That is my Favorite Movie Theater ever! It is sooooo pretty, and neat and everybody is super nice. My kids love to go there and they play at the Arcade before or after the Movie. The Food is really good and the prices are not bad.

It was clean and the staff was very welcoming and hospitable. This establishment had a variety of things to do. If you just want to eat there is a restaurant inside. There is also an arcade. If you want to have an event, you have the ability to rent out a theatre and conference room. Great place to visit. Ill most likely return again.

Super clean! Excellent experience. Felt very safe during our private watch party! Take advantage while the prices are so cheap!

A great option to catch a movie. Theyve done a little more than some of the other local options as far as making it a more casual hangout experience instead of just a place to see a movie. A few games. Great drinks selection. Even an outdoor patio with bar games. As long as they keep it clean and tidy over time, it will be a good local option just to grab a beer with friends even without seeing a movie. The only thing that I find a little disappointing is the candy selection. Its minimal, so BYO if thats an important part of your movie experience. Other than that, check it out!

Rented out a theater to watch Jurassic Park for my girlfriends birthday. All her friends came for one easy price. Food was good and service was fast.

This is a great theater! Always clean with an amazing staff! The food is really good giving that it comes from a theater. Their menu is limited on some food but they do have an array of drinks, non and alcohol.

Even though the was a small mix-up on my bill after I placed my order.The staff kindly advised me of the mistake and apologized. Due to the honesty and courtesy that was displayed by the staff, I rate 5 stars. I ordered a bacon cheese burger with rosemary fries. The burger was huge and I forced myself to finish it. The fries were slightly to salty. They did a good job in cleaning and practicing social distancing.

First night at the movies in months. There were no less than 5 employees wiping down common surfaces. Between tickets and concessions, our family of 4 had a great time for less than $40!

Overall good, this time 4 starts because of the cool experience but last time Ive ordered a burguer and it tasted horrible.

Rented the theater for our daughters birthday party and the staff were prompt and accommodating for the party. Would recommend to anyone.

Theater was nice. From the lobby, to the game room, and finally in the theater itself, everything was nice and top notch. The heated seats were an unexpected nice touch.The food was good. Kids didnt read the description of their sliders and were disappointed with the toppings, but for non-picky eaters, the sliders were really good. Next time theyll know to order the burgers dry and without toppings.My Spicy chicken sliders were really good and had a nice kick to them.My oldest loved his bacon burger and had zero complaints.My only gripe was with our service. Three of us ordered water and once asked for lemonade. We didnt get our drinks until our food arrived, while other people around us got their cokes, beers, etc right away.We will be back for another movie soon. All in all, we had a good first trip to the theater.

We went there for the first time to watch the ENDGAME Avengers movie and it was a blast. Seats were comfortable and the service was great. Prior to the start of the movie, the waiters took in our orders and we got our drinks and popcorn as the movie trailers were playing.The movie theatre itself is very ritzy and inviting, and its the kind of place you can go to even if you dont watch a movie there. The cocktails were well done, and the popcorn was pretty good (with clarified butter), although a tad bit salty. The sound was awesome, and a good time was had by all. We will be going back ...

Overall a very good take on a dine-in theater.Recommend this one over any other in the DFW area at this time.Theater - comfortable, plenty of room between isles so you don’t bother anyone else. Seats are comfortable and view was good even in the lower rows. The call button is in between the seats next to your legs (hard to find at first).Service - Excellent. Plenty of staff. Drinks came out quickly, popcorn even faster. Response time was very fast. Even though plenty of staff walking around it didn’t bother the movie experience one bit.The bar has some very good drinks. Recommend the ghost margarita.

Im not a huge fan of dine-in theaters...but this one is actually pretty nice. Definitely better than Studio Movie Grill! And the patio area outside is creative and fun with giant versions of popular games (giant Connect Four, giant Battleship, giant Jenga, etc.). Theres also a full arcade inside (much bigger than the typical handful of gaming options most theaters have), and a classy theater/bar. Inside, the seating is comfortable and you could even flick a button for HEATED SEATS!The pricing is more expensive than most theaters, but I think you get what you pay for.

