11/23/2019SAFETY HAZARDMy little 3 year old tripped over a torn step and almost fell down the freaking stairs!! :| Im very upset! We were seated at theater #5 M19 and M18. Ill be contacting corporate on Monday.

Good theater, clean. Ive just gotten used to reclining seats and food and drink service being brought to you. Would choose another theater with those options but it is a good traditional theater. Weve attended a childs birthday party and that was nicely done. Would consider them for this in the future.

Very friendly and helpful staff, and comfortably plush, un-cramped seating within the theater itself.

4-star rating only because handicapped parking too far from entrance. Employees very helpful throughout visit. Comfortable seating (and first time I was exposed to selecting my seat location at the ticket desk, which is a great concept). Unlike entering, leaving the theater through the side exit puts you right at the handicapped parking. Overall I really enjoyed the movie experience.

Love this theater! Nice wide aisle makes for plenty of leg room. Probably the best popcorn around. Clean theater and restrooms...very important families.

Remember? I was here to watch Chapter 2 of it before I went to California in 2019!

We watched Star Wars in Cinemark XD and loved the theater. Terrific screen and surround sound. The seats were new and comfortable. It was easy to buy tickets online through Cinemark website and access the movie by showing QR code from my phone. Parking was a breeze. I will definitely return. I did not try the concessions.

Frisco Square Theater is our neighborhood place to go for movies. We have been loyal customers since they opened up for business. Great environment, always clean, good crowd of people, seating is comfortable and very relaxing.We like the later or last movie of the evening. We typically bring our movie blankets (which we purchased there), shoes off and blankets on!!The snack bar is pretty complete, from popcorn to hotdogs, mini pizzas or ice-cream and candy sold by the ounce. If you cant satisfy your snack desire here then theres no helping you. They have medium to big screen theaters and the sound systems do compliment the movies completely. The temperature has always been nice but we have our blankets so we dress loosely and snuggle in. (My wife and I) All in all, if you want to catch a movie and have a very enjoyable time Frisco Square never disappoints.

I go to this theater about once every couple of months. I dislike the parking situation, which is mostly a lot behind the theater and requires patrons to hike to the front of the theater to the entrance. Parking is usually full, and the lot is large but far.On the plus side, the theater is clean, staff is very friendly, and popcorn is decent. Seats are comfy but not luxurious. The theaters are small and more intimate than theaters of the past. Stadium seating is perfectly spaced leveling so someone short can view the screen without having to lean around a taller person in the rows ahead.Their prices are competitive, and they often have good deals (but that may be because I have a Cinemark subscription, which I highly recommend if youre a regular movie goer. Definitely worth it).Great theater overall, and I will return as long as I live in the Frisco area.

Its an average theater. Nothing bad but nothing GREAT either. They are kinda falling behind the other newer better Theaters in the area, some of which they own themselves.

The screens are incredible, theyre the new curved ones. It is so crisp and bright, it looks like 4k and seems 3D without the glasses. Just took the kids to see Angry Birds 2, and wow the picture was superb, sound was average, and cleanliness was top shelf as well as the attitude of the kids who work there. When were in the area again, well drop in for a movie for sure.

I do not recommend this theatre as a place to see movies. After attending Star Wars last night, I found myself incredibly disappointed and reminded of why I enjoy places like Alamo Drafthouse and Angelika so much better. We sat through 30+ minutes of previews and car and soda commercials, which is absolutely and honestly ridiculous. I didn’t come here to watch car commercials—I would literally rather pay more for a ticket if it meant I could see my movie at the time it’s supposed to start, and not 30 minutes later. In addition to this, the bottom few feet of the screen in the theatre we were in was all scratched up and dirty, which is glaringly noticeable during scenes with a white background. Overall, very disappointed in this visit and would not ever go out of my way to come back here again when there are better movie-going experiences elsewhere.

Awesome place not as nice as the Plano or CUT location but well worth the visit. Much more of a family oriented and a good time.

I frequent this location, I like that I can pick my seats, then I dont feel rushed to get to the theatre. I can take my time at the snack bar because no one will take my seat. The theatre is always clean and it feels like a new theatre even though it has been around a few years. Big new seats, clean snack bar, friendly workers.

