Very nice park for all kinds of activities. The park itself is 5 stars. The administration for the park is 1 star. There is a concrete skate park that seems to be very popular among teenagers. There is a 5 and under playground that is great for toddlers. The only downside in 2020 is that the city has destroyed the baseball fields in order to force social distancing, and they have put fences up around the playgrounds when the county is in the more restrictive tiers. They have communicated that they do not trust people to adhere to social distancing rules.

Me and my girl love this place. My girl love pickup litre and throw in trash can. She cleaning wash off dirty walls at the Ladies Restroom. Oh boy! We enjoy on our own here playing freebies and cook grilling early dinner :)

Nice place for a dog walk with some paved paths and lots of playing fields. Parking available in multiple sites and access from houses. There is a gravel dog park, but not a lot of people frequent it.

Nice park with 3 different playgrounds, dog park, skate park, basketball courts, tennis courts, handball courts, baseball fields, reservable picnic areas some with sinks and power and other picnic areas that are first come first serve. There are also 2 sets of restrooms and trails for walking or biking. There is plenty of open space for kids to play and have fun and in a relatively quiet area with not a lot of traffic. Also plenty of space for soccer and 3-4 different parking lots and lots of spots to park on the street! Great place for birthday parties or family picnics or outings!

I usually take my dog to the dog park here, it is large and he can run really fast. Unfortunately, the dog park is usually empty. There are a lot of people walking their dogs in the park itself, but they dont bring their dogs to inside the dog park.

Im not too impressed by some of the parks in Gilroy... But this is a clean part.. Just too many people children should not necessarily be around whole playing for most part Ive noticed that said people come around andhang out at a certain area of the park and at certain times

I love this park but over the years it has changed. Has a dog park. Unfortunately it has dirt and pebbles, a lot of irresponsible dog owners that dont pick up after their dogs so tons of dog poop. I wish our community was more involved in dealing with the homeless. Bathrooms are disgusting. In need of a remodeling. Police always patrolling. Good areas for parties!

Nice dog park located within the park. Two big gated dog runs. One for small dogs and one for big dogs.But not real happy with the homeless dudes hanging around the park...looks like some sleep here and making a mess..they need to be removed.

Would of gave it a 5star but a big dog fight broke . If you take kids be careful our kid sadly watches the entire fight. Sad sad times.

Our visit to the park was for a birthday party. You can reserve the picnic areas for special occasions. Parking is readily available so you dont have to walk that far and there are restrooms available. There is a dog park , a skateboard park and small childrens play area for you to enjoy.

Clean and accessible

I was a little disappointed that it went there for two days in a row to the dog park and not a single person with a dog showed up but then I guess that doesnt really have anything to do with the park because the dog park itself was really big I didnt really like the ground that was in there I wish it was grass but the park has a ton of like open grassy area that is right next to the Uvas River so theres ample grass area for your dog if you want to break the rules and play fetch outside of the dog park I noticed there was also my ball field which had grown men playing softball which is great entertainment I notice there is a group of rough ER probably homeless people who just kind of drink beer and hang out but they seem pretty nice overall respectful and polite the park looks fairly easy to Traverse in a wheelchair even with pathways two little bridges that go over the Little River and what I didnt understand is why the parking lot was so small theres a couple different parking lots but all of them are tiny

For being just a city park, this place is huge. It features multiple baseball diamonds, several picnic areas with and without the barbecue, tennis courts, handball courts, basketball courts, vast grassy fields, a fenced in dog park, newly paved bike paths, a kids playground, and a good sized skate park. Some areas need reservations during busy times.

Its a very beautiful scenery but not much to do besides walk

Spacious, with two separate areas depending on dogs size, a couple of trees offer some shade, ground cover is small gravel, generating a bit of dust. Surprisingly there was not a single ball (or any other toy) for us to play with, and we had to do a quick Target run to get some tennis balls.

Its cool to go take the kids for a little while. But its a little crazy over there. i saw couple of people in the girls restroom including guys doing drugs in there so we left.

I love this park! Especially the ball park!

The park is green and shady - but both kinds of shady. The city could do a better job of keeping groups of people who all wear a RED shirt or a BLUE shirt from standing around all day menacing people away from the picnic tables. I shouldnt get stared down for walking in a public park in the middle of the day.

Lots of grass not too crowded theres a ball field which was having a adult men softball game which is entertaining the only thing that was kind of a letdown was the fact that there was no dogs at the dog park all three times that I went there trying to allow my dog to play with other dogs nobody was there so we ended up going to Christmas Hill Park instead and there was still nobody there

The small childrens playground at the southwest corner has tons of bugs in the sand, avoid it.The 2 playgrounds in the middle have decent structures to keep the little ones entertained.Plenty of open grass areas to spread a blanket.The skate park is usually busy with airborne bikes, boards and scooters.An ice cream truck or paletero can sometimes be found in the main parking lot, ready to provide a cold sweet treat.Get your spot early if youre planning a party. The weekends are usually very busy.

My kids love this park. We love to go when other kids are in school so we have the playground mostly to ourselves. The bathroom situation is bad though. I dont recommend using them at all.

The place seems to be always busy with a lot of kids. My daughters love it as they always seem to find new friends every time they go.

Dont be there at night. During the day its a great place to take your kids. Night time the homeless sleep there and quite a bit of drugys that come out.

There is a dog park, tennis courts,handball courts, baseball diamond field. Plenty of more room for soccer field, horseshoe pit, BBQ areas etc...

The grass is nice for the sport. The baseball areas are nice, but the crowd needs to go. Druggies and drunks, not a place I like having my soon to often.

Sad that the homeless scare people from enjoying this park. The dog park coukd use some work. Nothing like Morgan Hill. Thats for sure.