Im really amazed at how awesome of an experience we had tonight at this location. I have been excited to come here since I found out they were building it. As soon as you walk in someone was there to greet us and help with redeeming our tickets at the kiosk. Theres a game room/arcade. A full bar where you can also just sit and eat with huge flat screens. What I loved were the seats. Not only do they recline, they heat up if you get too chilly or if you just like that sort of thing. The servers were super nice. They have a great looking variety of food and drinks on their menu. For a brand new place that was packed the food came out in timely manner and tasted great. Will definitely come here again. Oh, and if you havent seen Captain Marvel check it out!

A great movie experience. The nachos and popcorn were delicious. I loved the reclining seats with plenty of room. The best was having a refill of coke without missing the show. My waitress was great and she brought me a box to take my leftovers home. Fun date night.

The facility is great. Audio video quality is as expected. It was clean and looked nice.Unfortunately our service was very slow, our food was mostly inedible (we gave back the bag of popcorn, not sure how a theater can mess that up). The food and tickets are a bit on the high side as well. Seats arent comfortable like MovieHouse either. We were quite disappointed.Bad Boyz for Life was great though!

Upscale movie theater with beverage and food options! It features EV charging for those with vehicles that need a charge!Nice to enjoy a drink and watch some sports before a viewing. It is nestled in a nice quiet corner of DNT and Highway 380. Extremely pleasant experience!

Been here twice now and like it. Seats are comfortable, recliners and heated! Had popcorn and soft drink the first time. Wait staff pleasant and fast service. Second time pizza and drinks at the bar. Pizza was delicious and drinks were good.

This place is super nice and the arcade has fun games if you arrive a little early! The only downfall is their reclining seats are a little weird. They only put your feet sightly up. Some people like that position. I dont due to my back issues. Their food was so-so as well. Ive had better food at Alamo draft house for sure. But for being new- I think they did a great job.

Super nice from the moment you walk in. Had an IPA and chicken quesadillas in the bar area before the movie. Nice surprise to see how good the food was at a theater! Awesome seats that lean back and have a heater! Waitstaff was great and offered quick service once I hit the button for a drink and popcorn. Only negative was when I received my bill and noticed medium popcorn (small at best) was $9. Really excessive for popcorn imo. Overall, a nice experience.

This is the new design for movie theaters. Make them seem like they are not the cookie cutter format and bring people in. It worked for us. The place is clean, well designed and inviting. There is a bar area for the adults, a spacious seating area to have some drinks and food prior to your movie and a large video game area for the kids (and adults). The food was okay. Expensive, but hot and fast. The seats do not recline enough, but seat warmers are a nice touch. Overall, youll pay for the experience, but isnt that every movie theater these days?My 12-year old also said it should be called ACTION! not CUT! as cut is when the scene is over, not starting. Just 2 cents for fun.

Seats are very comfortable. Food is great too! On the downside, its very pricey when there are less expensive options down the tollway. I guess you pay extra for the reclining seats.

I had a previous experience here that was not that great. But i will say tonight that Dustin, Stacy and our server Ashton definitely went above and beyond to better our experience. You guys were great. We will definitely be back to enjoy more movies in the future.

Most expensive date night ever and didnt even see the movie. Went to a showing of Captain Marvel. Ordered bourbon burger,fries and a drink. 30 minutes into the movie wasnt feeling well and begin throwing up violently until I was too weak to stand. Had ambulance ride to the hospital and a few hours in the ER. Just received $1k bill. Still waiting for hospital bill.

Still has the same comfort as the others (XD, D-BOX, 3D, & luxury seating), but it is more family oriented with the addition of more updated video games and interactive activities that can be enjoyed by both parents and children. It is also a great place for a first date, a 50th date, or a weekly date night.The CUT! has a full service bar surrounded by plenty of seating around the bar, sitting booths, and intimate seating as well.The restaurant is completely comparable with a blended Chilis and Cheesecake factory vibe. The food is amazing!The theatre experience is just that.... an experience! Everything is brought to you by a server even the popcorn and drinks. The restaurant and bar are also accessible on the theatre menu. I watched the Lion King with my girlfriend and her 2 small children. The theater was clean, had comfy chairs, and good picture and sound quality. Our food and drinks came out timely, and the burgers are yummy. Yet the staff never came to clear our plates or refill our drinks. The game room looked nice, but seemed a bit pricey for me at 2 and 3 dollars per game. Overall nice place.

