Very nice mobile home park. The pool is bright blue and they have an Amazon locker for their residents. Pretty fancy place.

Its fine my grandma lives there she hasnt had any problems. She loves her neighbors and really loves when family stops by.

Its a mobile home place. What do you expect? Condos,shopping centers!!

Tim and sharlete were great than came in and replaced by a snobby want to be manager whom was never in the office and was rude and allowed renters as well as personal buying and selling within the park of mobile home lucky for us she was replaced by a real to do manager whom got this place in order but now hes gone but I know this manager will be great so far so good

The pool was awesome but this whole place was a bad place to grow up in. I couldnt afford to live here and the area was a horrible place. To expensive I lived here for 10 years

The place is well groomed and the clubhouse was well taken care of. The manager was very nice, Ive been told he is strict but fair, seemed like a very nice distinguished gentleman.

I live here and the roads are terrible people dont follow the rules , they put fire lanes in front of peoples handicap ramps and elevator and people have been t owed homeless come in. And take showers. ..

The name of the park is Villa Fresno. Have lived here for 15 years nice quite place 99% of the people are nice since we have gotten new management place looks so much better. Rent isnt outrageous unfortunately we cant buy the space where the house sets. Wish some of the tenants would understand 10 mph means 10mph have 2 many small children older residents & pets that walk around here. On a scale of 1-10 would give it 9.5

Nice clean orderly. Everyones yards are nice its quiet even on weekends. A friend of ours lives here for yrs . Very Nice Place to be part of.

I was there to pick something up something I bought,I liked that the mobile home area was clean.

They keep taking away amenities and raise the rent. Overcharge electric and gas and they dont upkeep equipment. Cater to certain tenants.

An affordable place to rent space for a mobile home. 312 spaces. Pool, workout room, RV parking, pool, laundry room. All homes are owned.

I loved when my girls in the play land but the meet on the BIG MAC its small what happened to that met

They charge too much for rent electricity is outrageous and they play favorites with certain tendons in theres always stuff that we have to do that other people dont have to do which is not fair but besides that there is great management it is clean and there are family friendly people

Have lived in this park my entire life its the best place ever in our area

Its like living in a dog kennel! Barking dogs 24 7. People drive like idiots in the park! Way too fast! Ive almost bin hit twice walking in the park. Actually saw a kid get hit by a car backing out of a driveway! Wish I could move but cant afford to yet!

Horrible place to live they are over charging on PG&E. This used to be a great place to live but now ever since the new manager and assistant manager took over it has been hell. They are snooty and rude.

Needs another pool for adults only or a time for adults to relax an chill an a laundry room that is open with a schedule time open an closed to better avoid having ur clothes locked in over a night

Place is fine for a cheap home.Rent is reasonable Has big pool.Good place to live.West side is ok if you like peace anna quiet.

Okay place to live.Big park.Has security.Have to buy ur own mobile.Rent Anna utilities get paid when rent is due.