Overall I had a wonderful experience. I had won tickets to see my movie and an older lady at the ticket office gave me a difficult time telling me Im at the wrong theater and kept thinking I had to go to a another city because my last name is the same as the city. She wasnt even the person helping me but once the Manger came he did a great job of taking care of it.The movie started about 15 minutes late but I dont think anyone really cared. The theater was clean and comfortable.When we left at the end of the movie they had a gentlemen who handed out free passes to come again because the movie started late. That was an unexpected surprise and very nice of them.I look forward to going again.

Great movies unfortunately no recliners but right by the Frisco square and FC Dallas stadium

Screen resolution isn’t good I don’t know why. Blue ray or 4k video are way better if you watching. Just big screen that all

All the staff was really nice and when one of our party members was late showing up so they helped us let her in too. 10 out of 10 would go again.

Saw spider man.. far from home..It’s a good size theater. The people are very good and parking is quite big.They had some renovation on other side of building and the roads are closed. So google may direct you incorrectly sometime.

We went to see it 2 at 850 and they guy sent us to the wrong theater we walked in on the movie that had already started. We walked out a nnoying other movie goers. Then we get to right theater with no help from anyone. The theater our movie was in was hot. The people behind us wouldnt shut up. Great movie but the theater isnt my favorite

Typical nice Cimemark theater. Only downside is limited parking by the theater. We had to park in the public garage several blocks over.

The seats were comfortable and I had enough room to streatch, however the theater I was in (theater 2) did not have recliners. But I digress on that. The service I received from the employees was nothing but stellar... I recommend that you use this theater...parking was ample even on the afternoon. I recommend this theater.

This should be a dollar theater. Seats are old and rickety. Theater is dated. If this was a discount theater I would rate this 5 stars. I think you get the idea.

Nice theater, not as modern/updated as other Cinemarks I have been to though. It was clean and staff was very friendly and the (kinda) self serving, lunch line style concession really sped up the process of getting the goods for the movie. What slowed it down was the boring, and timely 30 minutes session of previews I had to sit through. If it had been movie trailers, or behind the scene features, I wouldn’t have minded, but it wasn’t. A lot of random commercials, like the stuff you see while watching tv. A movie theater is a movie theater though, and the film is the same wherever you go. It was a good experience nonetheless

Very nice small theater. The staff here are great. They dont have the comfy seats, at least not in the theater I was in. Great snacks.

Overall nice place, if you go on Tuesdays, its only $5 for tickets which is nice. The food and drinks at the concessions are way overpriced as usual but thats to be expected. Seats were comfy and the theaters are pretty clean. Being one of the closest movie theaters to me too is a nice bonus.

This place has a great feel. Awesome place for a date. Great place to hang with friends. I wish the prices were a little lower so I could go more often, but you get what you pay for. Super clean bathrooms and lobby.

Good movie experience, nice facilities and staff. Great discount programs that make large popcorn and drink under $8. Cinamark values their customers and makes it affordable to go on regular basis.

There are other better cinemas nearby. This is never my first choice.

Had an argument with the ticket taker Tony about my sons age! They said I didnt have to buy him a ticket then get to him he assumed since he was walking I guess he was 2 and over had to spend 8$ on my son that slept on my lap! I HAD 10 KIDS WITH ME AND BOUGHT 6 POPCORNS 3 DRINKS !! I should have read the reviews place is a IS A DINOSAUR! Seats old Everything old!! and I will never come here again.

Nice enough. Does not have reclining seats. Space between rows is limited. The screens aren’t scuffed. Bathrooms are clean. Line for food is a little all over the place but that’s cause of the people mostly. I only go when movie time is convenient.

Nice theatre. I always have to sit in front if the annoying people that like to talk and kick seats. Not worth fighting over. Overall good movie and experience.

The theater was great love the layout when you walk in, its like a convenient store where you pick what you want get your own drinks etc we had a great time!

I enjoy the Cinemark Frisco location and frequent this one often because of the convenience of the location. I will admit that it serves its purpose, its a movie house but nothing more than that.With the increased amenities and services available in movie theaters these days you would assume that they would spruce this place up inside and create a more attractive location with so much competition. I give it 3 stars because the food options are almost non existent so it’s not attractive to come here for a matinee unless you plan to go eat afterwards.Also the parking is terrible. Every more so recently with the construction in the lot. I’m not sure how this place is still hanging on, but it’s no longer my go to location even though it’s closer to me than the Cinemark in Plano. I prefer the Plano location hands down, but in a pinch I take my son to this location if our favorite locations don’t have seating.

