We had that place to ourselves which was great. Given the situation today you would of figured this business would adjust prices to get people to come...... no way, large popcorn, 4 drinks, 2 hotdogs=$50 they also charge a convenience fee of $12 just for booking online. Total paid for 5 was almost $150. Not worth coming back for another movie.

Great theater, always clean, staff is alway polite. Even though it’s attached to the mall it never seems super busy. Parking can be frustrating at times since your fighting mall goers for spots. You can also multitask and shop before or after the movie. Or wife can shop while I’ll take the kids to the movies lol. Will continue to go to this location.

Everyone was nice, service great, people watching show would softy talk sometimes had a nice time. AMC in SURPRISE old man complained about talking twice first when show had just started only three of us in show dont ask someone to pass the popcorn or drinks you will get in trouble there for talking. I have been at shows with kids and babies never complained. People who think no one does a little talking at all should stay at home. I have been at shows where someone talk through the whole show now that bothers me. But asking to pass food or drinks not in a loud voice should be allowed and workers should really find out the real problem. There are two sides

Although my favorite theater, this is not why I’m posting. Recently my Son invited me out to a Saturday afternoon showing of Tenet. Having not seen him for a while I wore a family heirloom given me by my elderly mother, to show it off. It was my favorite uncle’s ring, that hadn’t been sized yet. After the movie I discovered it was gone. Panicked I returned to the theater, to look for it. The attendant Jayne was very empathetic and allowed me to return to the theater to look for it. I was unable to locate it and reported it missing to Jayne and her manager Nathan. I offered a reward as it was priceless to me, but both said a reward would not be accepted, and Nathan went himself to look in the theater. I left but returned to the theater in a couple of hours to check. Nathan recognized me, and with the same empathy, accompanied me to the restroom I had visited to help me look. He opened the paper towel receptacle, and found my ring at the bottom. He once again refused a reward of any kind. I have learned over my years that an organization is only as good as their people, Nathan and Jayne are exemplary. My only desire is that this comment reach their home office, that they may receive the recognition they so richly deserve. Thank-you AMC for having these two as your employees! The wife and I love coming tho this AMC theaters and we have the ones at Westgate thats just down the street from us but yet we prefer this one. Its always very clean and if you come early its not crowded. Plus, theres the convenience of the mall right next door if you wanted to go shopping. Theres also a lot of restaurants we like to go to here after movies. As for the staff here, theyve always been pleasant and have never had a bad experience here. Our #1 go to AMC.

Its great to get back out to the movies. AMC has done a great job making the theater safe. So far they have been pretty private movies but even when people are there they are spread well. Some good snack options but not being able to get refills is pretty expensive for a drink.

Saw minions with the kiddos. Popcorn was fresh. Soda and candy was great and the icee machine was working great. Really hope AMC can bounce back from this Corona stuff and not go bankrupt. I love my A List member perks so need more showtimes.

Good theater.. however its getting worn out.The seats are falling somewhat apart.If the theater next to yours is playing a movie with loud base in its music you can hear the rumbling in your theater..if it wasnt for the nice employees I would have given it a lower ranking.

This was our first time to this AMC location. We were greeted promptly when we came through the door and everyone was courteous that we spoke with. The seats were clean and the icee machine was on point! I would visit this location again next time Im in the area.

I absolutely love this theater. I go out of my way to go to only this AMC. I love the seats, I wish every AMC had the reclining chairs. Especially on $5 Tuesdays with my rewards it makes going to the movies and enjoyable and comfortable experience. Add to that, the employees do a good job of maintaining the cleanliness of the theater so its not gross to go here.

Theatre is in need of a coat of paint. The leather on the seats is wearing off and the place needs a little more light. The popcorn was alright, but was not able to get the butter layered into the popcorn as they only have the self-serve buttery topping. The theatre itself is large with a huge screen and lots of room, but certainly feels a little dated....

