The Cooper river side is very shallow at low tide. Stay on plane and you might make it.The ramps are steep and I have seen many longer trailers drag the underside of the front center guide .Eastward on the Cooper River side, youll go past the Weapons stations on your way to the harbor. You never know what you might see there. :)

Bushy park Like to fishing and water land

Offers a freshwater side and a saltwater side. Been using the landing for almost 2 decades please be carefully and understand the saltwater side has very little depth at low tide for at least 200 yards from dock. Be mind full of the tides otherwise you will be stuck in the pluff mud! The docks next to the ramp is for boat loading on and off, not fishing/crabbing/cast netting. There is a fishing/ crabbing pier on the saltwater side but only producutive on incoming tide really. If you are fishing/crabbing/cast netting, please be respectfully to the boater since the docks are built for there use and move yourself and gear while they are loading on and off. Thank You. Saltwater side offers 4 ramps, freshwater has 2 ramps no trash or bathrooms are provided on either side landing. Theres ample parking during week days but warm weekend afternoons can offer limited to no parking.

Dont launch your boat here unless you want to get stuck out during low tide. You cannot return to dock during low tide because water level drops to less than a foot at the dock entrance and around the dock area. A Horror for boating.
