This place is clean and quiet. The lot rent was increased to $385.00 per month; however, this includes water and lawn maintenance.

Quiet community for older people . The grounds are well taken care of.

I lived in this property for 3months i am a single young black female with three children and about a month into my lease the property Manager started to nip pick about everything to the point where it started to feel like harassment. I moved into the property on May 4th 2015 and by September 27,2015 I was moving out because of the harassment that i felt like I was receiving. The property manager is a very rude and nasty person i would not advise my worst enemy to move into this property

Called nothing was available but lots run about $165 a month. Water and Garbage pickup included. Not sure about the neighborhood.