Dolby theater here is the best way to see a movie. The parking can be a hassle during holiday shopping times. This location always seems to have a slow times to check in tickets? No idea why but it one of the few AMC theaters that has this issue frequently. Other than that the place is great. Alcohol served for those wanting a qwik drink before a movie. Sufficient menu items to choose from and attached to a great mall. Perfect to spend a good amount of your day in the area.

The Dolby theater was really nice and the age was clean.The reclining seats footrest does not go very high, though. That is the only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. Concessions seemed fine, though I did not get anything.

Love this theater, nice seats and restrooms. They have a Macguffins and Coca Cola Freestyle (per standard AMC standard, Im sure)only thing is - at least the last time I went to the Dolby Cinema theater a couple weeks ago - the controls for the chairs are awful. They are touch controls - and only work half the time, compared to the physical buttons to adjust the seat I have previously used here. Not only did I have issues, but the person next to me clearly was having problems getting theirs to work as well. Other than that, great theater!

Sad to say that this was not my best AMC experience. First: I ordered ahead of time through their online ordering, a large popcorn and coke. The order was supposed to be delivered to me in the movie theater at 9pm, the order arrived closer to 9:15pm. Not that big of a deal, but I was given diet coke instead of the coke I ordered. I had to go back to concession to change my drink. Second: Throughout the entire movie we were watching, we could hear the Dolby Theater bass from the movie being shown in the theater next to us. This was overwhelmingly annoying and frustrating causing us to struggle hearing parts of the movie we paid to watch. Third: After our movie was over, there were absolutely no staff around to be told about our experience. Im extremely disappointed in this AMC Location. If I could, I wouldnt give this location any stars.

Management was very helpful, friendly staff, and great environment. Theater was pretty clean, I will say tho, not all seats work in the recliners unfortunately. The movie experiences are great tho and any issues are well made up for by the management.

I like this AMC location, nice parking spaces very comfortable seating and clean theater and very good service ,I am not very picky person so to me is very convenient, I do recommend this to others.

This theater has the nice reclining chairs that most have these days. The place was clean & we enjoyed our movie very much. The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is the popcorn butter area was messy & didnt have all the different flavored popcorn salt that Harkins does. This is a perfectly fine place to see a movie.

My parents are avid movie goers here! We love being able to recline and relax in our seats during our movie. Especially when the movie is over 2 hours. Each row has great privacy from other rows and the seats are very spacious and comfortable. Employees have always been friendly and always ready to help! Snack bar prices aren’t bad as we get the $5 teen bundle and the senior bundle.The only thing is that the cleanliness could be a lot better!

Great place to watch a selection of movies, Going from detective Pikachu to Avengers Endgame. The seats are very nice and can be moved. First theater Ive seen for awhile were they separation bars in between each row of seats. And if you have anybody you want to lay on between each seat they have bars that can b lifted up to sit by your girlfriend or boyfriend.If you finished reading this Like this

At a time where movie theaters are $15 for tickets then another $15 for two dollars worth of popcorn and drink, Ive found the secret, Tuesday’s $5 for all movies including new releases and $5 popcorn and drink PLUS big leather recliner reserved seats in a smaller room. I love the change! Was sick of large noisy theaters sitting on top of people next to you and the expense to not really enjoy it.Now it’s a once a week enjoyment

This place is usually my go to for movies but this time it probably was the worst one. We ordered food, which was $8 plus tax and all that good stuff and they come out with this small frozen meal that is probably sold at Walmart for $2. Then we get to our seats and this place is an absolute mess. I dont know whats up with night shift, but seriously.This has probably been the worst amc experienceIve probably have had. Oh by the way no one cares which seat you picked because they will sit in your seat and say oh is this your seat and laugh about it but thats not the point.

After visiting just for a fun Sunday morning activity taking advantage of the Sunday special price. My son and i have joined leagues. Clean lanes are in good working order and the snack bar is actually good

Very comfortable theater. I save money and get good seats by going to early showings, mostly on weekends; prices much lower than Harkins. Price of popcorn and drinks is criminal. However, I joined the AMC Stubs program so I am able to buy tickets and reserve seats online and the convenience fee is waived; and my purchase of popcorn is upgraded for free. Its a good deal.

