Needs to be fixed up better for the rent they charge

My Brother lives here... hes my therapist... always glad to go!!

Theres cameras everywhere and you dont have any privacy out here and people out here needs to mind their freaking business.

Mobile home park. The rates are way too high for what they provide. New manager is very nice, but still owned by same Corp.They say your buying your unit, but it is really a rental.

Whenever I visit my extended family everyone is so very nice and considerate.

I mean you can move out here if you want to but...you basically cant do anything out here (unless your a dope dealer)or cant have anything out here due to the unprofessional landlord who for some dumb reason likes to target certain people staying here by constantly nitpicking and having her favorite residents out here to tell on others. And like I mentioned before this unprofessional landlord dont know how to inform anyone about when the water is being cut off to be worked on or idk but so quick to inform anyone (myself) about a damn dog! Waste of money.Btw,Junkies are more than welcome to live here rent freeif youre on her good side (shhhh)

This community is located in the northern part of Florida, near the center of the state and just a few miles from Intra State Hwy 75. People are friendly. The park has a lot of drugs, but there doesnt seem to be violent crime or break-ins.
