Absolutely amazing. This theater isnt cheap, but hey, for a place that doesnt allow kids after 6, what is there to complain about? The dinner menu is quite good, and when you go in to the theaters, well.... Obviously you will notice an employee at the entrance to each movie. Theres two sections (regular, and VIP (with VIP seating, you get your very own couch, compete with drink holder))

This theatre is set up more for adults but is great for all ages. The set up of this place is fascinating. It has a very classy looking bar area with all the amenities. It also has a small bowling area included. The seats in the theatre I was in didnt have the recline option, but they were very roomy and had a small area for adult beverages like a glass of scotch or wine. This is a great place to drop off the family for shopping while you relax in comfort.

VIP seating is a must. Otherwise youll be breaking your neck to watch the film in the front. The VIP seats are larger and comfier, and they are great if youre in a couple. However, they are just seats in the end, and the price is a little high for what you get. Sound system is nice in the theater. There is also bowling and a bar right outside of the theaters.

Very nice and comfortable. Don’t have to worry about a bunch of teenagers being loud and disrespectful . I like the service the popcorn is really good. I love the whole grown an sexy kind night out thing. When I think of taking in a movie I think of I pic theater...!!

Yeah its expensive, but its a step up from regular theaters. Super super comfy seats, and the food and drinks arent that bad. A good place to come if you dont mind spending a bit more.

Nice looking theater, but it has a few drawbacks that have lost it a few stars. The seats, while comfy, are just way too big. You could easily fit 3 people in a love seat, so when going with a group, you can barely see the person next to you. They also play music in lieu of previews. This is nice when you hear about it, but in reality the music is way too loud and is pretty annoying.On our most recent visit, the seats were loose and actually unsecured from the floor. They rocked back and forth and were extremely loud.The movie also started about 12 minutes late. I actually had to leave the theater to find an employee and asked him to turn the movie on. The movie started, but with no audio - so we watched the first scene with the obnoxious soundtrack in the back. The music finally stopped and the into was replayed, but this time with no audio. Dont worry... the third time was a charm. We got to watch the whole scene again, and this time with dialog!We probably wont be going back anytime soon.

Fantastic experience. Two different pricing tiers mean its easy to see a movie without breaking the bank, and the nicer tickets get better seats and free (delicious) popcorn. Overall atmosphere is very nice.

I wont go there again. They charge you for valet parking even if you walk there. They offer free popcorn but its the saltiest I have ever eaten and if you need a drink of water you have to buy it or ask at the bar.Update: They are now officially out of business - RIP

So glad this place is closing. It hadnt been updated since it opened 10 years ago. The movies seats, which dont even recline, are covered in stains. The price and quality never matched.

I love the big comfy seats and that there arent 200 people in the theatre. I also love that no one under 18 is allowed in after 6 pm. Adult only evenings at a movie dont happen at other theatres.

Sooooo 1st of all I was told by culturally unaware chic VIP or general was available. She tried to explain how all theaters are this way as if Ive never been in a theater. My point was this entire theater should have been general admission. The room literally had 5 rows in it. The seats need to be cleaned. I started sneezing at how filthy it was. Very disappointed. It has gone downhill since opening.

They have the most ridiculous policy about being 21 and over past 6pm. Instead of carding people at the bar (which is SEPARATE from the actual theatre), they just wont let you see any movies. The BEST part is, they dont warn you, so theyll let you buy tickets for a show past 6pm, only to find out when you get there that you cant actually see it! Its ridiculous. There is an usher that takes your tickets before you go into the theatre, he could definitely see if you had an alcoholic drink with you or not, but theyd rather jerk people around.

We went there on date night and order food. It would be nice to have small light to see menu and see food when you are eating. I get it we are at the movies however my husband stated fries were too salty.