These were fantastic seats. Super comfy and I could put up the armrest and cuddle up close to my hubby. Great variety of food options, definitely better than run off the mill concession stand. Bathrooms were clean and smelled nice. The whole place felt clean and comfortable. Enjoyed our movie experience, would come back.

I have stopped going to Frisco one and only go to Plano as it is much better managed and has free electric car charging...wake Cinemark Frisco and bring Plano like experience...

Best movie theater Ive been to! Just moved up here and was blown away by how nice it was. I got a hot dog, slushie, pop corn, soda, kids meal and skittles. It is pricey but very convenient. Cool thing was I got to pick where I wanted to sit on the computer, and it showed how many seats were taken. Helps to know if you can put your feet up.

A little beat up, but honestly has been the only theatre ive gone to in years lol

We live in North Carrolton and usually go to Cinemark at Parker & Tollway. We wanted to see Star Wars on Friday and this location was closest with tickets available.It is a smaller location compared to some of the other locations. This location also has not been updated with reclining seats and there is not much room between the rows.

Went to watch Long Shot on Friday. WOW, they had comfortable seating, service was top notch and the theater was super clean. The movie was good also.

This theater is great! Its always clean and the employees are very friendly. The seats are comfortable and the movie experience is very enjoyable. If you want an experience equal to that of sitting in your livingroom on a comfy couch with pillows and a blanket, then stay at home. Parking is the same as any other place on an opening weekend or busy weekend.

My friend and I unfortunately felt extremely uncomfortable and disrespected with our experience. As frequent customers of this location we felt incredibly belittled by an employee named TONY, who went out of his way to harass us in front of other customers. We feel that the situation he caused could have been handled in a better matter. He caused us to feel powerless. I am extremely disappointed in Cinemark, and will avoid this theater henceforth.

Wouldve been better if they updated the seats. Havent been to an outdated movie theater in awhile.

This is my go to theater. I actually hate that they decided to go with assigned seating inside the theater. And, the ticketing machines instead of a human greeting you and welcoming you to their location is equally annoying. I love their popcorn.

I would give it a zero if I could. I just came to watch a movie and the staff didn’t even bother to clear the theater at all. There was food all over. I agree that people should clean up after themselves but it is not right to have such dismal service for customers who are usually clean. We went and complained to the cleaning staff and they stepped in to the hall without bothering to clean anything. It really does remove from the movie watching experience

I like that you can choose your seats, and you can purchase online ahead of time and know you have guaranteed good seating. This theater is always well maintained and in a nice part of Frisco.

I had a good experience nothing that stood out a ton but good chairs saw a good movie and enjoyed my time there.

They sold me burnt popcorn and wouldn’t rectify the issue. The employee said the popcorn machine was making burnt popcorn after I purchased it, why don’t you put an out of order sign on it instead of selling people burnt popcorn? I emailed Cinemark and did not get a response.I did contact Cinemark at the info below and never got a response.

Very good movie theatre around frisco - west plano area ... the recliner seat and the screen is awesome

The concession stand is cafeteria-style, so you get to fix your drink the way you want, but the whole area can be chaotic at peak times. The seats were generally comfortable, but do not compare to the loungers at Legacy where you can put your feet up. Parking wraps around the sides and back of the theater, which could be less convenient for some visitors.

This theater is located in Frisco Square, which is such a nice place to come to watch a movie and then go and walk around or eat. I really like this theater. It feels a little small, and I think it would get full on busy times/days. You can also reserve your own seats. Seats are decent and quality of the movies are, too.

Parking is not ideal and this theater doesnt seem to bring in all the new releases. I also hoped the luxury lounge seating will be introduced soon now that we have to choose our seat. I went early to avoid the crowd but there was no one at the kiosk to help with a ticket I purchased through Movie club. I had to wait in the concession stand line and the person at the register didnt understand how Movie Club worked. I expected the overall experience and theater quality to be a lot better considering the area. I prefer the location in Plano and dont mind driving the extra miles for a better experience.

Facilities were clean, but the chairs werent the most comfortable (Didnt help that there was a kid kicking the back of mine). It was also a convoluted process to purchase a snack....no one could see that I needed help bc of the machines and stacks of products. If you go, youll see what I mean. (Lol) However, once seen, the workers are SUPER nice and helpful.