My families visit to the CUT was excellent it was a great d movie with great service

Great environment! Chairs are pretty awesome! Food was good, came out warm (not as hot as Id like but I like my pizza to be like molten lava). Needs more variety on the menu...basically just pizza and burgers. Could use more staples on the menu vs gourmet options.Wait service was great!

First night I went on Thursday, didnt ask for anything so all in all a good first time. Went again Friday night, and unfortunately couldnt maintain the same level of enjoyment.inly been on the East side of the theater where there are 5 screens, but just a toilet and to my dismay, walking into it was very abysmal. They offer alcohol so I got the ghost pepper martini, but had to get a second made since the first one tasted diluted as if the drank sat on the counter for a little bit. Both of which made it to me before my glass of water that I ordered subsequently with the drink. Also ordered the Nashville Sliders and they tasted delicious, service was also fine.

I knew from the beginning that this would be another bring food to your seat place. It turned out I had accidentally purchased the prong seat and was directed by a lovely person to the customer service counter. There I saw something rather odd three kids in front of me were wanting to see the same R rated movie as me. Only two had ID one was from Oklahoma and I couldn’t see the other one. Since the third didn’t I thought that was that as there was a rather large sign spelling it out. Yet these three basically peer pressured her into allowing him to buy a ticket. I confronted her about it as it struck me as odd that she would do that. She told me that she had seen his ID at a previous time. While some may not think this is a big issue it shows a lot of points be it following policy, peer pressure, or simply trying to be nice. The worst part was I had to sit next to these three as they talked on and off throughout the movie.

First time to Cut and we enjoyed it very much. The seats were wide and comfortable, reclining and heated (very toasty!) Also the full service dining was great! The food was GREAT. I had the oven roasted brussel sprouts and the fried chicken sandwich. Wow, the chicken was perfect. Clearly hand-breaded and hand-fried, tender and delicious!! Dont take my word for it! Try it!

1st time there. Nice theater. We ordered food and only part of the food came. After about an hour, I asked about the rest of the food, i think it was a manager (not sure) brought the food appologized profusely and took care off the bill. I did not make any fuss or argue.wI will definitely be going back there, apart from the delay of food, I had a great experience overall.

Comfortable clean but all food and drinks have to be ordered and there is no choices given on Extras plus you have to give the server a tip at the end. Its okay if youre just going for comfortable seating. what makes it stand out is they serve alcohol and light meals you are given a menu upon entry.

Our server Wednesday night (8/7/19), Nathalie, was the best! She not only reminded me to give her my Cinemark member info so that I could take advantage of discounts towards concession treats, she was very friendly, took great care of us and made my family feel at home. She was truly outstanding, the exception, not the norm. I wish all servers could be as sweet, informative and as caring as Nathalie. We will definitely be back!

We went to Cut! for the first time today and we had a great experience. Ive read some of the earlier reviews and it looks like they have worked out a lot of their growing pains. Our servers were quick, efficient, and courteous. Our food was good. We didnt have high expectations for movie theater food but it was better than we expected. We got the bistro burgers and the fried chicken sandwich. My young daughter only wanted popcorn and lemonade. The bathrooms were very clean and bright. We enjoyed the small arcade after the movie. We will definitely be back!

I like that it is close to me. Like the heated seats, although on high they could probably cook a hamburger. The one thing I find very disappointing is that the leg rest does not bring your feet even close to parallel with your body like the reclining seats at the other Cinemark theaters. Would I choose this one again being 3 miles away or drive 10 to the one I used to go to, its debatable. if I want to be comfortable I prefer to have my feet level, not just a little bit off the floor

Theater and movie was just fine seats were very comfortable as well. My problem is I was looking to have dinner and a drink while I was watching a movie. No one server would stop and make eye contact with myself or the guy next to me. We were in the row with the walk through the servers continually walk through. I’m not sure if the person that was supposed to take care of our row just decided not to come into the theater or what but on of the other servers should have seen me trying to flag them down with the menu as they walked by.I finally gave up because if they don’t want to sell me overpriced food and drinks and collect their tip that’s on them. I regret giving them a chance after being given a poor review by my neighbors!Picture of my menu still sitting in front of me during the credits. And right before one sever finally came up to me and thanked me for my business. I didn’t even give her a reply and walked out.

This has to be one of the nicest theaters. We got in watched a great movie, ate some good food., And didnt have a single issue. Also the arcade was great and we had a blast.

