I love the chairs. I was so n an car accident and my daughter wanted to get me out the house after almost 3 mos being home. I was a little bit reluctant because of pass experience with seats and especially now with coronavirus. But I was pleasantly happy Great seats they recline and you cant see the person behind or in front of you. And the spacing was way more that 6ft. Will be going back.

An AMC theater housed within the Stonebriar Mall. The mall itself is high end and fancy, so the theater does a pretty good job of maintaining that aesthetic. Its large ,well maintained , and offers the usual theater commodities like a snack bar, drink bar, and dine in style food. The seats range from standard to recliner style, and they have Dolby sound. Tickets come with reserved seats by default, so no worries arriving late and wondering if youll find a spot. All in all, a good movie watching choice.

Great staff, Clean,Social distancing in place!Covid-19 has definitely impacted the way things run here. But Im glad theyre taking actions to things work. The kiosks are monitored by attendants and are cleaned regularly.Social distancing is in force as seats get blocked off from options when purchasing your tickets. Prices are reduced and the seats were clean.Only downside is that its inside the mall on the 3rd floor. If youre not familiar with the mall you could get lost/be late to your movie.

They should remove the Dine-In from the name of this location. This is not a dine in movie theater. You have to order food at the normal concession stand. If all you want is standard popcorn or nachos its fine. If on the other hand youre looking for proper lunch and dinner entres and the like...forget it. What they offer in this regard is EXTREMELY limited and overpriced for the quality.

My favourite AMC in this area, modern threatre, most probably not too old, the recliners are amazingly comfortable. They have a fine in experience so you can order food and they bring it to your seat. The food taste is mixed sort of, sometimes I have gone right and sometimes wrong, fries were too salty. The Dolby threatre is very nice and spectacular, excellent audio but the recliners are different and I didnt like them.better than other auditoriums given the ticket price is $16I keep visiting back as they have Indian movies on show too.

We really love the new addition at the AMC Stonebriar. The seats are comfortable. The middle armrest can be moved up if you want. Unfortunately we didnt get to try any of the hot food due to the timing of the movie tickets we were able to find. We did have popcorn and drinks which were good. The drinks station was filled with ice but that could be children playing with it.

This is a great theater for husbands who are shopping with their wife. Let her go walk around while you catch a movie. But be ready to pay more for the movie and snacks than she does on clothes. I took my 3 kids to see Frozen 2 here the other day and I was about $100 for all 4 of us. Thankfully my wife wanted to shop so I saved some money there...the facility is nice and I have never been there and it be crowded, but that’s probably because of the price.

This place is wild expensive. You have to order at the counter, not your seat, and my food was cold. The tickets are normally priced for an AMC, but the food is overpriced for what you get. The seats recline, but they arent as comfortable as other theaters. Some of the staff was great! I recommend trying other dine in theaters before trying this one. Youll get a cheaper ticket for the movie with more comfortable seats and better quality food.

First visit. Theater was outstanding - clean and comfortable. The recliner seats are my favorites. The drink selection is awesome...Coke Freestyle, and the food selection is good. Ordered the Royal Brie Burger with fries. The fries came out nice and hot, but with too little ketchup. The burger was decent, but it was a bit cool and dry. It could have used additional fig spread or at least some mayo. The service was not good. From the ticket booth to the fact there were no people to be found and no movie names on the individual screen entrances, I was left standing in the corridor, wondering which screen Midway was showing on. I was a bit irritated.

Its dine in but the chair table is too small to hold much. Dont expect a 5 star meal either. Prices are typical for a theater though. I thought it was WAY overpriced for what you get. Huge theater. Can purchase tickets at a kiosk in the front. The chairs are big and comfy with the electric button to turn into a recliner. This is a dine in theater but I have never ordered food from here. I did have a drink at the bar though, bartender was very friendly and knowledgeable! Took time to have a conversation and made the drink correctly. There are a lot of seating options in this theater and also a ton of screenings! Can see almost any movie that is out at the time all available in one place. This is my go to theater near to me. Never hard to get movie tickets here.

In all in the name of what is holy, get rid of the automated kiosks as the only way to buy tickets. 2 of the 5 were operational. I was helped by a sympathetic employee but he couldn’t get his payment processing machine to work. So I again tried to use another kiosk. Not streamlined. Not easy. Payment was difficult. CC machines need work. They look really nice though so there is that.

One of my favorite theaters within the DFW metroplex. Newly renovated seats that recline all the way back especially in the Dine-in Delivery to seat theaters. If you get a seat in the Dolby Theater the recliners dont go all the way back entirely or should I say the footrest does not go up all the way. They give you free popcorn and a large drink on your birthday every year and you can use your A-list membership at any AMC Theatres across the u.s. 600 + theaters. I tell all my friends about it its definitely worth it 12 new release movies every month for roughly $20.

