Very nice guiet place. Management very helpful.

Some if the spaces are occupied by well kept hones, but the contrast is striking in comparison to each other. The club house is wonderfully odd in that the color scheme stands out but not glaringly. It also bpresents a strict uniformity in presentation. They have at least one pool. The area us in dire need of gentrification, however these are homes, not unlike practically every other street or block in Fresno. Ive lived I few places,b but this the place Ive ever walked around confused in a neighborhood. Thats another review altogether.

The park is OK, has a nice clean pool, but the neighborhood it is in leaves a lot to be desired. There seems to be quite a bit of transient population in the area. The manager of the park is doing his best to get and keep the place in order.

As trailer parks go. This one is up there and I have to say to the mgmt your guy are great friendly and helpful. nice clean park I enjoyed my visit.

Dislike some people here who try to act like they are all that.

Was ripped for 35 thousand dollars on a mobile from this place, lost all my hair and a year and a half. because of this Nasty Dump. Bedbugs,German roaches, Turmites.Beware of this place! !

Living here is so nice and friendly. Scott and Jacob make it safe for the residents.