Nice theater and atmosphere but the food and service are horrible at the prices they charge. My burger was cold and my drink didn’t arrive until 15 minutes after I got the cold burger. $6 for a fountain drink with no refills offered. I’ll stick with Studio Movie grill for the dine-n-watch experience from now on.The worst part is that it’s kind of hard to watch a movie when you are trying to flag down a server for assistance. I missed some plot twists that left me pining away for the iTunes copy when it’s released.

First time seeing a movie at CUT! but Id definitely go back. Theater was clean, food was delicious, and the arcade was pretty nice.The only thing Id fault is that the instructions arent entirely clear on how to alert the host in each theater if you need something (food, drink etc.). My wife and I sat in the theater for a good 15 minutes not realizing the button was on the front of the seat and had to flag a host down.Otherwise everything was great. Well definitely be going back in the future.

Its a nice theater with nice reclining heated chairs I got a the bacon burger and it was simply delicious. I would imagine this is the perfect place to take your partner to for a date. Well worth the drive.

We saw Black and Blue last night. The movie was awesome and the seats are comfortable and the convenience of the kiosk for buying tickets and printing them is convenient and easy to use. More theaters should have this. My husband and I got the chocolate chunk brownie w/ice cream. Too small to split but it was very good.

Visited this location on fathers day. It took an hour for the food to come out. There where no people in the lobby. The menu had pizza but they where out of it. A family appeared 30 min into my waiting time and their order arrived at the same time mine was coming out. They had pizza! I was told they didnt have pizza and I was stuck with my brisket nachos and they gave me the runs! The restroom was too full, I couldnt even have the runs comfortably. Wouldnt of had the runs, if they had pizza for me. I didnt not see a movie because everything was sold out. My tequila sunrise didnt have grenadine, had to go to the bar and ask for it. The place was clean and the floor layout is well decorated with several areas to socialize when accompanied in couples or a crowd.

Very nice theater with comfortable seating and online reservations. The wait service needs help. Every time we go here are bill is wrong, overcharged and movie club rewards not properly credited. Most recent visit we ordered popcorn and 2 beers. The popcorn came out just fine but the beers never showed up so after the people who were next to us that ordered after us had gotten there order we pushed the button to call our wait staff to see where are beers were. After another 10 minutes they finally brought them out but we had ordered 2 large beers and they brought us 1 regular and 1 large so we let them know. It took another 15 minutes to get the 2nd large beer and then in the end they charged us for 3 beers even though they took back the regular size beer when we pointed out the mistake. The waitress also said she would apply our movie club rewards but she never did.

Stopped to check out the bar and our bartender Raven was a joy. Loved the blueberry pomegranate martinis and tropical sunrises she made for us. The pizza was delicious Can’t wait to come bring the kids this weekend for a movie and the arcade. Really love this place!

Theater is clean and staff is friendly as always. The chairs are super comfortable and even heat up for the cold natured people about. The food dishes are pretty much standard fare for dine in theaters. Nothing specifically delicious. The popcorn is fantastic though. Would definitely suggest.

One order the food was cold. Also they have a company policy against eating popcorn on anything but out of the bag or poured onto the table? Weird.. in other words, if you get a bag of popcorn and want to share it, bring your own bowls or cups to share..

Decided to go see a 10am movie. Tried to order off of their hidden kids menu a cheeseburger. What was given to my 3yo was 3 sliders.For being a movie theater in a family friendly area, their kids menu is far from family friendly.I asked if they could replace two of the sliders with French fries, and was told they couldn’t and they would have to charge me for the French Fries.I will be going back to Flix Brewhoise that understands what it means to be family friendly!

Cut Cinemark is a new beautiful location with reclining seats power seats and amazing customer service. The food is really good and there is plenty of entertainment at the cinema. I would definitely recommend bringing the family here.

My family LOVES coming to this movie theater!!!! If the food was a little better, they would get 5 stars instead of 4. It is in a great location and not too terribly crowded. I am sure that will change over the years as this area is growing so fast. It is a great movie experience.....

