What a great nature walk! This is one of our favorites! The tree cover is great on very hot or sunny days, my 3 year old LOVES the little side paths where he gets to pick the direction, and its never too hard for the kids to do. This is our go-to local nature walk!

A small but nice parking area at the trailhead to a wonderful meandering trail that goes through the woods all the way to Damascus. I found this interesting stick with a knot that someone left on the trail.

This is a nice trail. A lot of it is shady.

Went here with our puppy on Saturday. It was a great walk/hike with nice views. Lots of trees kept of shaded from the sun. Puppy loved the water streams. Its not overly crowded like scenca Creek state park would be.

Great place to gather with family and friends.

There was a vibrant birthday party going on at the pavilion right next to the park. They were playing amazing african tribal music and people from the party were spread out allover just lightly dancing. Ive never seen anything like it. And NOBODY was on the actual play park so my 2 year old could watch people dancing and play on the park undisturbed. It was really nice

Great area for walking the dog and photography. Trails can get a little muddy at parts so best to bring trail or athletic shoes.

Took my granddaughter and her mom here for a walk, it was so much fun.

Favorite hiking spot

Great trail for hiking and biking (probably dont want to attempt the trail on a bike if youre a novice though) with lots a hills and winding paths! Not very busy which is a plus for me and I always see some sort of wildlife.

Great place for a walk in the woods. there is a good size creek if you wanted to splash around. Easy parking and access.

Great park! Good for a walk or a run. Usually pretty quiet and you can be alone in nature. Be warned: ticks are everywhere here. You need deet.

Plenty of space for most activities. Ive ran, hiked, bouldered, Mountain biked. Very quiet place, peaceful. I bring my dog along every time ive gone.

Love this place, totally beautiful. The only thing I did not like was that there was a lot of trash on one of the water streams, it kind of disappointed me to see how dirty it was but other than that I love it.

Pleasant unpaved path, occasional muddy spots. Small creek weaves through with a small bridge.

It is simply amazing no lots of people, my dog gets to be free for a while and my son gets to point at the creek as many times as possible. I just wish it had the length