It was honestly one of the best movies theatres Ive been to in awhile.there is this special cinema room and the speakers were surrounding everything and the chairs were vibrating somehow.

Dolby Cinema is my favorite. Sounds great and looks great!

Get the largest refillable popcorn. You can get as many resources you want and also share it with others by emptying some of it in their food carrying boxes. If you follow their directions to get to the theater Central entrance to the mall and then you have to go down escalators to get to the AMC theater.

My sister and I recently went to see Little Women the afternoon of 1/1/2020 and we arrived early enough that the theaters lights were still on. What a shock! The floors were dirty, the walls were marred (footprints and missing paint on the stair walls) and dirty, the chairs (2 down from me) where almost completely shredded, the chairs we sat in were sticky; so much so we had to clean the arms with hand wipes that I just happened to have in my purse. This is the first time I have ever actually seen what the theater looks like in the light. I think this location needs a complete overhaul because Im sure the rest of the theaters at this location are the same. Really shocked and disappointed that this theater has not been better taken care of.

Youre lucky if they dont forget to turn on the projector. Fourth time Ive seen this happen.

Everytime we come here the staff is so friendly. It always seems to be a bit on the messier side with the candy options strewn about, popcorn all over the floor, butter spilled everywhere at the butter station and soda spilled all over at the soda station. From this first impression when walking into the place you would think that the theaters are dirty as well but I have never had a problem with a dirty seat. I like to go out of my way to this theater specifically because it has the reclining seats in every theater. A pro to this location is that it is attached to a small so you can go early and browse the mall.

I dont know what AMCs issue is but only having 1 employee at 9 am on a Sunday morning catering to only the plus stubs members at the concessions stand and not anyone else is not cool. We were going to see Star Wars at 9 am but the self help kiosk was no help. I wanted to know why they were charging 10 dollars at what should be a matinee price but there was no help to be found since there was only 1 employee running the whole theater. No manager no supervisor nobody. The other member in our party had a ticket that only a human being could accept so self check out no help there and again only 1 employee was seen. We ultimately left. Very unhappy next time we will just stick with Harkins they at least have more than 1 employee running their establishment.

The Dolby Cinema at AMC was a great viewing experience! The surround sound and comfortable chairs made the movie even better!

The theater was clean, sound and screen quality was great and they offer a variety of showtimes! Been here twice in the last week with tickets purchased through Atom. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Join their reward club, they have really high prices for snacks. Harkins and AMC are pretty much the same, but Harkins costs less with out the club.

Manager Chance is a true class act, a leader, and a professional-- went above and beyond for a private event for us. Really glad to have worked with him. Excellent theater quality and accoutrements all around.

Huge reclining seats, very comfortable, nice view. Yummy snacks and gourmet food choices. Besides tray for food is very large and spacious. This place is awesome. Good for kids and parents.

They are really stepping their food game up chicken sliders mini spicy chicken tacos and chicken tenders were actually pretty good was very surprised

Had an issue. I was given some private viewing tickets that didnt specify they were for AMC. But the location was arrowhead.. so then ticket scanner scanned my tickets and let us in.. few minutes after sitting in the theater some people said i was in their seats.. i didnt have assigned seats. Long story short.. the printed tickets i had.. were for harkins across the street.. (tickets didnt say this) the manager promptly gave my daughters and i upgraded seats for free. She didnt have to do this. And we were super grateful for it. Thanks to the manager if you see this.. you saved the day for the kids. Much appreciated!!

I always enjoy this theater. Its kept clean, and the seating is comfortable with recliner seating. They have a dedicated Dolby auditorium, as well as 2D and 3D. As per any theater, food is over priced, but they do have a decent selection of food, as well as a bar. My biggest complaint is no IMAX auditorium. Also, soda machines run out of ice frequently. They would benefit from several more soda machines. But over all I do like this theater.

