Moved here because it had a pool for lamplighter use. After 2 managers were fired for embezzlement and the pool being completely refurbished, pool is still closed. Its been closed 2 years now. Very poorly run.

Different at day time then night

I dont live here but my aunt has lived here for 30+ years. The only problem Ive had are kids running in front of cars and some of the yards need to be better maintained.

The people that run the park are not friendly at all and they dont work with their residents when they are struggling and the pool is never open..

I loved my home loved the community.but the office staff was horrible.. The staff changed frequently never knew what expect. In short my experience wasnt the best but I do miss living there.

I dont live here but I do drive in here every day. They keep the grounds very well maintained and the ducks are always fun to look at. I only gave 3 stars bc I dont live in here.

For me and my family, its friendly and quiet.

I’ve been shopping around trying to find what’s right for me. And I wasn’t to impressed last time I came in, the manger that was there seemed pushy and didn’t want to help. I recently came back in and the new staff was great! Very helpful, I felt like I was welcomed and my business was appreciated.

Loved coming out to visit people who lives out there

Its a nice place to live. Quiet has a,park, basketball court and duck pond that you can fish in.

Like anywhere else you may live. Respect is key. Nice community and the property manager is fare when performing her job. This community has been my home for well over 10 years and through everything, Ive learned that when you do the right thing and treat, speak and act with respect, you we ill be reciprocated the same way.

I had lots of issues with the manager prior, she was really nasty with everyone including her workers and brother in law who worked there, however the current staff has is REALLY changed things around & I just love them two. I saw a change in interest If the community and we all want to make it a better place. So glad we have the right people in office now.

To be honest I went to go visit a family member an this place is run down. Cats everywhere kids outside at all kinds of nights mobile homes are nasty an very poor looking trash in the street the pool looks unsantize me personally will feel dirty an nasty if I was to ever move there

Company will continually delay repairs to used homes, even if it is reported within the thirty day grace period. Lots of hazards to homes during severe weather. Poisonous snakes seen on property. Eager to charge residents for discrepancies with their homes or lots. In short, money hungry company that does little for their residents in return. DO NOT PURCHASE A HOME HERE.

Friendly people, great hospitality. Great way to own your own home at low cost.

If i could give this community I live in a negative five I would. This place is horribly going down hill quick. The property manager is horrible and disrespectful to the residents. The outrageous price that they charge you get nothing but yeah in return the park is falling apart and is a safety hazzard to the children...the basketball courts are in horrible conditions...and the pool is closed more than open...to pay this much for a dirt lot with no amenities because the company is to cheap to fix it...and then to add gas to the fire they put a nasty rude disrespectful property manager...I will be selling my home soon just to get out of this place word to the wise dont do it you will regret it. When they evict people these homes are supposed to be auctioned off they are not they are bandaged up and resold for the same value and placed on the peoples credit...here are some real pictures of the uncut lamplighter...posted

I used to live out here great community

I brought a mobile home from a resident over a year ago to this day and have not been able to have a new lot lease written yet, Ive spoke multiple times to the office manger Kary , stated she did not know how to create a new lease

Needs new management. Place is run down. Went to visit a family member there and it was just really run down.

Its a quiet neighborhood and its back off the road, thats what I like quiet little and away from from town bussing is great I can get anywhere

The visit was great.

Sketchy neighborhood. You have to watch out where you park or the peoperty manager will call a tow truck to tow your car even if you live there. Trailors are crappy. And all on top of eachother.

I am editing out my complaint about manager turnover. Kristine has been here for quite a while. Treat her fair and she returns the fairness.

Children here are horrible and do not follow rules are rude to adults and bully other peoples children. no parental supervision.
