This is my first experience in this type of home setting. I must say Im impressed that a trailer or these type of homes are comfy and habitable but only for a.couple of years. Like I cannot fathom the thought of more than that because its a mobile home not a static dont move he and its somewhat limited to what u can do with it.This place is actually pretty cool like unsaid my first time experiencing this type of living and its pretty cool so far and I must say....so far the stereotypes Ive seen parodied on TV are true. Again the cool thing is that they.come in spurts, so its not overwhelming and along with coming in sprits the police are usually in tow not too far behind the drama. Makes for interesting Friday night fun since clubbing or bars are not open.I like this place it has a park bb court baseball field laundry services and everyone seems friendly so far, they are pretty good about watching out for each other and their property.On a side note there is i think two of.those skinny tiny homes that actually have people living in them. Its really cool no bigger than a standard hallway at home...I give this a.3 star because I just moved here so lets revisit in another.3 months.

This used to be the best trailer park in Fresno. That changed a few years back when thenew management took over. It is still the safest area to live in west central fresno.

Nice place to live and well maintained. Its quiet during the day and night for the most part. There are a lot of families. Considering the bad location, the neighborhood itself is a pretty safe place to live. The only issue I have noticed is sometimes there will be a homeless person or two wandering around late at night. I would strongly consider on-site security from 11pm-7am to alleviate this issue, or at least security patrols. Other than that, I would recommend.Update: its been a total of 3 months since I moved in. I still feel the exact same way. Great place to live considering the area. Well maintained and quiet at night. Also, Ive seen a security guard by the office in the day time which is nice. But I only see security patrolling in cars here and there at night. Not sure on the situation but we should have an on-site security guard 24/7 or at least overnights.

It Would Be Nice To Live There! Hopefully Someday I Can Run Into A Double-Wide For Sale, Buy It & Live There! They Have Everything & Are Very Clean & Protective Of Their Tenants & Thats A Good Thing!!!!

Ive watched this place go down hill in the past 10 years. They change management like they change their underwear. And Im glad I was able to hear they also have sold it twice in one year.

Quiet. Well maintained. Parking not an issue. Pool. Car wash station. Decorate your own yard.

I did a plumbing repair in this park. The up keep on the property was awesome, very clean. All the home looked great and really quite. The home owner was very friendly and was nice to work for.

I have lived here since October 2005 and I love it. Its gated, Hugh swimming pool, newly remodeled clubhouse, exercise room, pool table, great for parties, big BBQ also. Basket ball courts, playground, on site vehicle storage. Maintained grounds, laundry facilities and security.

My mom has lived here for 27 years. Its fairly clean, public areas are well maintained. The clubhouse is recently remodeled and looks great. Pool area is clean and the furniture is nice. Not 5 stars though because there are a LOT of kids playing in the street unsupervised, and the rule for keeping your deck clean is not enforced. Some decks are full of old washing machines, etc. Not very many, but enough that it brings down the overall pleasantness of the park.

I was here working and the staff at office were courteous enough to let us use their restroom facilities when needed!

No protection at storage. Had a trailer stolen. No cameras in that area and high priced. I believe owners are trying to improve facility. Perimeter fences are low and d can be jumped. No attendandt at night. Security is bad. Must call police for assistance. Need more speed bumps and gate system. Need to do more than 1 community meeting. Were not all retired a d available on Wednesday night. Lots of work to do here.

Extremely impressed with the uptake and cleanliness of this trailer park. especially considering the area.

This place make vacations so memorable. Love the service. It’s feels like a home far away from home.

My gram my great grandma has lived at the trailer park for years and it was all nice when she first lived here and it was a senior living Mobile Home Park they had rules and trees and it was kept clean it just looked nice all around and there was always 8 on site manager now fast forward a couple of years and we got no trees no. No onsite manager people bums with cans and people walking around in the middle of the night dogs lose SPCA and cops in here at all hours and not to mention that gate the front gate is constantly broken from people hitting it traffic constant traffic just all around a horrible place for an elderly person my great grandma being 95 to live oh and the way that they distribute their gas Ive never heard of before its a little ridiculous just the people in the office are rude its just somebody lives there that long and theyre that age you should treat them with a little more respect

Ive been living in there (well my papa has) for like close to 25 years and its a very fair place to live. Its simple you follow their morally right guidelines and youll be fine !

New manager on their way, and if he or she as good as the last, wonderful things will be happening. The clubhouse now is a wonderful places to host meetings and events. All part of your space rent and anyone can reserve the club house for any monthly event. The area is remarkably quiet and neighbors always watching over you house when your out.

One of my friends lives here. It is nicely maintained mobile home park. It is not a senior citizen village like most mobile home parks are around here. It is gated, and you must have a code to get in.

I love this place the management is awesome, I just moved in and I am extremely happy!!!

We are full time RVers & have been seasonal renters since 2012. We arrive in October & typically stay 7 months. We have to pay $25 each for background checks every time we make reservations even though we just checked out 6 months prior. We are required to pay a deposit which is to prorated at checkout time. Any balance remaining is To be returned by mail. It took six months to receive our refund in 2017. To date, we have not received our refund & we checked out April 30 th. We have made numerous phone calls to both the local office & home office. No return calls. We filed a complaint with the BBB. They, too, have been unable to resolve the issue.It seems the rules change every year we stay. We didnt have to pay for background checks prior to 2016. We were able to check out any time of the month with no penalties prior to 2017.There are numerous issues with the tenents from the apartment complex on the other side of the concrete wall.Parking is horrendous. There are not enough spaces for visitors as these are used by tenents with more than one vehicle.The billiard & fitness rooms are locked.Even though this is a gated community it is not secure. Visitors that dont have a code to get are let in by ones who do. Anyone can walk in off the street. There is a high number of homeless people in the area.I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE.

Its a nice place, have younger people moving in, the grounds are kept up nicely, the front office has been remodeled very nicely. Nice place to live. Excepts some restrictions are to living are bull....

The staff here is rude and argumentative. Instead of saying Ill take care of it or it wont happen again or having any customer service skills they will stand there and go back and forth with you on why theyre right and youre wrong. I give this place 2 stars becuase the owners are making an effort to fix the place up.

Friendly quite environment I have lived here for 15 years and it has always been very peaceful the one thing that would make it a 5 star trailer park would have to be a pond for fishing .

Roads are in need of repairs. Lights are not working by the rv storage areas and high priced at $60 a month. Nuisance animals running around the park like cats, dogs, possums, and rodents.

Worst housing facility ive ever experienced....if you have a complaint...they will not take care pf problem...tow ur vehicle at any time for no teason intil they make one up.Manager has no skills what so ever in dealing eithe tenants. Drug dealers...users...prostitution...security is the worst. If you dont lock down every little thing...it gets stolen. No parking for handicap residents... Drug addicts sleeping inside park grounds. Non residents are allowed to roam about....looking for??? These people dont pay a dime...yet have the same privileges as paying residents. All said....worst ever...if you complain about any of the above issues...you will be retailiated against...eviction notice....so on...Dont do it here unless you want to live like a trapped zombie.

Well let me see where I should start...people fighting and drugs and partying right outside my front door is so annoying.almost every night..no respect for the elderly..no where to park your cars and visiting is just a big mess when family comes to visit..seems even though rent is always paid on time..the park management does nothing to reslove these issues..o