Decided to have a drink with my wife before the movie but my 52 year old wife forgot her I.D. . I know policy is policy but its overly obvious that we were of age to purchase and consume alcohol. Im 55 . Carding people is ridiculous when its simple fact we were of age. You not only lost a sale but made an overly uncomfortable situation. We left and went to Starbucks.

The best theaters I’ve ever visited. I moved to the Phoenix area 4 years ago from Daytona Beach, FL and upon visiting an AMC Theater for the first time I felt I had come from the backwoods to city life. This theater chain is truly an experience one must visit to enjoy all it has to offer. You can download their app and book your movie selection and reserve your seats! What a concept, right? The seats are just what you wish you had at home with controls for a recliner or rocking chair. Plus you can place an order from them as well. Such a lush feeling and cozy. Now for the creme de la creme....you can order dinner and cocktails or beer to be delivered right to your seat! I’ve never had the pleasure of doing such but it should be quite nice. The charges that can add up at the Snack Bar can break one’s budget so I’m sure the dinner and drinks are top of the line in taste and price. If I ever get the pleasure of experiencing it, I will surely let you know all about it. For now I’m tickled pink I have these other features to enjoy. Thank you, AMC️

I dont usually come to the Arrowhead theater but we were shopping today. The insulation between theaters is terrible and you can hear the theater next to you anytime their movie gets loud and vibrates the wall. We usually go to AMC at the 101 and the 17 because they dont have that issue.

I am really digging the upgraded theater experience. I got to watch ready Player One here recently and absolutely loved the new recliners, the blue lighting, the clearer picture and most of all the sound. Truly awesome experience.

A clean place and the seats are amazing! Sometimes theyll show movies late and close the movie theater early. If you are interested in seeing a late movie and youre 10 minutes late, the theater will be closed. A friend and I went to see a movie at 11:00 and we were 10 minutes late; the doors wouldnt open and there was no one at the counter . Other then that, its a good place to see the new Avengers Endgame

I want to start off by saying that I really enjoy the AMC theater chain, however this theater is disgusting! The floors are dirty, garbage cans are overflowing with trash spilling onto the floor. The other people in our movie talked through the whole thing. Several other viewers walked out of the movie because of the other people talking loudly. One staff member was very nice and asked one of the loud families to leave the showing. The other staff members were distant and cold. If you are going to go to the movies I would recommend driving a little extra to a different AMC theater.

Quiet and clean, the seating is quite unique. The chairs are recliners. That made for a relaxing viewing experience.

First off, I paid a lot of money to watch joker in Dolby Cinema and the format was cropped on both sides so the whole screen wasn’t used. I would of been fine if this happened for standard but come one people are paying a lot of money to watch it in Dolby just for amc to crop the movie.

Wow! My two sons and I went to see Jurassic World in the Dolby theatre, and let me tell you , you have to see and HEAR it for yourself to fully appreciate the experience! The reclining chairs are very comfortable, its like everybody gets to sit in Dads personal lazy boy. But the sound system is out of this word. The seats would rumble from the bass speakers. Take a look above,at the ceiling, at all the speakers.

Ive never had a bad experience here. Ive seen several movies at this location and its a good experience no matter the crowd youre watching with. I would definitely recommend buying tickets in advance or you might not be able to find seats. The choice for snacks and drinks is always superb. AMC is always a great experience.

I like this location because it has Dolby digital. It is very dirty though most of the time. If they spent 2 mins wiping down the drink/condiment station every hours it wouldnt be so bad. This picture was taken on a Monday night 8pm. Notice the ocean shoot to the Coke machine is laying near the trash. The ice shoot on the machine had mold on it . My husband and I go every weekend (Stubs A List) and usually buy a drink. Now I just pack an empty 2ater bottle and fill up from the drinking fountain when available.