Went to see Minions 3D and could not have been happier! The staff at iPic on a Saturday were friendly and overly-accommodating. We sprang for the VIP seats and after much consideration by my 7 year old, we locked in on in-movie service and paid a little extra. If you ask the front desk, the staff are all too happy to tell you about the various VIP seats so I dont know why I saw a negative review about that as its common sense to clarify where the seats are located. I dont want to watch a movie from 3-4 rows in as we were in row G and LOVED it…was perfect!!! We ate pizza, popcorn (included with VIP admission) and our beverages. An amazing experience for me and my 7 year old with a just mom and me day that I had promised her. I highly recommend the iPic for anyone who wants to have all the luxury of a movie theater room PLUS amazing food being served to you without ever having to leave your seats and chance missing one second of the movie. LOVE LOVE LOVE to iPic staff at Bayshore as well!! You made my 7 year old feel very special and even went out of your way to get her new 3D glasses that fit her face a bit better too. We will DEFINITELY become regular customers and join the frequent visitor club even though we live across town.

Comfy seats, good pop corn, in theater service. The theater is not always clean (seat cushions and arms), but it is generally a nice theater to catch a film in. After 7:00 PM, no children are allowed in, so that is a really nice benefit for a relaxing evening out.

The VIP seating is the way to go. Order ahead online and you wont have to worry about finding a seat or missing out on a sold out movie. The seats are super comfy and have tons of leg room. Another perk is after 9pm, there are no kids allowed. However, the place has gone downhill. Very dirty and the comfy seats are now gross. Bathrooms are often out of soap and paper towel...and dirty or broken. Used to be a 5 star, on its way down to 1 if they dont figure out maintenance.

With excitement my husband and I went to iPic Bayshore to take our 14 year old and 17 year old to see The movie Southside with you. We got to the theater at 7:03pm for the 7:15pm showing. We were disappointed that we were not able to get into the movie due to the rule that if you are under the age of 21 you are not allowed into the movies.Parents be aware if you want to take the family to the movie after 7pm dont take them to iPic Bayshore town center. What a ridiculous rule if the kids are with their parents.

Dont work there. The general manager treats the staff with little to no respect. No matter how hard you work they will condemn you much quicker for making mistakes than being grateful when youre things right. The staff are decent people to work with and have creative ideas to attract more customers, but are never seen past the manager. The cleanliness of the place is terrible. As a concessions worker Ive seen the slack and neglect of the workspace - The popcorn machine always leaking oil, popcorn buds building piles underneath the machines and nobody cleaning it out, the top of the popcorn machine being so oily and black from never being cleaned up, the slushie machines rarely getting cleaned out and creating a sickly sweet smell, etc. Let me tell you, maintaining the station with the pay and treatment they give is NOT worth it. Ipic has such a high turnover rate with its employees and after working there for almost 6 months Im not surprised. Respect and leadership is important for a successful team and you show neither, you get the same nothing in return. AVOID THIS PLACE. Dont make the same mistake as I did. There are better places to work at and be treated as a human being than working there and asking yourself if its worth it.

Hint: If youre having trouble viewing their website recently try disabling your ad-blocker. I though it was broken until I checked in another browser without ad-block and realized I might be the one causing it not to load (and indeed I was). Otherwise honestly Im not sure how this place has so many one star reviews. Perhaps Im used to old school theaters where the seats are cramped like an airplane but these are perfectly comfortable, if not the newest, and there is ample room between each pair of seats. The rest seem to be complaining about the rules of the road here which are pretty clear and most I actually enjoy: its 21-and-older for all 7pm and later showings, the seats are reserved so you cant just sit anywhere, and if you want a normal seat you have to pay for VIP. The popcorn tastes great to me, the audio is on the loud side but clear and way better than a lot of other theaters in the area, and the image quality has never been an issue. Four stars only because VIP aka normal everywhere else is expensive and yeah I agree the concession lines are slow at times. Also thankfully there are fewer 3D films these days because their 3D experience has been nothing to write home about (dim images, cheap glasses, similar to a lot of theaters who just want an upcharge without the full investment). Is it the pinnacle of modern movie theaters? No. Is it a safe bet to pay a few extra bucks, reserve a specific seat, not rush to the theater on a Friday, and see a movie with clear audio/video and no screaming kids? Yes.