Worst movie theater experience Ive ever encountered. Parking is a disaster, no signage to let you know youre even in the right place. The place was mobbed and clearly employees were overwhelmed. We arrived 30 minutes prior to our movie and BARELY caught the beginning of the movie - missed all 21 minutes of previews waiting for over 25 minutes in line to buy 2 drinks and a bucket of popcorn for nearly $24. Candy racks were empty, half of the fancy Coke drink dispensers were either empty or not working correctly. When I asked for a drink carrier so I could get the 2 drinks and popcorn back to the theater on my own I was met with a flimsy box that had no drink holders and would not carry the drinks. SO if you want drinks for more than a single person then all parties will need to wait in the LONG line and miss the movie. The lobby floors were covered with trash - trash cans throughout were full and overflowing. The womens restroom was a disaster - several stalls with no toilet paper and trash/water mess everywhere. If I am going to pay Dine in ticket prices it should be a better experience than this was. Truly disappointing. The only thing that saved it all was the Mr. Rogers movie was amazing.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The workers act like this is the absolute last place they want to. From the moment I walked in until the moment I walked out not one employee smiled or said hello.. they just stood there either on their phone or taking with each other. The kitchen is a whole other topic. Just know a dumpster behind a bar on bourbon street in New Orleans is cleaner than what I saw. Also, expect to pay a delivery fee if you order food. Even though I wanted to get my food before I went to see my movie, which I arrived early to just so I can eat in the lobby before, they charged me a ridiculous delivery fee. AMC Stonebriar should be ashamed of themselves for this atrocity they are calling a Dine-In Theatre. I understand some may mind people walking during the movie repeatedly, but to have to order at concessions and have them bring whatever you want to you is an upgrade to prior but is less personal than the competition. In understanding the theatre pricing is always inflated, there seems to be a bit more air in the pricing for options here and the overall quality does not support the elevated costs. In knowing that big business is about profit margins, AMC wont look to scale back on the pricing, but you need to look at improving function and offerings if you expect your patrons to utilize the service you are trying to provide. Needless to say, on my most recent visit yesterday I skipped the Dine-In experience and went to Red Lobster afterwards and spent $10 on dinner for two than I did for some snacks as a Dine-In Experience. Wake up!!!

The theater was massively understaffed. Only one person at the ticket booth, only one checking tickets, and only 3 working concessions. The line to just get a popcorn and drink took almost 30 minutes. They were out of several food items. This was on the weekend before Christmas for a showing around 8pm, so not an unexpected time for people to be going to the movies. The theater was dirty and the tray was not cleaned at all since the last showing (covered in crumbs and sticky). The fountain drinks were warm and almost every napkin dispenser was empty. The restrooms were dirty and most stalls had no toilet paper. The only good thing I can say is that the employees themselves were nice and clearly trying hard. I never saw a manager attempting to help (and I had pleanty of time given I was stuck in line for 30 minutes). For the nearly $30 for a couple of tickets and another $30 for one regular popcorn, a large soda, and burger very much not worth it.

Our first time going to AMC Stonebriar and we had the best experience! We ordered food, but unfortunately by the time my nachos got to me they were cold and soggy. I headed to the front counter to request to have them give me a new one but ran into a very nice gentleman, whose name I wish I had gotten, who said he would refund the purchase since I didnt want another. As I was waiting in the lobby, a lady approached me and asked how everything was. I told her about the food and that I was also missing the movie. By then the gentleman came from the back and told me that he had refunded the tab for the food. Also we were given 3 vouchers for another movie. It doesnt stop there!!! I went back to the concession stand to get more food. The same guy met me at the counter and gave me 50% off my purchase. What an amazing experience and customer service!! Separate line to get in which was long, separate line to order food, and separate line to order a cocktail. Food is below average. Movie started 40 minutes late. Someone had to go to management twice to get it started.

This place has issues. Tickets are expensive, and yet for that price the facilities are left in disarray. The bathrooms are a nightmare. We got to our seats about 10 minutes before the show was supposed to start, and there was still popcorn and other trash left over from previous showings. Absolute mess.

I dont know if the problem is poor management or lack of staff, or both, but the results are clear - trash everywhere and dirty bathrooms. The screening itself was fine, although they had the volume cranked up to inhuman levels.

I love movie theaters but this place needs to fix their food line! I missed the first 20 minutes of my movie trying to get popcorn! POPCORN! It took me 55 minutes to wait in the line and the employees had no hustle whatsoever!