Great audio and screening. My food was a little cold but was still good. The seat heaters were not working but there is all-inclusive bathrooms and speaking as a Non-Binary person it made my whole day.♡

I give it two stars because the theater was nice and chairs comfy otherwise would give this place 0 stars. If you dont want to eat and just came to see a movie then Cuts is fine. If you want a decent meal with good service avoid this place. They were so disorganized. My friends and I came here for a girls night out. Arrived early and ordered our food. My first warning something was off was when I went to order their veggie pizza and they said they were out of veggie pizza. Weird right? But they had other pizza. That was a strong indicator that their food is basically microwave dinners that are preassembled. So I got the only other vegetarian meal available there, a beyond burger. To make a long story short it took them an hour to bring the food out, they brought the wrong burger, I had to reorder and then wait until the movie was almost over to get my cold fries and dry burger that was not assembled as described. The waitress told me the kitchen was backed up because they seated four theaters at once. Great! I didnt do the scheduling and should not have to wait an hour and half for my over priced low quality food. Avoid this place and go to Flix!

Brand new to the Prosper area and very clean too. It’s fun to have your food delivered to your seat rather than having to wait in lines while it’s prepped. You don’t miss any part of the movie and the polite staff is eager to serve!

The facility is great and I really enjoyed the movie. The service was pretty funny. They were all new enough they couldnt find the right seats so I kept getting offered other peoples food. I assume once the servers get a little more experience the experience will be great. The food was over priced but good. I just have a hard time spending $17 on a personal pizza that wasnt bad but it also want spectacular.

We went to a noon show yesterday with wife and son. Very nice theater but service is questionable. Had a $40 gift card which we tried to use at the ticket kiosk but it kept giving us an error. So went to customer service but then our requested seats were showing taken. So she put us in the handicapped seats.Told the waiter I had about $10 left on the gift card and he said he would take it, run it at the end of the show, then charge my credit card for the balance. Ordered a beer, ice water and popcorn. Beer and corn came quickly but no water. So thought maybe they don’t do water so ordered lemonade. Then the water showed up.The bill was delivered near the end of the show but was too dark to read it. When the lights came on I discovered they only used my credit card. We had no idea on who was our waiter so I decided to leave a zero tip as they got my $10 from the gift card. Will not return as we have several upscale movie houses to choose from.

I love this place!!!! I’m visiting from Michigan and this theatre is down the street from my niece and nephew’s house. I went to see Godzilla there at 10:50 pm, and the service was fantastic. The popcorn was delicious and the servers were so kind and helpful. One of the most enjoyable movie experiences ever. Certainly will be my theater of choice every time I’m in the area.

So great experience. Food good, service fine. Love the arcade and fireplace patio. The seats however were miserable. The MOST UNCOMFORTABLE SEATS KNOWN TO MANKIND. At least in theater 2. They make your hips hurt I think because the leg rest doesnt come all the way up it puts preassure on your hips. I dont know. So otherwise everything is great.

Cut was for the most part a great experience. The food was well cooked. The seats where comfortable however once we got there the trays where dirty from the last guests. Also it took a good 20 minutes to get my drinks out. I had my food before I even had my drink. Overall I would go again.

My food was over an hour late for a 1hr 40 min movie for a girls outing. Not pleased with the delay. Id already paid but said theyd comp it waiting to see if charges actually fall off. It definitely left a bad impression

I have been to this theater multiple times and they are steadily getting use to this new theater going format. The theater is super clean, wait staff is very helpful. The seats are great with both reclining options and heated seats (yes please.) There are a lot of fun things for both kids and adults to do while waiting for a movie. The service has been better and better each visit. Even the greater at the door is always super nice and helpful. Another plus, the bathrooms have always been stocked and super clean. I truly enjoy our time at the movies at Cut! by Cinemark.

We both ate again after the movie down the street.Overall - really nice theater but wont go out of our way to return. Try it out again in six months.

Nice brand new movie eatery with comfy chairs & tasty food. The Gochujang wings were delicious. Small arcade and bar games is a plus too. But, a horrible beer menu and whats with no grand opening weekend specials, no brunch and no kids menu?! This place has solid 4 star potential when they fix some of those issues.

Wow, with all the money I spend on the tickets, seating, and food/beverages, Cinemark has the audacity to play not only trailers before the movie but actual commercials also scattered in between. This is sad that we have gotten to the point where even before expensive movies where I am paying for food and drink I get blasted by car, insurance, and random product ads. Shame on you Cinemark. Despite this the theater is nice but be prepared to sit and watch an extra 15min of ads at this theater.

Great movie theater! Friendly staff and the hamburgers are wonderful! Love the reserved seating and the XD theater sound is AMAZING!!!