I used to like this movie theater until today. One of the servers told us that he could not serve anything to people sitting in the middle seats.I understand this policy when the theater has at least 60% occupancy Not less than 10%.I wonder what management have to say about it.

Horrible experience first of all. Drove in from Madison, 70 miles into town. But was told after 7pm, I was told that since Im only 20. I cannot see the movie. Simply because after 7pm anyone 21 and under cant enter the theaters. It was only 7:10 and the movie The conjouring 2 started at 7:20. How do you buy tickets to a movie youre not allowed to see?

I am not pleased with their service. My boyfriend and I went to a showtime and we had to evacuate the building, then we received re-admit passes and it did not allow us to book them only. Very rude customer service. Would not recommend it.

This is our go to theater when we want to see a movie, however our last experience was bad enough to sway us to start visiting other options. We went to see Black Panther on 2/17 and the theater was literally trashed. My wife couldnt use the bathroom near the entrance because every toilet was either out of order or covered in excrement. When I went to use the mens restroom near the entrance to the screens literally every single urinal was out of order and the toilets were filthy. Before the movie we tried to order two beers and it took over 15 minutes before the bartender could get to us and there were maybe 5 people ahead at the bar. While I was waiting for our beers my wife had to brush the crumbs off our seats before the movie. I understand it was a major opening weekend for a blockbuster movie, but that should be reason to bring the theaters A game and staff it accordingly. The conditions of the theater were simply atrocious and it seems like theyve invested zero dollars into upkeep and maintenance since they opened when it was awesome. What was once a great place to see a movie is simply falling apart and Im not sure Im ready to give them another chance.

$9 for a regular seat (only one row) $16 for VIP seat get a free popcorn. The popcorn was terrible. I get it was free but you pay a premium price for the seat. The seats are cushiony and comfortable but I felt like I needed to shower when I left. The seats are cloth and look dirty. There is supposed to be in theater service, the ushers only made an effort to check on a few patrons. Ill go to Sheboygan next time.

This is the only theater that I will go to. They have nice people working there and the bartenders do a good job. The movie theaters are 21 and up after 7pm which makes for a more mature audience. The Vip section have more room in between the seats and in front of each seat, including a wider, more luxurious seat to sit in. The screens are larger than those at Marcus regular screens, and fox bay Cinema Grill. Pop corn is included in the VIP seats and I have never been so consistently pleased with a theater. Other theaters have small cramped seats that have people banging against your legs and other annoyances. This is the best way to see a movie outside of your own home.

Very disappointed! Went this weekend for a date night and we will never return. We will stick with our Marcus Cinemas with the Dreamlounger leather seats that actually recline. The seats at ipic do not recline, they are cloth, stink and I felt so dirty in them. I couldnt wait to get home and shower after sitting in them. Price for app and fries was $32 completely over priced. The free popcorn was terrible. We went to a Saturday 7:30pm movie to see Geostorm, only to have 2 other guests bring their kids into the film. The kids were under 2 years old easily. I was so sure ipic had a rule under 20 not admitted into the film. Very disappointed, we will never return.

They are and has always been one of our family favorite the food is awesome and the service is top notch we have been here several times and the only draw back is you must keep a eye on The time cause if you miss your movie time its a wait or catch it in the middle lol but other than that its a awesome family and friends place to have celebration or just a family outing.

I was there last night for Tuesday night bowling and cocktails with several friends. I dont drink much but when I do, I drink Belvidere Vodka because I noticed I dont get hangovers the next day. I had 4 Belvidere and cranberries and I feel like I drank an entire bottle of Skol. Im pretty sure you guys refill your Belvidere bottles with cheap vodka. I hope not because we always have fun there and spend lots of money. It would suck if we had to find a new place to hang out, bowl and have fun

Had a not so pleasant experience...took my son to see one of the movies playing for his birthday. We already had dinner before that. We bought our tickets and then went in to sit down. Maybe the ticket-taker said something about the seats & where we should sit, but Is a fading memory? Now, we sat Im guessing in the blue section...there were not that many people sitting. More like scattered. The movie had started and plus it was our first time so we were in a daze! Well a very rude couple barged in and demanded we give up our seats now! I was like really cant you just find 2 other seats that were empty...well the husband went back and complained and made a scene. So in the middle of the show, we had to move getting glares from others! All I say is, Make it really clear where you can sit, Or if you ordered food That is the chairs we need to get our food! dah? The couple had to make a scene!