Everyone who worked there was nice and helpful. I had no issues getting my wheelchair in to see the movie.

I come to this theater a lot and it is very clean and up to date with everything a theater can offer. But I have to say this is my first time being disappointed in a theater and that’s hard to do.The only reason its not 5 stars is that the bartenders seem to not know much on bar tending. Very light on drinks, I was charged for a full shot when the bartender right in front of me did half and he was reading from a list on how to make drinks the whole time while there was already half a dozen customers waiting. If In training at least have extra help. I almost missed the beginning of my movie even after showing up 15 minutes early. I had a way better experience at AMC Deer Valley so I guess I just assumed it should be the same. All I have to say is please have bartenders properly trained for a busy day or have extra help.

My chair was crooked and because they are reserved...ya kinda stuck. Otherwise it was great. I have a service dog and they are always very accommodating to us

The movie experience was good with the lounge seats, but the popcorn was a little salty.

I had not been to this movie theater in a very long time and was pleasantly surprised to find renovations had been done. The redone seats are amazingly comfortable and can be reclined, made for a very pleasant viewing experience. Ill definitely be back for another visit soon, would reccomend this theater and the mall its attached to.

Went to see starwars IX, great movie but spent more on refreshments than for the movie

This is one of my favorite theaters. My husband and I prefer the assigned roomy seats and that we get to enjoyed the films comfortably. They also have the soda machines with endless options.

We dont get to go as often as we like, but my wife and I are stubbs members. Skipping the line on a busy night is heavenly.

If you want comfy seats, this is the place. A little far from parking lot and the cost now for refreshments is absurd! Nice to be able to buy tickets in advance and reserve seats but you pay more for this benefit.

Clean theatre, the combo meals are ridiculously priced of course. But otherwise a decent movie experience!

Nice clean theater. Staff didnt seem to be very happy to be there. Just a personal preference, dont sit in the back because they have glass on top of the wall separating rows and it obscures your view.

We like this place because we go to the movies on Tuesdays when all the movies are $5. The theater is clean the staff is nice we would recommend

Best recliners ever

Wow, this place is going down hill.The bathroom was a mess. No toilet paper in several stalls and paper all over the floor. I have to admit this theater is normally not my first choice and its been about a year since I have been here, but never have I seen it in this condition. The manager obviously doesnt have a clue on how to manage. So take note whoever was the manager Aug.4th between4-7pm. The 2 stars is for the check in, very polite first impression.

Super expensive.. glass in-between seats cloud vision unless youre taller than 6ft. Ticket prices are extremely expensive and not to mention the food. Get you have to walk back and forth to get butter in your popcorn. why the staff gets annoyed if you actually want to add butter.. you would think that they would have it behind the counter.

I saw two movies in one day. While I was there the staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. Each theater room was very clean, as well as the restroom. I live on the east side, but because my experience was so enjoyable, I am willing to drive 30 minutes for another memorable experience. Thank you AMC employees for making me feel welcome so that I am wanting to be a loyal customer.

People that work here just dont seem to care, and thats just sad.

We got our snacks quickly and had perfect seats. However, people are disgusting and dont know how to clean up after themselves. Its not the movie theaters fault and people should be ashamed of themselves.

This theatre has assigned seating you can either buy tickets there or online. There is a small bar inside so you can get a beer and watch your movie. Tons of food options like hot dogs and personal pizza that can be ordered and delivered to your seat.The seats are in 2 pairs so you will share a middle armrest with one person. They recline and so far, none were broken. They still have booster seats for them if you need it.

Had a wonderful Family day! We watched the Adams Family! Were going back to see Frozen next week!

Great! I love this theater. Comfy seats with great leg room/asile seating. Confessions are a bit pricey, but thats typical of the movies regardless. But, if you order online you can get some specials so its not so bad. And dont forget to sign up with STUBS its a great program and you will make your money back within two or three trips to the show in waived conveniece fees alone! A+ program
