The up keep on this property is horrible. I have been harassed several times since being here. People in the area are horrible thieves. The stores in the area are grossly over Priced. Im constantly stuck with garbage pilled up in my yard cause even though I pay every month for garbage to be dumped theres never any room. I have been accused of stealing from other people here. I DONT STEAL FROM NO ONE. I have also been sexually harassed. Wrongly bill for services that I dont even use but also have no capability of using cause management wont fix it. I hate this place. This is where people pit stop before they end up in hell.

This trailer park needs to be cleaned up. Those living in the trailer park deserve to have laundry room so they dont have to drag there laundry off somewhere else. It looks more like a homeless encampment than it does an RV park.

I went and spoke to Dan at this West falls mobile home park I couldnt quite afford all the money to move in so I was propositioned for sex by Mr. Dan Westfall Im in the process of reporting him to the proper Authorities Be Ware of this man

I live there, the owner tried to over charge us by messing with the meters and had to do a lot of call to correct his wrong doings. He had been doing it for years! Some people lived there before I did something and they did nothing.

Its a sorry place the landlord has harassed me the entire time I have been there Dan Westfall.

I think you choose your owen battles ive been here a few months and all i can say is this.i really thought the owener was very nice i feel like i got the best deal possible .with the understanding of some easy and pretty standerd rules.i love that i can have my dogs here .the nabs.are cool and mind there owen bizzness.rent is resonable.no probs.

My landlord is a total ass. He is rude obnoxious and by no means a people person. He yells and cusses people out. Will not take care of problems on the property.