Someone pulled the fire alarm at Ipic on the Girls Trip movie at 9:15. The movie was paused while exiting the building. Ipic did not provide vouchers to us, so most of us requested a refund. However, the customers that wanted to continue the movie had to wait until ALL THE REFUNDS were taken care of first. This happened on a Sunday night, people have to go to work in the morning!! Ipic need to take better care of their customers and have procedures in place for situations like that!! Im not sure if Ill be returning.

Not worth the extra money! The seats do not recline back and are not any more comfortable than other cheaper theatres. The table for food was small, not positioned well for sharing and was not clean or dry even though we were at the first showing of the day. The food was okay but not worth the price. The portions were small and not good quality. The service was not good, our waiter disappeared after giving us food and never brought the popcorn we requested. Ive been to the ipic in South Barrington and they are nothing alike. This ipic does not meet or follow any standards that others do. Dont waste your money, go to another theater for less money.

Very expensive. Theater had a BADLY blown speaker that rattled and crackled distractingly. The were extremely unapologetic and refused any recompense for a pricy, ruined evening.

Liked everything except the number of concession staff at night times. Last time I watched at 10, there were only one person working and there were a dozen of people waiting on line.

I recently went to your theater and overall it was a pretty good experience. I like the adult vibe you go for here such as not allowing kids after a certain time and serving alcoholic beverages in theaters (nice!). The seats were pretty comfy aswell. You seem to do a solid job separating yourselves from your competitors except in one regard- you dont provide wifi to your guests? Guys, wake up, its 2016 and you are clearly trying to appeal to more mature clientele and you dont have wifi. Sorry but it doesnt sit extremely well with me at these prices when you compare them to Marcus.

Me and my boyfriend went to ipic just for a movie date for our very first time there it was amazing. I have never been in a movie theater where you can order food, and eat popcorn, and have a drink. The only thing that was unstinting is when we left the movie we Seened that we were supposed to get a blanket but never received one and we had VIP seats. By I do recommend this movie theater its very different then what Im used to.

You are forced to get a VIP ticket which is very expensive because general admission is so close to the screen youll either hurt your neck or have a seizure. The seats are very uncomfortable. The prices for snacks are ridiculous even for a movie theater. The lines take forever to get tickets because their employees are disorganized and untrained. I would not recommend this theater except to people I really dont like.

The premise behind this business is a huge scam -- you are forced to pay almost double the price for vip seats which are the seats that arent so close to screen you would break your neck..... and drinks at the bar are overpriced for their basic quality...... nothing special. ipic tries to sell this super exclusive elegant experience and its nothing out of the ordinary and the customer ends up paying double for it for no extra quality. i also recently went to see a 3d film which was the only option - no non 3d offerings of the film were being screened, and the glasses they provide do not accomodate for people who wear glasses - it was an awkward and uncomfortable experience to try and fit these normal sized glasses over my own normal sized glasses - made the movie almost impossible to watch. bye ipic

This place really needs to decide what it is. A movie theater or a bar. I hate having to go to a bar for popcorn and I am not a fab of their drink prices. As well, their seats are not as nice as most newer theaters. There is no real reason to chose iPic other than convenience of not driving to Mequon.

My husband and I had saw 50 shades darker 2/11/17 celebrating our valentines day. We had gotten an ipic gift certificate for Christmas, and Ive seen ipic online before and figured it would be a nice place to go on a date. Wellll. . .upon arriving, the atmosphere was pretty relaxing and set the mood. We continued to the concession/bar area to get some treats. I think the only good part about our whole experience was the drink(alcohol) prices were cheap! And the bowling!Seats dont recline, they looked dirty, the cupholder was wet and sticky. . .if I wouldve known the seats didnt recline I wouldve made the haul to South barrington, bolingbrook or Gurnee mills. Very disappointed for our first visit!

