This is an awesome view but it is surrounded by a private community so you can not get out to see it

What an amazing beautiful Lighthouse. One of my very favorite. Very scenic and peaceful just to sit out on the beach at sunrise or sunset and watch the boats go by. What a sight to see. Dont skip this one if youre in the area.

Today we took to the rockport coastline to capture what seemed to be a lighthouse?!

Do not visit this place. Not worth it. It is in a private community with signs everywhere saying PRIVATE DRIVE and NO VIEW OF LIGHTHOUSE. There is nowhere to park unless you’re able to find a place outside the private community and then walk 2 miles in but then again you’ll be trespassing on private property. Seriously not worth it at all. I wasted time driving to this lighthouse and I had to leave when I realized I wouldn’t be able to see anything

Pretty lighthouse. You have to drive on narrow, private roads to get there and there is no parking lot. There,is a private beach with no parking signs, but there is space on the side,of the road. Go on the beach and youll see a path on your right through the trees where you can get a nice view of the lighthouse.

Pretty lighthouse, but its in a private neighborhood, has no parking, and is on fenced-in Coast Guard property. I wouldnt really recommend anyone make a point of visiting it unless you already live in the neighborhood and can walk there.

Its one of the best areas to see sunset over the water but I cant give it 5 stars anymore. The Norwood Heights property that completely surrounds the lighthouse have put up signs in recent years forbidding all access by non-residents. It is unfortunate that wealthy home owners along the ocean continue to do all they can to keep out poorer people looking to see the ocean beauty away from the city. Our beaches are state treasures and should belong to all of us.Please note that anyone posting views of the lighthouse taken from the adjacent beach took the photos years ago when it was not posted, live in the surrounding community, or trespassed to get the photos.

Annisquam Lighthouse is located on private property with no public access. The lighthouse sits next to a for residents only beach. Very picturesque settings for photography with the ever changing tide affecting the coastline.Directions are not signposted.

What use to be an old family secret is apparently a little too popular now. Been here every year for 35 years. This year was the first I saw so many people... Still one of the best if not the best cove at the cape.

The lighthouse itself is private property and you cant even get near it. Areas around it are worth the trip since its near the ocean but dont make any plans for this particular spot.

Really pretty lighthouse. You can’t park next to it (or in the neighborhood) because rich people love to deny us all our rightful access to our coast. It’s BS but cops drive around looking to ticket so park on the street outside the development. Walk from there and observe inherited wealth in real time. Then check out the lighthouse, which is neat.

Gorgeous beach and lighthouse, one of if not the best in new england. Parking is a pain though as the rich neighborhood that surrounds the area forbids it, so you have to park far away and walk.

Do you enjoy trespassing? Do you enjoy ignoring dozens of neighborhood road signs saying Do Not Enter and Residence Only. Stay Away Scumbags!? Then youll love this spot.Okay, okay. So the scumbags part was a stretch, but the hostility felt by the literal signs saying to go away was almost enough to turn my friends and me away. That being said, if youre willing to navigate the narrow roads, respect the lawns and property of the residents, and keep your voices down, the sight of the lighthouse from the road is kinda-sorta decent.