These seats are nowhere close to the quality in AMCs in the city. They are narrow and have a wooden middle part between the pair. The purpose of the pair is to have couples and people who know each other to sit together. So having to squeeze in, means my leg activates the already broken recline feature. So all during the movie, my chair is moving up and down til it finally stopped moving at all.Ill stick to going to other AMC theaters or maybe these types are only in the done in theatre. I wont waste a ticket to find out.Bottom line, go if youre skinny, but not if you have some meat in your bones.

We show up to the theater to see Captain Marvel and immediately find out they over booked the Imax by accident. Come to find out it was no accident. We bought the tickets 3 weeks before it debuted. Then 2 days before the event they decided to sell all the Imax tickets to a trucking company knowing full well that the tickets were already sold. Did they care? No. They only cared about the money they could make out of this event. If it was money they want, they will never get another penny out of me. I will never come back to this theater.

The seats are comfy but not as comfy as west Planos Cinemark theater. If you wanna go here please be sure to eat before o be ready to stand in line for 45 minutes. The food is ok, and you have several options of food and snacks, but the service is really slow. The staff probably needs a better training.

Ive been here twice to try the dine in theater. Both times I didnt get to eat. What an awful set up. Standing in line for 30 minutes and then food never got delivered to the seat. I got my money back but its the second time. I have no desire to go back. Cinemark or SMG, dont waste your time here.

Terrible experience. Waited in my dine-in seat for 30 minutes. No server ever came. Found out all the screens are “dine-in.” Yet, I had to miss part of the movie to go order at the front counter. What’s worse, I then had to pay an extra charge for them to deliver it to my seat. They wouldn’t just let me take it at the counter. Makes no sense. I would avoid AMC and go to a real dine-in theater.

We paid for a the Dine In movie like Studio Movie Grille, Movie House Eatery, and IPIC offer, but this was awful. You had to wait in line, we missed the first part of our movie, and the bar for drinks was far away. If you wanted a new drink, it was 200 yards from your theater, and a line again, so 15 min at best....AMC is a dying dinosaur of a theater experience, go to the others and have a great time, for less money...

Went to see Downton Abbey movie. Previews (25 minutes of them) were sharp and bright, but movie was dim. I left my seat and told customer service rep who said, I think I know what it is. But nothing changed. Even the exit lights over powered the projection at the corners of the screen. After the movie I spoke to another customer service person who said he thought he knew what it was because thats happened before in that auditorium. He did not offer a refund, but I asked for one and he promptly gave it. From the long wait in concessions to poor presentation quality Im pretty much giving up on AMC.

I mistakenly forgot how long the lines are at this theate . Very few staff members working to expedite the process of purchasing popcorn & a drink. We love going to Wylies movie theater owned by another chain. Customer service is their expertise unlike AMCs self service with limited staff and long lines. Do not be fooled by the dine-in service mentioned on their website. You still have to wait in line and take your items to your sea . This is NOT a true in service theater!!

Theater was very clean but the staff they hire are all really young and a little unprofessional.Im also an AMC stub member and it made me a little upset I was told to get in the normal line because the premium lane was not open. I normally dont have a problem with having to wait but they had so many workers behind the counter (almost to the point of over staffing imo) there was no reason anyone should have had to wait.

So I dont usually do this BUT my most recent experience has not been my only unsatisfactory one.Today myself and my four children went to watch a movie to waste time before we go to church this evening. I ordered my tickets through the app. Once here, we ordered some food to be delivered to our seats. The card I used did not have enough to cover the entire balance. Instead of holding up the line, I advised the clerk that I would take my kids to sit (one being an awfully heavy arm baby) and come back to pay the remainder after I moved money into the account. He said that was fine. When i returned, however, I was informed that they had voided the order and I would have to place the order again. Now, this would not have been an issue normally BUT the refund was not in my account and I only moved enough money to cover the balance that I had. So essentially I would have had to pay for it twice and wait for the money to go back to my account in 3-5 business days. After explaining the situation, the manager that was consulted kept saying What would you like to happen? and I can give you a voucher for 12.99 to get popcorn and drinks. I briefly tried to explain that I had 4 starving children but ultimately there was nothing he could do.Now I realize that the initial issue is my problem. My point is the way that this was handled was ridiculous. As a person who has worked over 10 years in customer service, I felt like they should have comped our order as a courtesy. If for no other reason than the fact that they did not advise me they were going to void my order. If I had known that, I could have easily proceeded to move the money while simultaneously holding up the line.I truly hope they get better management in place. Its less about the money I was spending and more about the fact that no one showed and inch of empathy for my situation. I ended up requesting a refund for the movie as well and we are currently enjoying California Pizza instead. We will not be back to this location. Maybe AMC altogether. Cinemark may move up to our primary place to see movies going forward