After experiencing this iPic a few times I noticed how the quality of the food/popcorn and cleanliness has dropped. Yes the VIP seats feels no different from the regular seats the only differ is leg room/size. Prize! not worth it! The time you go really makes a huge difference, I wush you can pack a cozy blanket lol I froze numerous of times trying ti enjoy the movie (Uncomfortable) being cold while seating in thise huge seats. Drinks way over priced. Bring your own!!!!! Service sucks,theyre there and then theyre not?

My boyfriend and i where there last night , he wanted a beer for thd movie and we sat at the bar waiting , it was not busy at the bar , the staff was busy just having conversations with people they knew , they would come by us , would not even speak to us , like oh well be right with you , nothing , and we waited some more and then finally the female bartender comes by us and rudely asks my boyfriend what he wanted, these people need some work on their costomer service skills

While I love the idea of reserving your own seats- especially on-line and in advance...I have to say that 9 out of 10 times I have reserved seats I find someone else sitting in them. What they do at this theatre is people buy the general tickets and then go and sit in a reserved seat. There are no employees to ensure people are sitting in the correct seat. Many times, weve walked into the theatre while the previews are playing, its dark and we have to cause a commotion just so we can sit in our seats. Youll see these people keep moving from one reserved seat to the next until they eventually realize the show is sold out of they finds seats that are not reserved. What I also dislike about this theatre is they allow people to bring their children/infants into rated R movies past 7pm. Again, the majority of films Ive seen here have had parents who are too cheap and irresponsible to get a babysitter and they bring their infants and toddlers into movies that are not appropriate. Ive talked with management about this and theyve said nothing we can do.I prefer going to Marcus theatres where things are a bit better managed!

Having been to the iPic in Bolingbrook, Il, I was expecting a similar experience here. It was very disappointing. The seats dont recline and they arent spaced out nice like at Bolingbrook. There were no blankets and no cubby in the armrest to store your purse, etc. They only do in theater food service to the seats on the end, which we didnt find out until after wed bought other seats. They made an exception for us since we were in the front row, which was nice of them at least. The tables were tiny and off to either side so good luck if youre trying to share food. The place seems dingier overall. The menu was way smaller and less interesting than in Bolingbrook. I thought being in the same chain I could expect the same experience but I was very wrong. In my opinion its not worth the higher ticket price without the perks I thought were standard with iPic. I would not have bothered going if I knew it was nothing like the one Id been to before. I would have just gone to a regular theater.

Ok iPic, I dont come here often and now I see why. Here on Friday and one of the chefs uses a the restroom and only washes one hand (mustve shaken Princes hand with other). Come Herr today and you have no working ticket kiosks, no one at the counter to purchase tickets, 2 workers looking on like they dont see me and then almost charge me admission for some random kid I dont know. Now what the what what.

Decent food, comfy couch-like theater seats, alcohol...I wouldnt call it the most technologically advanced theater, but it does have comfort and amenities going for it.

This was a very disappointing experience because we were turned away at the door. I was 21 and my spouse was 20 we were asked for ids and explained that we were married they still refused us for service. Requiring to be 21 in a movie theater really hurts your business model. Hope your theater goes out of business.

The food service was awful and overpriced. Two of our bowling lanes broke, overall it was a terrible experience.

First off, this is a premium theatre. You WILL spend more money to see films here, but if you value your movie going experience then you will be pleased.-None of the screening rooms hold more than 100 people so it is more quiet than you will be use to.-A majority of the seating is VIP seating which is stadium style, rocking seats, extra large seats, absurd amounts of leg room, and the seats are comfortable like a lazy boy.-VIP tickets come with unlimited popcorn. They will make you fresh popcorn if you dont care for the first bag served to you.-You can request a microfiber blanket at the checkout for free.-Full service bar!-Full service kitchen!-Aisle seats include in-theatre service.-Nobody under 21 is allowed in to later shows.-Very clean bathrooms.-Drinking fountains actually serve cold water.We see most of our movies here and have yet to have a poor experience. Yes, its expensive, but the quality makes up for it.
